Went in because my husband wanted to buy me a new stick for my birthday. Ruth had amazing knowledge and I was able to try a lot of different sticks and see which one I liked best. I was also able to get a breaking tip put on my other stick and take it home same day. I have used both of these in play now and they are amazing. I wont go anywhere else to get anything for billiards ever again. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with someone purchasing for the first time for themselves. Thanks for the new Cuetec, accessories and HOW Tip install!Eastern Billiards installed a 9ft Brunswick with Andy 988 Cloth and reduced the pockets to 4 1/2 in. The rails are perfect. The pockets and felt are clean a s tight throughout! Table runs sooo smooth! Garys meticulous attention to detail is truly a work of art! I was unsure of what set of balls to purchase so they suggested the Aramith Duramith balls, truly Belgian made and theyre beautiful! Pictures dont do them justice but you can definitely feel the superior quality in hand versus any of the other sets/brands. Worth every penny! Thank you Gary and Ruth from Eastern Billiards!!

I ordered Eastern Billiards to move my new 8 pool table from a friends house to my house. The table was in 2nd floor, so the guys had to fully disassemble the table before even getting it to the truck. Once moved to my place, they set up a full workshop to get me the full overhaul - complete new railing, felt and table rebuilt, leveling,....I had no idea what i was getting into. Expected 2-3 hours tops, ended up being 6 hours of continuous work.Guys did everything and far beyond my expectations. The result is just incredible. Precision and craftsmanship you dont see every day. Worth every single penny. Recommend to everyone!Now all is left is to visit their store and get some nice accessories and maybe new cue.....

This place is the best. They are a REAL billiard shop, not a hot tub joint or a game room.... Its billiards and they know their stuff. What a pleasure. The place is fairly small but is very well stocked with just about everything and anything you might hope for. I asked about getting a table brush (they had them in stock) and the owner suggested a small battery vacuum (no rollers or brushes) and said a brush would be fine if I didnt have this vacuum (I did). No drama, no pressure and lots of help, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Dont miss this little gem.

Hidden gem! I needed a new tip for my cue, so I called Eastern Billiards on the recommendation of another billiard store. I spoke with one of the owners and asked her about the different tips, how long it would take to install the tip, etc. Her product knowledge was impressive and she gave me a price over the phone for the tip and installation. She then texted me their address and when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at their friendliness and willingness to help me. They had cues with different types and brands of tips with a table set up to test out the different tips to find which played better for me. I decided to go with the How soft tip and she and I talked pool while her husband put the tip on my cue. It only took him about 10 minutes to install the new tip and he even went above and beyond by cleaning the blue chalk off of my cue. We all sat and chatted for a bit before I left. That night, I shot in a local 8-ball tournament and took home 2nd place, Saturday night, I played in a Scotch Doubles and we placed 2nd and Sunday night was another local 8-ball tournament and I took 2nd again! Being able to move the cue ball around the table with such ease was such a great feeling. I could not be happier and more satisfied with my experience from beginning to end with Eastern Billiards. So, if youre looking for a friendly, knowledgeable store with more than just sales on their minds, you MUST stop into Eastern Billiards in Kissimmee, I guarantee that you will NOT be disappointed. We had our table done by this company. Not only are the owners Ruth and Gary super friendly and knowledgeable, but theyre honest. I paid to have the table re felted and new bumpers put on but when Gary and Billy showed up to do the job he informed me that it only needed new felt, that my bumpers where fine. I was amazed! Who does that? I imagine if I had gone with another company they would have gone ahead and put new bumpers on instead of telling me they were fine and didnt need replacing. Eastern billiards saved me a lot of money!! My table looks brand new. Ive already recommended them to my neighbor whos son wants to have his table redone. in my humble opinion their the best!!!!

I drive down here from Orlando to get my cues re tipped every year or so. On my last visit, Gary pointed out issues with my cue I hadnt noticed, and then he fixed them! His work exceeds expectation. Not only that, but while you wait you can shop their selection of cues, use their practice table, or just hang out and chat with Ruth. As far as pricing goes, they matched the pricing I found online right off the bat. I didnt ask, theyre just fair. If youre serious about your game and your gear, this is the place to go.

I dont normally write a review after spending considerably more than I planned on...but that was before I met Ruth.I am newly back into the the pool league thingy. I pulled out my trusty cue from a decade ago and noticed I needed some decent cue chalk and wanted to explore getting my first glove. I did not want to purchase one from the internet without making sure it fit. So I started my search to find anywhere that had gloves. Walmart, Target, etc. were of NO help! So I tried the different billiards stores in Central Florida.Fast forward...I walked into Eastern Billiards.I stated my purpose - I wanted a glove. This older lady immediately pointed to section of the store. I mentioned that I had never had a glove and wanted to make sure I bought one that fit. She looked at my hand and started opening packages to let me feel the difference. The Eastern Billiards crew came to our Park to fix, repair as needed and recover our 2 very used pool tables. I usually am not one to search for the right words to express how impress I was with the efforts they took to make sure the tables were returned to the condition they were in years ago (back before this writer). They took the time to explain everything they were doing to the tables as each step was undertaken. Their prices were more than fair for the amount of work that needed to be done.I highly recommend this shop for all your pool table needs. I have shopped here for equipment and even used them for moving services on and off for the last 10+ years.I usually dont get out there too often, because if you own a table and take care of it, you usually dont need much. Ruth and Gary are great! Just got my first LD shaft here the cuetec r360. They let me try various sticks, chalking them up and giving it a go. Ended up with the cuetec. Theyre both very knowledgeable, Gary taught me a few things as well, and theyre a very friendly and welcoming store.
