I used to have a $6000. Alpine system on my expedition and it didnt sound anywhere near to what I got today through sound loco . Paid a lot less and the sound still impresses me everytime im driving my F150 .

Went here yesterday March 12, 2020 and had a really good experience. Had exactly what I needed and got what I think is a good price for everything they did. Only complaint is that I wished they asked for my input on where to mount the bass control module but it wasn’t bad where they mounted it. Just wished they would of asked. Would highly recommend. Thank you!!!

I went here the other day to get a simple install on my new car and I was given some false information that made me second guess having my car done here and scratch my head at what this guy was telling me. After research of what the guy had told me I took my business and car elsewhere. I wouldnt 100% trust this place when it comes to installs on newer cars they simply dont know what theyre doing based off the information they provided me. They do have super cheap rates and prices on installs which probably explains what type of work they do. Simply put, they tried to finesse me and ruin my car. Do your research!

I wanted to keep the factory 8 screen head unit but wanted it loud, clean, and didnt want to see anything or sacrifice room. And I also wanted serious bass. The result was replacing all the factory speakers with perfectly matched quality speakers, adding a 5 channel amp, and a low profile 12 subwoofer. It sounds amazing. They met my needs and exceeded my expectations. The installation was clean and professional. And the price was more than fair. Id give 10 stars if I could. If you want top quality work with exceptional knowledge just bring your car to Sound Loco Audio and dont waste your time or money anywhere else. They are simply the best.

Completely unprofessional. I brought in some speakers etc to get installed. When I went to go pick up my car the next day. The manager told me that there was sound from the engine going into the speakers. When I called to ask them to fix the problem, they were not helpful, nor did they fix the problem.. I paid for something that was not done the proper way. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed and to take them to court to get my money back.. Nor did they return my stock speakers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They do not care !!!!

Got my HID Lights done appx 8 months ago, my Car ran over a pot hole, so one headlight got damaged, to my amazement The Boss showed me what true Customer Service is all about.I left extremely Happy, going back in 2 weeks to get Fog lights done and inside white lights.I highly Recommend Sound Loco.

This place.... It was a great visit! If you have the time! The staffing is very short as there were only 3 men and I had only realy dealt with 2 of them. I got there at 10:45.... Didnt get talked to till 11:10.... Didnt get my car checked till about 11:30 (all times are approximate) so it took a LONG time to get anywhere. Once I became the one being focused on? It was really a pleasure! Super chill.... Really nice.... Knowledgeable..... You can tell these guys have been doing this kind of stuff their whole life. I appreciate everything they did. (which was a lot of troubleshooting before we found out what was wrong.) and i learned a lot in the process!I checked the speakers they sold me. They were cheaper anywhere else.But all-in-all? Worth it.I trust these guys. If you have the time (and patience) go to them. =)

Really unprofessionalThey did the wiring and hooked up my sound system, and talked me into a new amp for my sub. The guy promised me it was great quality... it burnt out 26 days later. They wouldnt even honor their 30 day warranty and basically told me to piss up a rope. I will never be going back here and urge you to find a better place before you trust this joke of a company. I am a retired air force veteran and college student, and they totally screwed me over.

Horrible customer service have been a customer for many years when they were in Sanford, now there customer service sucks especially from the heavy set man up front. When we asked to speak to the owned the Chinese man we was told he is in the back, and dont come up front. After 7 cars, well be taking our business elsewhere. Needless to say the last thing we had done was a stereo installed and they hooked it up so the truck had to be running while playing it. We took it back they said it had to be wired like that, false it was wired correctly by another shop.
