This place went above 5 stars! We are on vacation at Walt Disney World and the first day my son’s glasses were broken! I called the shop and they said they would do their best to help us out! They were able to straighten out the arm and repair them at no cost! I highly recommend them! The staff was extremely nice and helpful! Now my son can see the rest of his vacation! Thank you!!!!
Thank you for helping out with those transition trials this morning. I called everyone for the pair and you were the only ones that had them on hand. Just in time for his baseball combine. He will be using them tomorrow all the way on the other side of the country in LA California. They may be the “city of angles”, but we got angles right here in central Florida. From start to finish my experience today has been the best ever. I have been wearing contact lenses since 1995 and the doctor in team today really took the time to explain and go over everything. The doctor specifically made you feel welcome comfortable and took her time to review all her findings and explain everything she was doing.I have never experience or felt in such great care and complete trust of the doctor. She Truly is passionate about her work and cares about her patience. Thank you Dr. for such an amazing experience today. She has gained a patient for life.
Today 11/6/2021 I had the worst experience at this location. Ive been coming to this store for a few years now and though I feel the place is overpriced and slow I understood it due to the location. However, today Nole forgot me there for 45 minutes and when I asked how much longer he was surprised. Nole said he was covering lunches and he forgot I was there. As I walked out Nole replied Have a nice day with an attitude as though I did something wrong. I turned around and asked for a supervisor which wasnt any help either he said he was covering lunches so he forgot I guess that was the push I needed to never go there again.
I have never ever had a bad experience at your location, doctors are amazing and the techs always friendly and knowledgeable. But today I came to the store with an emergency. I needed an appointment for new exam and glasses and Taylor helped me. I explained to him that my current glasses have broke and needed to get a new one ASAP. Helped me scheduling the appointment but insisted to take a look at my glasses. Once I brought in my glasses, Taylor introduce me to manager Anthony who took my glasses and brought them back to life. I cant thank you both enough for fixing my glasses. Had it not been repaired I would have been half blind until a new one arrive. Thank you Taylor and Anthony you guys ROCK!!!!

Doctor was fine. Front desk was awful. They try to shake you down for money before seeing doctor or receiving any service. Really pushy. Reminded me of a hard sell. Other LensCrafters are much more accommodating and customer focused.

Kudos to David for saving my life yesterday. In my usual rush to get to work, I accidently crushed my very first pair of Ray Bans trying to put my water bottle into the side pocket of my backpack. Hearing metal clinking I assumed it was silverware for my lunch and shoved a metal water bottle deeper into the pocket. When I got into the car I pulled out the bottle to move whatever was in that pocket, only to find my metal frame sunnies bent almost in half 😭 after doing a bit of research I discovered my 1 year warranty ended 7 days ago. I had just bought a different pair of prescription Ray Bans with Davids amazing help a couple weeks prior and didnt know where else to turn. I stopped in to Lens Crafters on my way home from work that day and thankfully David was there and remembered me from a few weeks prior. He was nice enough to bend my first pair of Ray Bans back into shape even though I didnt buy them from Lens Crafters. From a manager of a retail store, I would love to have David on my team. It doesnt matter for what I go there, whether for an eye exam or have my glasses checked I always been treated the same. Their staff is very friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure you receive the service you deserve. I am happy I found a place where they understand my needs.
I looked online, and after seeing LensCrafters offered 30% discount to AAA members, I booked a vision and contact exam. I called the store to verify they offered the discount. They let me know they didnt honor the AAA discount, and I let them know I was concerned since it was on their site. I said Id like to cancel my appointment since they didnt offer the pricing. The lady I spoke to offered to talk to the doctor to see if they would honor it one time only in lieu of me canceling.She called back to tell me I actually had a better deal with Eye Med, a vision insurance package I had. With that, it would only be $50 for the exam I had booked for contacts and glasses.Fast forward to the day I had my appointment, February 22nd. I arrived and I was told my total would be $95. $50 for refraction and $45 for the contact fitting portion. I said I was confused since we spoke on the phone and I was told my copay was $50. $95 vs the 30% off the full cost of $140 is $98; its essentially the same price. She said shes sorry she made a mistake, but she cannot honor the price she told me on the phone because she needs to correct her mistake. She cannot tell the doctor she made the mistake.I told her to cancel my appointment, and I left. I will not be back, and I will be entrusting my vision health to other vision providers in the future.
Awesome customer service. They really were helpful and accommodating. The staff guided me through my whole process without rushing me, and right from the beginning, every staff member was very polite. They offered clear and specific answers to my questions. I respected the procedure of social distancing among the staff for the customer. The wait time was much longer than I expected. My appt was for 2pm and I wasnt seen by reception until 2:50pm. After my eye exam and selecting my new eye glasses, I didnt leave the store until after 4pm. That was brutal. However; the store staff was very apologetic and understanding.
My parents have been loyal customers of LensCrafters for multiple years now but because of Ream Alawi well be taking our business somewhere else. If you read the reviews you can see that most of the negative reviews stem from their Assistant Manager REAM ALAWI. She is rude, disrespectful, and displays the worst professionalism I have ever seen. She racially profiled my parents for simply waiting and looking at the frames they WERE GOING TO BUY!! She stormed over to my parents as they were browsing, ripped the frames out of my dads hands, scolded them for looking at the frames, and angrily told them they couldnt look at any other frames, suggesting we couldnt buy the frames. When we asked to speak to the manager she told us she was the manager with attitude. The disrespect, lack of customer service to the client is unbelievable. IF YOU ARE HISPANIC AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!

When I saw 2.5 stars for this location, I expected dismal attention and service. But in my experience, this place gets 5 stars! The salesperson named Shanen was quickly prompt, expertly efficient, and totally professional. I was in and out the front door in 10 minutes! She’s the BEST and don’t listen to any low-level reviews!

Arrived to my sons contact lens fitting appointment only to be informed that due to COVID they can’t do the appointment face to face. It’s almost March 2021!!!! Kind of hard to do this over the phone! Don’t waste your time here. Don’t give your hard earned money to businesses who won’t operate. After supporting Lenscrafters as my primary eye care company for years, I have decided to never return following my experience at this location. During the virus they made people unnecessarily stand outside in the Florida heat for extended periods when there was lots of safe distancing areas inside. No seating. No offer of water. No consideration. I finally got inside for an adjustment to my Lenscrafters specs only to be treated carelessly by the delicate flower of a guy who helped me. No thanks. Lots of other choices.
My husband and I have been coming to this Lenscrafters for over 8 years, mainly for our annual eye exams with Dr. Steve Manikowski, who is one of the best Optometrists weve seen over the years. We have purchased thousands of dollars worth of glasses at this store. First, Lenscrafters could not get their act together enough to display some type of professionalism with re-scheduling our appointments, no return phone calls, the online appointment booking system failed and after numerous voicemail messages and calls, I finally got through to a live person. Yesterday was our appointments which are 3 months past due our regular annual exams. I walked into the store with my mask on and was approached by a large female who said (with attitude) Can I help you? I informed her that we had appointments with the doctor and she immediately told me a load voice that I needed to put my mask over my nose. I advised her that I have asthma and the county executive order states that if you have a health condition that inhibits you from breathing.... She then barked that if I was not willing to wear my mask properly, that I had to leave. I told her to cancel our appointments and I was leaving, NEVER to return. She did not bother to ask my name and she never offered to get a manager or the doctor. There was one customer in the store, which is huge and 3 other employees on the sales floor. She was rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional! It is regrettable that Dr. Manikowski is affiliated with this establishment. We are now in search of a new Optometrist and a professional eyeglass facility. Save your money, time and integrity. If I could give them minus one star, I would!

I understand were in a pandemic BUT it would be nice if the associates offered help especially when they see the customer wandering around, instead of chit chatting and ignoring the customer. I left because I was offered no help and placed my order online. Never will a return to this location.

Went in today to this location. Every year I buy 2 new pairs of glasses from the lens crafters at the Mall at Millennia location. Every year it is the same prescription without issue, I wanted to go to this location and they were telling me all about needed a new exam and they wouldn’t sell me the glasses without one. I’ve had the same results since I was 13, if I want to pay you money fir a product just sell it to me, I’ve never once had an issue with my prescription.
I can not praise Mimi enough.. she was patient and very knowledgeable. She fixed two pairs of glasses. Explained everything thoroughly. I ended up getting a pair of sunglasses which she worked very hard with me picking them out and making sure they were compatible with my prescription. I really thought I would have a difficult time for the things I needed fixed but much to my surprise it was hassle free and enjoyable. Felt compelled to share how amazing she was. Thank you
I liked the doctor but overall didn’t have a great experience. I had some issues with my brand new glasses (they were too wide and kept falling off of my face - and no they were not too big). When I went in to get them adjusted I was told it was my fault for taking my glasses off with one hand - an assumption I didn’t appreciate. I’ve worn glasses my whole life and this was never an issue. Turns out my lenses were cut too big and were pushing the frames out. I definitely appreciated the fact they ordered me a new pair glasses and corrected the issue but my trust in them was already damaged. They also made me give me original glasses back to them. In short I didn’t enjoy some of the retail associates I encountered and would rather find somewhere else to go.

First I should confess I read the reviews and was a bit sceptical about going but thank God I didnt let the reviews scare me away. Im the kind that likes to have my own review and go in without judgment and might I say this experiance was different than what I read. I was greeted at the door, I was even asked if I would like to sit (my paranoia would not allow me to) the lady even offered to clean a seat in front of me but I was okay with standing. The only thing is it does take a while to be seen but I know I was early and other appts came on time. I will be back!
I called to pick up glasses. I never received text or call to pick up. I waited over 1 hour. There was only 2 employees and one spent so much time talking and laughing with custothe room started filling up. She then tried to put a man who came in after me first I had to speak up and the other employee. It took her only 5 mins to get and give me my glasses. When customers are picking up (3) just have lady behind counter if us our glasses.In this pandemic it is wrong to have people waiting so long for pick up and you don’t allow customers to use your bathroom. My insurance switched but when I was at Eyeglass depot much better customer I’ve.Please do better👎🏾

The assistant manager, Ream Alawi, recently helped with me the fitting and purchase of my glasses. She was very professional, attentive, and pleasant. She did a great job multi-tasking and explaining the pandemic guidelines as new customers entered the store. She is definitely an asset to the store in Kissimmee, FL.
Had an appointment today that was reschedule due to Covid. Arrived 5 minutes early and was seated in the chairs in the middle of the store with customers and staff walking back and forth in front of me. I waited 15 minutes and then left. Recommend you move the waiting area to a more private area of the store and with less traffic. Also when setting up appointments need to get client in asap to reduce exposure to others regardless of us all wearing masks. I did not see any staff use any hand sanitizer while helping customers. I wont be back.
I’ve been a customer/patient at this LensCrafters location for years and never had an issue until today. I understand that things are operating differently during the pandemic, but I didn’t even feel valued as a human being by some of the associates at this store. I have already filed a complaint with corporate.There was a mixup between the pre-appointment vs appointment (it would be great if you could clarify ahead of time that the only way to confirm is by calling the store and not the online option received via email), but the first associate I checked in with let me know that she’d be able to fit me in the schedule. I filled out a couple of questionnaires and once I sat down, it seemed like I was completely invisible to the associates.I waited for 45 mins... multiple associates and one of the doctors walked by me and no one said anything. No reassurance that they’re running behind, but I will be seen as soon as they can fit me in. Instead, the associates were all socializing in the middle of the floor. At the 50 min point, I decided to go back up to the front desk to kindly ask how much longer it would be until I’d be seen by the doctor. The associate began to reply when another associate interjected and responded (to her) that she was running behind and since I had a pre-appointment I’d have to be seen whenever they could fit me in. This associate had the opportunity to acknowledge my presence and tell me directly, but didn’t acknowledge me at all so the other associate had to relay the message even though I was standing right there the whole time. It’s a shame because I’ve interacted with this woman almost every year for my eye exam. Whether she was having an off day or not, the exchange completely turned me off from ever going to that location again - I’ll probably leave LensCrafters altogether.

Worst experience of my life! If i could give zero stars I would!!!! I will never ever go to this location ever again. The amount of disrespect the Assistant Manager, Renee, (pronounced “REEN”) embodies a person of disrespect, attitude, and lack of customer service. After calling over seven times!!!! I came to the store during these unpredicted times. I came in to purchase a frame I had already picked out at another location since I was in the area and she denied to service me because that wasn’t the location I initially went to. So this is now run privately??? I wasn’t even given an opportunity to explain to her why I was really there and that i was ready to simply make a purchase but instead she assumed I was coming to browse. Not knowing I already had the product number and photo in my cellphone ready to simply check out!!!!! As I was speaking with the eye doctor, she proceeded to intervene in my conversation with him repeatedly stating she could hear every word I am saying and insisted he should deny me service as well because she already did. instead of actually attempting to correct the issue. I understand there is a lot going on with COVID and policies are in place, but it cost nothing to be kind. Renee is supposed to represent Lens Crafters values as a company and all this experience tells me is the lack of time and training someone took to hire such a child-like and rude individual. The experience was so horrible. My mother’s prescription was apparently delayed and she receive a message stating so, but when we came in for my frames they magically appeared?? I would like to know how this makes any sense. I hope this location does better for the people who come in and need actual assistance and pay hard-earned money for the services and products they provide without having to deal with attitude and disrespect all because you need some help?? Unbelievable.

I visited the store over two weeks ago. The store visit was pleasant, and I placed an order for glasses... $350. I was told it takes 7-10 days for them to receive my glasses. I called 13 days later because I still had not received a call. It turns out, my glasses were sent to the wrong LensCrafters store, so they will have to place an order for my glasses AGAIN. Now, I will have to wait another 10 days at least. Im pretty sure they had just forgotten to even order my glasses. The only reason I ordered from LensCrafters is because they are supposed to be more efficient, but I know not to make this mistake again in the future.
I went to the store with my wife to purchase 2 glasses, first the store had 2 customers only, at the entrance; we were ignored and one employee said somebody will be with you, we stayed waiting, then we were asked to choose frames, we told them we want to purchase glasses today, we started browsing, in few minutes the employee called Reem approached us with zero customer service tone and manner and said are you guys planning to buy or you are just browsing then we are not open for that, she was rushing us to choose anything, totally bad harassing behavior to the customers, we left immediately and went bought 3 pairs of glasses from Target, she made Lens crafters lose 730$ purchase because of bad customer service. Will never visit this store again.
I saw Dr. McCoy who was great! However, when I got home and looked at my bank account, I noticed I was charged twice for my glasses. Yes, two charges for $178.96 totaling $357.92. I called twice. The first time I explained what happened and was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and spoke with someone who told me they could not do anything until the pending status for the charge was removed. Even though it was a point of sale charge with a debit, Lenscrafters auditing sales department wont allow fixes to improper charge (so they say). Most retailers can void a sale but this store refused and instructed me to contact my financial institution or wait 3 days for the pending status to be removed. There is no regard to doing the right thing for the customer. I would recommend the doctor for the eye exam but if you are looking for a place that is compassionate to the customer when purchasing eye glasses then take your prescription from the doctor and go to another retailer. YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATING TO PURCHASE EYE GLASSES FROM THEM! Good Luck!
If I could give this location a 0 I will give that to this location. I have learned to always look at reviews about stores and products before I make a purchase or an appointment. Well with this one I was not to careful. Worst Costumer Service, to expensive for what they have, they also act like if they are full of people when in reality they are not. They have a black lady who has not manners she schedules the patient and is very rude. I will not recommend this place at all they treatment is horrible and the prices are way to high for the treatment a patients gets. You will think the patient will get a VIP treatment for the prices they have, but is the other way. That black lady needs training on how to treat a patient. I work in the healthcare industry in management corporate and I will not fire her but I will train her since she is the front she can brake any business and the owner will never know why his sales are dropping. I also understand this are franchises. So the doctor that owns this location will suffered many looses for not paying to much attention to the reviews of his business and staff.
No way I can rate this LensCrafters. Went to the place and spent more than 10 minutes to be at least welcome by any of the employees and none of them did. Every single person that was before me, about 2 people, every single person that was after me, about two people as well, were being either help or welcome. Called the place multiple times before arriving and to make it more pleasant, NO ONE answer the phone. I have been working in customer service for over 15 years and to me this is totally unacceptable. There were 3 employees and about 5 customers, will never go back to this LensCrafters, will never recommend it to anyone.
I visited the store numerous times until I finalized my purchase and Dustin provided the best customer service I have ever encountered! He was very patient and literally answered any and all questions I had and also the ones I thought of. I had some small misunderstanding regarding my insurance and also my prescription and the way he handled my situation made it a very pleasant buying experience.
The agent was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. I ended up buying a prescription sunglass. Looking forward to them.
I took my son there for his first visit and the doctor was wonderful with him. They had great levels of patience with a 5yr old and a baby in the store. I was seen as well in the same day and they fitted me for contacts and did a great job. I love them.

I couldnt ask for better customer service! The front desk, technician, and doctor were so friendly and helpful. After going to small town eye doctors almost all of my life, I have had high expectations for eye doctor experiences. This was fantastic. They explained every step, made me comfortable, and made sure I understood everything. I visited the Winter Garden Lenscrafters last year and had a terrible experience (doctor wouldnt give me my contact prescription, wanted me to come back and pay again for a visit, and refused to listen to my preference of contact brand.) The doctor explained that if I dont like my trial pair of contacts that I can come back free of charge for a follow up. This will definitely be my choice of location from now on when it comes to my eye care. Thank you!!
Went here recently for an exam and to buy new glasses. Everyone was really nice but especially Antonio. He spent a lot of time helping me figure out the right style of glasses for my face. The manager was thorough when adjusting my glasses on pick up. Very good experience there.

Staff take to long to get things done. From the moment you walk in to get some assistance to the final moment when you’re picking up your glasses. Minimum wait for everything single event is 45 minutes. To summarize be prepared to lose half a day at this location.
This location is extremely slow. The sales team was nice enough but it didnt seem like they knew what they were doing. We waiting an extremely long time to not even get a definete price on the glasses. Left and went to target to get the same exact Ray-ban frames for the less.
Went with my daughter to pick up her glasses today and to her disappointment they gave her sunglasses instead of glasses. It was all a scam! Apparently the insurance covers polarized lens more than transitions which is what she wanted and thats how the lady put it through. When we talked to the manager we had to end up paying a difference to get their error corrected. They never even looked into my daughters history which she has always been a customer of lens crafters. I believe its a scam to get upfront more money from the insurance as then the adjustment is done with the client, based on other reviews its the same pattern. I will be contacting the BBB and the insurance company. Now she has to wait another 7 days. The only good thing here was the doctor performing the eye exam. Also the receipt has managed vision care charge that is not clear for what it is. Was charged twice for this. LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT AND HAVE THEM EXPLAIN IN DETAIL EVERYTHING. When we go back to pick up glasses I will have to fight this one.

This was the closest location to me so I popped in and was promptly greated with a smile and I told them what I was looking for. Within 2 minutes my glasses were repaired and cleaned! My husband and Ive been customers for so long, but we missed a year and after trying to set up an appointment or been seen by the doctor as walk in, we just got back luck with the lead manager. The other staff says yes that we can see the doctor until she comes into the picture and has denied us 3 times. Now I understand why people losses there business, is because of employees like her.
The best Lens Crafters i have ever visited ! Dr.Driscoll is incredibly thorough with all procedures and tests. She explains exactly what she is doing and why. Had my glasses made in an hour too! Words cannot express how thorough and well trained everyone is here especially Erin and Tony on the sales floor! Definitely will be returning!!!!
I loved it all, the attention when you go in, the girls were really attentive and respectful. The Dr is really nice, explained want he was doing and after the exam he asked me if I had any questions. The tech was really Profesional as well. I have had really bad experiences before, but today was a different experience.
We were visiting Disney World when my daughters glasses frame broke. We walked into this store and had the best service from Antonio. He heard that were just visiting so he knew we needed same day service. He first checked my daughters existing glasses to see if they had the prescription lens in stock. When he realized they werent in stock, he quickly suggested using existing lenses on a similar frame as the second option. We got lucky and found something that would work. Antonio even asked if the cost of the frame was okay before making the changes. Within an hour, we got the new frame and could go back to having fun at Disney. Thank you!

I am super disappointed with the way I was treated today by Ally the store market manager, she was very rude TO US my daughter had an appointment 2weeks ago and it was canceled when we arrived no one called to let us know we were told someone will call to reschedule showed up today to reschedule but she was super rude and said we need to wait a month for next appointment without checking..she did not listen to us and contiened being rude, asked us if we wanted the appointment 3weeks we were thinking about and she just walked away from us..NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE

I went to this store on Saturday and the reality is that they were very kind to me from the beginning, the doctors are very kind. The person who was with me making the selection of my glasses was very kind and patient with me, since it was very difficult for me to select the type of glasses I wanted.After buying the glasses I realized that I was not satisfied and decided to change the frame and went to the store the next day and they were very nice and respectful. I am very satisfied with the service.One thing is that they are very busy that still I havent had any problems with them, even though they always busy when I went they alway had time for me and they always try to help you.
I wish I could rate this place a ZERO. The manager is arrogant and the staff judge you by your appearance and how much they think you will spend. There was a tall man on the phone who worked there and it seemed he was pretending to be on the phone because he didnt want to help customers. There was one nice lady, but I dont remember her name. Save yourself a LOT OF TIME and MONEY. THEY ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE EVEN WITH INSURANCE!!! I was completely ignored; not one person even greeted me. I agree completely with the other negative reviews, especially Richards. The manager doesnt even take the time to respond to the reviews. They just dont care!!!!
I needed some contacts on a Sunday when I was leaving for a cruise the next morning. The staff were so kind and helpful on the phone and got me in with the doctor right away! The doctor got me some contacts in my prescription so quickly. What could have been a miserable situation was so pleasant thanks to everyone at this LensCrafters!!
I was told a day before that they accept walk ins at 10:00AM everyday. When I showed up at 10:00AM after making adjustments at my own work I was told they are not accepting walk ins today. This was bit of an disappointment. Looks like they need to come up with some consistent policies. I should have read the reviews before showing up there are only two kinds of reviews, one star or five stars, something is wrong for sure!
Really bad experience with this store. Had my glass ordered in store and I was given an estimate delivery time for 2 weeks. However, it has been more than 1 month since the glass was ordered. NO ONE in the store called me with any updates about the delay with no reason provided. I called them after two weeks and the representative only mentioned the glass was not ready. I checked with them when it should be ready. They answered within one week. However, no one called me after one week and I checked with them again. NO Glass was produced at all. Afterwards, the store manager called me on the following Monday mentioning that the glass should be shipped out on Tuesday and ready for pick-up on Friday. Again, NO ONE AT ALL called me on Friday. I called them and the representative mentioned that the glass was not in the store and a red flag was put on the status. Today, the store manager called me that the glass was being produced on 4/1/2018. However, it failed and right now being produced again. I am so disappointed with this store since all my previous glasses/sun glass were made with Lenscrafters and no issue ever happened. I also am disappointed that when the production delay happened, no store personal even gave me a call to update the status. Right now it has been more than 1 months since I ordered the glass and they still cannot give me an exact time for me to go and pick up the glass. I am really upset on how this store treated their customers with no care. Definitely not recommend this store to everyone. Their messy store management will definitely screws up your schedule.
I asked if they took my UHC Vision insurance before I set up my appointment. They said they absolutely do. I had to leave work early for this appointment, filled out the paperwork and after that they told me they really don’t take UHC and tried to get me to continue with the appointment with a 10% discount. Why would I pay 90% of my exam and glasses when I would only pay 10% with my insurance? Classic case of bait and switch. No regards for people’s time.
The Customer Service at the LensCrafters at The Loop is abysmal, simply horrible and inattentive.I have been wearing glasses since elementary school, but it’s been well over five years since my last exam and new set of eyeglasses.My work-related insurance is set to be active and I am taking a proactive approach in getting my eyewear. I walked into the store, and walked over to the men’s section of the eyeglasses. I began trying on different pairs of glasses. It took over twenty minutes before a representative approached me. 20 MINUTES!Daniel approached me and provided assistance. I informed him that I will be using my insurance. I wasn’t sure if I was active in the system. After checking the system, I was yet to be active. He informed that nothing could be done until I was active. Completely understandable.A few days later, once the insurance company had processed my information and shows me active in the active, I called and asked to speak with Daniel. After a long five minute wait, Daniel came on the phone. I wanted him to check for the next available appointment for an eye exam and schedule me for it. Apparently, he was extremely busy and took down my phone number and stated that he would call me back within 30 minutes. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.I called a few days later to follow up. I spoke with a lady, I didn’t get her name. I wanted to schedule the next available appointment. Again, they appeared to be busy and she was not giving me her full attention. I stated that I would stop into the office, as I was driving nearby.I walked into the store. I got scheduled for the next available appointment. I informed her that it had been well over five years since my last eye exam. I asked her if it was the type of exam were the doctor would slip between the lenses and ask out of which lens do I see better. She highlighted and emphasized the state of the art technology that is now available. The exam that I mentioned was the old school way of conducting exams. I specifically asked what exam entails. She left out one key piece of information. (more on that in a second)On the day of the exam, I showed a bit early before my scheduled appointment. I was asked to fill out routine paperwork - basic demographic information. As I filled out the form, at the bottom of the page there was statement about how the eyes would get dilated and blurry vision is a possibility for the next 4-6 hours. What the lady representative failed and forgot to mention when I asked her what the eye exam entails was the fact that my eyes would get dilated and I would not be able to drive. This is simply poor customer service. Had I known this valuable piece of information, I would have scheduled my appointment on a weekend and used Uber to drive me.I expressed my anger and frustration. The next available appointment was two weekends out. They said that they would call to confirm my appointment. Yet, they DID NOT call me remind me of this current appointment.They may have the latest equipment, but fail horribly in the customer service department. I will be using another optometrist.
I dont even no where to start everything was bad from the moment I walked through the doors till I left. It was very unorganized and the service sucked from the employees to the manager down right Rude. I SPEND $588 TO get my mom a pair of seeing glasses that she badly needed. I wasnt happy with the service but she fell in love with these glasses and was addament about having them so I wanted to make her happy. I was told I would have them read for the following week and they will give me a call to pick them up. I NEVER got the call I had to call and was told they forgot to send them out. I then asked to talk to the manager and she was very nasty so I asked for a refund Never Go To This Place if your looking for a place that cares for there patients and there needs and Not Be Rude Even If Your A Manager First Rule Customers Are Always Right No Matter on top of that the employees were talking about how disorganized they where a or that had a appointment walked out because of them an of she was him she would be mad to this place is a joke
This place is horrible!! Wish I could give it no stars. They told my boyfriend that his insurance covered 100% of his glasses and pushed us to use it before we lose it and coaxed him HARD to choose some lenses, the manager looked at us and didnt confront us. When we confronted him he told us he would get an associate and walked away, no one ever came to help us! Finally we approached Jose and asked him for help, he sat us down and started upselling us as much as he could, not explaining the price or process of anything he was saying, when we finally did pull a price out of him he told us we would have to pay $125 out of pocket!!! His prescription is very small and he can see just fine so spending so much on prescription glasses is ridiculous!! And after telling us that the whole thing was covered!! He suddenly turned very rude and sour and wouldnt give a straight answer on anything, saying he knew better and treating us like we were five year olds!! My boyfriend started to panic and paid so he could rush out of the situation and we left. When we got outside we looked at the receipt and he charged us for a warranty we never asked for and another $45 mystery charge that wasnt specified to anything as well as $70 for a coating he said would be $20!! If you are going to go here, only go to get a simple eye exam, and then take your prescription and your business elsewhere!! DON WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS SCAM SHOP!!!!!!

BEWARE! If you want your glasses in a reasonable amount of time, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!Ive been waiting 3 weeks for glasses that were promised within a week.....and with very little confidence have another 3 to 5 days to go. I only got one text after the 1st week saying sorry for the delay but since then Ive had to make several calls to confirm the status and inquire what is going on.Initially they didnt have any information. Then they said my order had been cancelled. Then they said it was reordered with priorty processing, but Im still waiting. I spoke with the store manager who basically said all they can do is wait or refund my money. I spent over 4 hours in the store with the exam and order and had to call 5 times only to get the run around. I didnt expect spending over $500 would be such a hassel.While I understand they outsource to an offsite lab, management should definitely focus on what they can control: communication and being proactive. Asking me after 3 weeks what I would like as compensation when the only options are wait longer or refund was quite insulting. Who wants to wait days for the refund to be back at square one and initiate this process again? I have worn glasses for over 20 years and have never experienced such poor service, lack of accountibility, and sheer disregard.
The Dr is very professional, take his time to explain everything with details. The staff Tina and Daniel are the rudest and unprofessional employees that location can have. Took my kids prescription and walked out, theres many places with better attitude that I can buy glasses from
I LOVE getting my prescription glasses and sunglasses at Lenscrafters! All the employees are super nice and Sooo patient! Ive dealt with other stores in the past and they dont even compare! Best selection + knowledgeable staff, I would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for glasses!!Wanda H
I regretfully write this review as my experience with both customer service, professionalism, and quality lens were not up to expectation. In my second attempt to get my prescription lens corrected, they have still not been properly made. I will be taking my business to a different lenscrafters for my last attempt.
Poor customer service got totally ignored on a Simple Adjustment I got from Lens crafters! Waiting 40 minutes now!
This is by far the worst LensCrafters I have been to. I took my daughter for her eye exam and new glasses. We selected her glasses and were assisted by Sharon. Sharon began to complete the transaction without asking us about optional features, she added polycarbonate lenses as well as glare resistance. When she gave us the total I asked why it was so high when the majority of the lenses and frames were covered by the Insurance. I asked if the lense that she entered was the basic lense because thats what I wanted and she told me yes everything is basic. I then proceeded to take out the print out of my insurance coverage to what she responded well the glare resistance is optional, you can eliminate that if you want but the polycarbonate lense are mandatory by law If your daughter is under the age of 18. I paid for the glasses and left but before I pulled off I decided to call a couple other stores because I have never heard of a law obligating parents to purchase a polycarbonate lense. As I suspected this too was another of Sharons lies. I went back inside and spoke to general manager who acted like nothing h happened. I told her that the store policy states that children under the age of 12 were obligated to use the polycarbonate lense and that this was not a law as Sharon stated, I also spoke to her about Sharon not asking us if we wanted to upgrade the lense to polycarbonate and glare resistance to which she answered we dont push anything on anyone. Well your right its not pushed its just automatically entered into your total! Beware and stay away from this store!! Check your receipt before you leave if you decide to purchase from this store.
