Staff is very friendly but I guess that is a way they compensate for the poor condition of the cars. I bought a car less then a month ago and within 3 weeks my a/c stopped working, the tire sensor on my car is going off and I’m having to add air every couple days to my front tires, the remote key they gave me does not work even after paying to replace the battery like the car salesman recommended and there are roaches that are coming out of the backseat a/c vents. (I’ve killed 3 small ones today alone 10/23/21) Having to pull over because I have a 6 month old in the back seat and need to deal with roaches on her car seat is not cool. I was told that I will be helped and to bring in the car next week. I will update my comment next week on the status of my issues.

Do not recommend. Ive only had my car for a month, ive made TWO ON TIME payments already and ive gotten my car disabled TWICE for “not paying payments”. When thats not true at all, i have reference numbers and screenshots from tge website as proof. This is absolutely ridiculous. Oh, and customer service numbers i was given, ARE OUT OF SERVICE. Guess im stuck without a car until they somehow decide to answer the phones.

Bought a car a little over a year try to get an upgrade and didnt not let me do it, because the car still have a balance which is a buy here pay here dealer so if you buy car from them and decide to return the car they will report it on your credit, so be aware of what youre about to buy. Dont get stuck later like me with a car that you dont feel comfortable with.

I bought my car from here in march of 2019 and I really liked the car. But there system gave me the wrong amout to pay. When i went to make my payment i was told that i should know what my payment was . I felt like this was very unprefessional. Then my car was taken . I feel as though I was wronged and now it is on my credit and I can not get a car at all .

After looking a several cars my son ask to test drive a car, but car wouldn’t start at all the guy said it was a dead battery, so my son ask to test drive another vehicle it also didn’t start at all they said it was a dead battery. Then they show him a vehicle that they just got that same day and my son said yes he wanted the car, but they said it wasn’t ready yet and they will hold it for him. Miguel told my son that the car my son wanted wasn’t ready and it would be ready the next day he will hold the car for him. That he can pick up the vehicle the next day. Today when my son call they told him the car was sold. Can’t trust what they said. Bad business !!! The only reason we went to this place because of the good reviews. But I guess they are fake reviews!

Years later and still dealing with the trash of a dealerThey caught me when I was 18 years old financed me a 18000 car that blew up on the way home. Fast forward 2 years later David graciously asked for my returned business and sold me yet again another lemon. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP

Where to begin? When I first looked at this dealership I found 2 vehicles I was interested in. I went through the finance application online and received a call from David. Explained to him I was about an hour and half from the dealership and wanted to be 100% certain I was approved for both vehicles before I wasted time or gas going there. Was repeatedly told I was approved for both, that there weren’t any issues, and to come on in and basically pick one. Next day I go over and get there shortly before the lot opened. I find the 2 vehicles I was interested in and start giving them a once over. First was a 2016 Dodge Journey that had relatively low miles. Rear windshield wiper was dangling by the wires. When the lot opened and went to take it for a test drive and it wouldn’t start. Spent an hour trying to jump it and the battery wouldn’t take enough charge to start. Then a manager comes over and says the alternator was dead and they just found that out the day before l. Ok so no on the Journey. I then ask to see the 2nd car. 2018 Elantra, super low miles, very clean. Test drove it. Loved it. Came back and told them to print up the paperwork. After FOUR HOURS they come back and say they can’t make the payment work with what I have down. Even though I proved I made more than 10X the payment they wanted. Long story short I end up in a 2019 Nissan Versa. Mainly because I had no other choice and they didn’t have anything else I was interested in and needed a car that day. Fast forward to the beginning of this year. Had to wait till day after my payment was due to make the payment. Go to deposit cash and the car is disabled. Spent an hour on hold to find out why and apparently they changed their policy from 3 days to no days before they engage the kill switch. 1st breach of contract since the paperwork that I signed stated I had a 3 day grace period. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I go to trade the car in for a brand new car. Dealership can’t take it in trade because the car fax revealed it has been in 2 major accidents prior to me owning it. That’s funny because I still had the vehicle history report from Auto Market of Florida. It says it’s only been in one minor accident. THAT IS CALLED FRAUD. And I have contacted an attorney on the matter.Long story short, stay waaaaaaaaay away from this place.

Wonderful experience. Purchased a vehicle 4 years ago, never had an issue. Vehicle has been great, Ive only had to do the normal maintenance things. They do report to my credit every month and this has helped me greatly, never had issue with their finance department and customer service has always been good. They gave me a Free Carfax report without me even asking for 1. They said it is a requirement that they show it to every customer prior to purchasing, I think that is Awesome! If I had 1 complained is that if you try to call the payment center the wait times are long, especially on Friday, I guess thats the day most people are calling also. However, they do have a site to make the payment online or a mobile application also. Most places will charge a convenience fee or processing fee on every payment, they only do if you make the payment over the phone, but online or on the app is completely free. The vehicle came with warranty, which is included and I did not pay a penny for, it is Powertrain Only. I never had to use it, but hey it at least gave me peace of mind. Overall, great experience!
