Horrible!! I went there because my radio shut-off, which was most likely just a fuse. My radio was in my glove compartment therefore, they insisted I should move it to my dashboard. I didnt care for that but, seeing he was taking long I shouldve known this was coming. When Jose (mind you he has a 5 star review here on himself. 🙄) goes to check on my car, he returns saying that he never told the guy just to check my radio and that the guy was half way done with installing it on my dashboard. Well, neatless to say over the weekend something blew, my amp or speakers. So, I go back to get it checked and he wants to charge me again to check it and from there charge me what needs to be fixed. Unbelievable!! I would never go here again nor would I recommend them, EVER.

They installed new speakers in my car and with in 3-4 weeks they all started to lose sound. I called to set appointment to fix and they said they charge $40 to check it. This place is a bootleg operation. Even their equipment/merchandise looks shady. Take your vehicle somewhere else!

Around April I had a radio installed by Addictive Car Audio, First they forgot to install the antenna for the fm/am radio. Now I came back to let them know my radio won’t turn on and it’s only been less than 6 months. The man with curly brown/black hair said he can check my radio but they will charge $40. I was like well I don’t have receipts but I remember that you guys keep a yellow copy written invoice, he said “no they don’t”. He said if it’s the radio itself I would have contact the manufacturer of the radio but he couldn’t see me today only Monday or Tuesday since they’ll fully booked even though I live 15 miles away from this stores. Honestly such a disappointment. They just seemed very dismissive and more eager to finesse me.

Let’s start with I’ve had my fair share of bad customer service in my life but this place by far takes all five stars in worst customer service ever all over the United States all over other countries ever, the worst part is the owner of this place was sitting there talking about how he and his company is all about customer service yeah I Sit there in his store for 30 minutes waiting to exchange a dash kit that was wrong and still couldn’t get any help so decided to walk out .

Wanted to change the main headlight in the car and they change all the lights without me knowing and ever since I got the car back I was getting check DRL system and one of the lights they change that didn’t need to be change because I never had issue with burn and they try to blame my car but I never had an issue with until they touch it soo buyers beware

I gave them 3 times & they let me down againpaid a lot of moneyI paid a lot of money for my music expecting to blow some ear drums they put regular sized gauges though stetson 5000 watt amp knowing it needs power to hit that bass my lights flicker a lot the amp shuts off and I took it too 3 people they all told me same thing not 1 told me different. they hustlersI’m not bothering with them anymore best shop online and find someone who recommended in kissimmee or ORLANDOI was told 6 people to not get the job done and I told them I’ll give them chance I paid $250 for the job and boom let me down now I gotta pay another 250-300 to get the job done right
