Well I was hoping for more of a variety being Foot Locker. The mens shoes really didnt have alot to choose from, but the kids and women did have a good variety of shoes to choose from.

Truly and highly upset! This store does not serve their FEMALE patrons,I have been going to the Store for the past two years being that is conveniently located. My husband buys two pairs each time that he goes, and every time I end up walking empty-handed. There is no average size for a FEMALE patrons nor there is styles in the kids section which is where they have us. They should have an area designed for women for EVERYONE TO feel included. It is unacceptable that I have to go to the Florida mall to buy a pair of shoes when I have a footlocker 10 minutes away from my house please see what can be done about this because this is level of SEXISM !To add to this, in the summer they had different policies when it came to searching up shoes for women or my size in men;now everything change according to them; neither associate or manager has a clear idea on how or when it comes to delivery or shipping to my home. Comes down to who is the store servicing? Clarify what can we order in store, because management/associate keepers changing it. please revise this.Kindly; I await your response.-Every women that has gone to this store.P.S. MY SHOE SIZE IS 8.5 🙃

Customer service there SUCKS… store manager does not know what she’s doing, not even a hello to the customers… wonder why the store is ALWAYS EMPTY!

Foot Locker doesnt live up to their guarantee of return policy... I have my receipt... Which states within 45 days non worn returns are always taken back. I had receipt non worn shirt... However I no longer had the card it was bought on due to my wallet being stolen. They refused to give me a refund only store credit. This is not the store policy according to the Footlocker guarantee on the receipt. Ill be sure to tell as many people as I can that I wouldnt spend another penny there. Its bad enough my wallets gone but a store that doesnt live up to their return policy is not getting any money from me anymore... Also Ive spent 1000s of dollars in this store throughout my life. A place prints a policy on the receipt to go by however wont refund is worthless. I hope that anyone that reads this also wont shop here also!!!!

I get all of my foot insoles from Foot Locker. I think they have the best ones around outside of specialty insoles, which can be very expensive. They also last a long time!When I went to get some insoles they had a sale going on (which is rare) so I was able to pick up my insoles at a discount! THANKS FOOT LOCKER!! 😀

We were going to purchase some shoes for our son and we went to checkout and was surprised at the price and asked if there was any discounts and she said no discounts and you need to pay plus tax too and she was so rude, It’s as if she wanted us to get mad and was trying to make me upset and it worked very well, we left . Maybe she was having a bad day and took it out on us!We left and this attitude made us not complete the purchase and we will go spend our money at a different footlocker because this one does not deserve our money at all .She was so rude and for no reason at all .

This store has nothing in stock. I ask for 4 different pairs of shoes and not a single one was my size. I don’t know how they are still in business.

Line and distancing was managed very well by staff.

Brought sneakers at a great price for men..2 pairs for $100.00 for my partner.

Drove an hour to get here to be told the store is closed by the workers in the foot locker store behind the closed fence... Store hours say online that they are open till 9 pm on sunday. . Gal said ohh yeah it says that.. I let her know maybe she should get it fixed or let someone know so they could fix it.... My family was very unhappy. We were planning on buying 5 pairs of shoes. Your loss. Also the gal needs an schooling on how to be polite. Your loss Foot locker.. I will never spend a dime there again!

Was going in there to purchase Shoes for myself and my three children... Three different Associates... Not one of them asked me if I needed help or greeted me... Needless to say walked around for a moment then walked out and spent my money somewhere else... This was the first bad experience Ive had with a Foot Locker but still like Foot Locker in general just will not be going to this one again

The guy saw me looking around for a specific shoe and never approached. When I asked him if they had the shoe in another size, once I found it by myself. He said thats the last one with attitude.
