Staff was very productive and helpful from being to end while shopping. They tell you whats on sale from the price on merchandise. If you like unique Converse this is the place to go.

My youngest needed shoes that their PT would approve and they had really good luck with the last pair they had. Since they have 3 discount stores near us we decided to start with the closest one. We arrived and it was a bigger store than we expected. They were a bit busy but everything was clearly marked by size from one end of the store to the other. We headed right the the range they were looking for and they looked at everything that might fit before starting to pick a pair to try. They finally chose 3 pair to try and choose from when one of their employees asked if we needed any assistance. Vik was extremely helpful in finding some unusual choices for them to try on including getting some down from the top shelf storage. We ended up with my child trying on something like 9 pair and I finally had to make them whittle it down to their top choices. As everything is marked down already I was surprised that they were taking an additional 50% off all clearance items so I let them get 3 pair of shoes. In the end I spent about what it would normally cost for one pair so we were both happy. Vik was helpful throughout and also helped some other customers along the way. We went to the register and they picked out a fresh pair of laces to go with one of the pairs of shoes. The cashier was Britney and they were helpful to us in finding the right length for the laces. All the employees were wearing masks as were the customers.

This place has gone down hill a lot, nothing on the shelves. I would rather pay full price than shop in there!

I returned shoes that I purchased from Orlando Converse location due to their horrible attitudes and customer service, and I went to Vans to purchase me and my family shoes! I will be spending my money at Vans going forward! Vans employees had great customer service, and Vans offered buy one shoe get one shoe free plus 30% off the total that started today! Thanks Converse for making me see why its great to be a Vans customer😁!!!! People you better check Vans out!

I love to get converse here!! They have the best prices and amazing designs! If you have a student ID sometimes you can get an extra discount! Last time I went here I bought 2 pairs of shoes for the price of one (and their prices are already lower than normal)!!! I think i only spent $40 for the 2 pairs of shoes together and they are so cute! They have so many styles and sizes! They also have clothes and accessories in the store! To get even better, this store is in the same shopping center as a Nike discount store and other major brand discount stores!!!!!! You need to stop by this shopping center in Kissimmee FL!

Sometimes has great deals. Bought 3 pairs 2 mens shoes and one toddler and paid only 42 dollars with tax. The only problem I have is that toddler shoes are hard to find in the color and size you want. Even sometimes for grown ups.

Perfect place to shop if you love your All Stars. Theres always a deal or big sale going on. I got two pairs of sneakers for less than $50. And on my receipt, they Ive you $10 on your next buy if you fill out an online survey.

DOESNT OPEN UNTIL 10AM even though their website, google maps, and everywhere else says 9am. They have taken down their hours on the door so they can open and close at will. They were rude on the phone when called to ask if they were going to open their doors. Its a dirty place with rude people. Just go up the street to the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets...they are only 40% off instead of 50% off but its a much nicer location, great employees who actually care, and a lot better selection of shoes.

The stores personal website, Google and Apple all say they open at 9:00am. For whatever reason they decided to not open until 10:00am. When questioned about it, guy who answered the phone said that they couldnt change the information...even on their own website. Terrible business practice for what should be a great place.

Totally need to rotate their stock & Styles more often. Special discount cards for customers who r good repeat. Customers.

I came a few days ago and the service was good but today Friday the 22 of December the website said they open at 9 Am and the store didnt open till 10 am, I dont know if the chose to open at that time cuz they werent ready or they just felt like opening a lil later but if they do open at 10 please change it there was a bunch of upset costumers. Its not fair for others that drive from far away to get there on time at purchase something other ppl work too.
