The entire staff was very pleasant. Im from South Carolina and will take the drive to pick up my daughters dress for her quince soon. Totally worth it!

Originally went in there my maid of honor’s dress and ended up trying on wedding dresses for myself. The owner was patient and understood how I felt in regards to what I needed. They are very unprofessional and thieves. My sister and cousin had their sweet sixteen and ordered their dresses then the day of the party weren’t available after we have paid almost $1000. Everything was set and scheduled for that day this business is horrible and rude. The owner lied to the bank while trying to get a rebuttal.

Arianas Bridal is the best bridal shop on town. They have variety of dresses to choose from. But the most important thing is that they take their time with each customer to make sure their needs are very well suited. My daughter looked stunning in her 15 Dress and we are very thankful with this shop and all of the personnel. I recommend this place 100%!

I needed an affordable tuxedo for prom. She was the best. Millie was very patient with me and understood what I needed. Tuxedo came in a couple days before and when we fitted, it was perfect!! This place has really great options for prom, and weddings. Was is really great about this place is the seamstress. Can really fix or add anything. I got my prom dress from here and I loved it and it was not crazy expensive.

Went in last week for my tuxedo for a highly exclusive event. My tuxedo came in a couple of days before perfect fit everything was very high fashion the customer service was superb and the Spanish owner was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely great prices. Will return soon.

They ladies here were really nice the first visit I had. All they needed to do was hem my dress to where it’s oerfectly floor length and covers my shoes. When it was ready for pick up it was too short.. my heels were showing when I walked (and I’m talking my whole shoe). They took measurements and were still wrong. If their work was better, then their pricing would be understandable. However that is not the case. And they once apologized for the inconvenience. It’s never “their fault”. Nice ladies to me personally however the work and customer service when problems arise, just was not good at all. Wouldn’t recommend this shop

I went in for a shawl and the customer service was amazing. I received very professional and personal care. I was told if I signed up to the store via texting I would get 50% off accessories and 20% off apparel and boy what a deal. I got more for less. I highly recommend Arianas Bridal and Special occasions store. They offer catering, dresses and suits for purchase or rentals. Sweet sixteen and Quinceañeros dresses and Proms too. I went to Ariana’s Bridal wanting to try on dresses for my Quincenera. And I found a dress I really liked so I told the lady I live almost 2 hours away and I will be back in 2 days to buy the dress. She said if I sell the dress I will call you . My mom never got a call so we went to the shop like we said and brought money to buy the dress. She said I sold the dress and when we asked about ordering she changed the price. She asked to speak with my Abuela and she was extremely rude and unwilling to accept her original offer. Once I told the lady we were not going to order the dress she became rude. I took a day off school to go to buy a dress that was never there. Never again will I go to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I would give a 0 rating if I could to be honest.Not straight forward at all with how the renting of tuxedos go. We rented 4 (one of which for a 6 year old boy) tuxedos for $200 each including alterations. However, when they arrived (3 days before wedding) all 4 suits were huge and we were told nothing could be done. All 4 suits needed to be TAKEN IN, and all she could do was hem. Had I known that from the beginning instead of being told “all alterations are included” we would not have wasted our time and money!!!We also gave her my daughters flower girl dress (5 years old) to hem, in which i was charged $90 and when I picked it up 2 days before wedding NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE! They sewn pattern on pattern and it was just the most ugliest tackiest thing I’ve ever seen and I can’t believe they thought it even looked good. Again, this was all for a wedding!! I understand the seamstress only comes in once a week and does it on her own time, but she works within your store and you allow her to work with your customers. So take responsibility or take fault instead of trying to get the heat off of you.Because they never fixed what I needed, I (the bride) ended up having to go elsewhere the day before the wedding and pay ANOTHER $90 for them to actually do what I needed and EXPECTED!Ugh. Just so annoying. Nobody was happy, everyone felt they wasted money on crappy attire and a lot of people noticed how big the suits were. Luckily the other alteration place fixed my daughters dress, but now I want a full refund for the amount I spent here!My Husband returned the suits right away and as he tried explaining how we felt with the services provided and the “hidden agenda” of which was included with alterations and she always blames someone else, doesn’t apologize and just is very pushy in makin you feel like it’s her way and nothing more. Again, just ridiculous. Then we couldn’t even get a copy of our receipt saying we paid in full and returned items on time! What the hell?!?!I better get a refund because there is no way you’re keeping money for free!Definitely a horrible and stressful experience!

This shop is SUPER tacky. DO NOT come here unless you want the shop owner to act like everything is about her and not your daughters big day. Could go on a rant on how unprofessional the seamstress is/was but according to the shop owner shes a freelance worker, apparently meaning she has 0 obligations to fix her ridiculous mistakes. Paid for my daughters dress to be hemmed and not only did she not do what I asked but she decided to do whatever the hell she thought looked good. Now Im out of my money for this dress plus the cost they charged to ruin the thing. Does anyone know of any other non-chain suit and dress place that can handle a simple hem job?

The owner helps you and has plenty of personality. It is a great place to go for a suit or tuxedo.

So, I was the best man at my friends wedding. It was literally my first wedding experience and I couldnt believe how grossly oversized all of the tuxedos looked. Im a realtor that wears suits 5 days out of the week and sometimes on Saturdays so I know how suits should fit. Im mortified on how unprofessional and disrespectful the shop owner was to the bride and groom after they had payed her in full. Honestly, I would have never picked this place strictly because of how nonchalant and carefree Ariana was. No owner/manager should be bribing nor holding hostage or monies that were not rightfully earned. Again Im in the customer service industry and we all know the customer always should be first. Hopefully this is a 🚫WARNING🚫 and caveat to all who enter this unforgiving bridal shop who will not admit or apologize her faults let alone resolve them.

IM A REPEAT CUSTOMER BUT THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I COME HERE! I WAS THE GROOM FOR THE WEDDING, I GOT ALL 5 OF MY TUXES FOR MY PARTY HERE AT THIS STORE AND I WAS SO DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED! ALL THE TUXES WERE BAGGY AND MISFITTING AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THE LADY ABOUT IT SHE WAS VERY PUSHY AND WOULD JUST TELL ME TO NOT WORRY THAT IT LOOKS GOOD SHE DIDNT WANT TO ALTER ANY OF THE TUXES WHICH WAS INCLUDED! FELT LIKE SHE WAS TRYING TO GIVE THE RUN AROUND, THEN WE ALSO GAVE HER MORE BUSINESS WHICH WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! WE HAD HER SEAMSTRESS ALTER MY DUAGHTERS FLOWER GIRL DRESS AND SHE MESSED IT UP HORRIBLY HAD ONE OF THE SHOULDERS A DIFFERENT SIZE THEN THE OTHER AND TRIED TO SEW A PATTERN ON ANOTHER PATTERN SO AFTER COMPLAINING TO THEM THEY AGREED TO GIVEME A REFUND SEEING ONLY FAIR AS I HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! SO I WENT TO GO PICK UP THE REFUND THAT THEY PROMISED ME AND SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THE SEAMSTRESS NOR HER WOULD BE GIVING US A REFUND AS THEY FELT INSULTED BY OUR CRITICISM ON THEIR SERVICES! Would not recommend this place due to their customer service. They messed up on multiple things (dresses and tux’s) for a wedding I was in, tux was too big/baggy, the grooms flower girl had her dress messed up by them, they undid the work they had done since it was not what they asked for, said they’d give a refund but then went back on their word because they did not like the honest feedback they received. They’re keeping money for a service they in the end, did not do. That is illegal. They refuse to make things right and apologize and give the refund for the work they did not finish/do, so reviews have been left, news stations HAVE been contacted and the bride and groom will be filing for small claims. They could have apologized and given a refund for the work they didn’t do but they choose to be unprofessional. Have been repeat customers but now no more. Sorry for the long review but I felt the need to give a warning!

Horrible service for children that are chunky. They don’t know how to measure correctly for children. My sons suit is entirely to big pants won’t stay up even with a belt they fall under the belt loops. $200 for a rental and it doesn’t fit correctly is absurd. The lady also ran my debit card for $938.55 when my bill was only $93.45 and then turned around and said her WiFi wasn’t working and asked for my card again and ran it again for $93.45. I had to contact the bank to file a fraud claim to get the $938.55 which causes multiple overdraft charges and transfers from my savings to cover at the time. I would never recommend this bridal shop. She should be giving me a full refund for my 6 year old sons suit that had to walk down in my nieces wedding with a suit that looked like he was wearing 6 depends diapers under the pants.

Millie was amazing. I left with a peace of mind and a beautiful dress.
