Will not recommend at all, had a install done by them about 2 years ago. the first 6 month the soft close mechanics on 2 cabinets failed, stone were not sealed correctly, but the worse part were the installer had to use my tools ( table saw and meter saw ) to finish the install. Called and spoke to CLAUDIA countless times to get the hinges replaced and the stone resealed. she made 4 appointment for the owner to come by, but he never showed up or called. Very unprofessional. Their prices are competitive for that reason. as their customer service are incompetent

If ZERO stars was an option that would be it for Granite Renovations Group. We were purchasing 3 slabs and days before installation they sold one of our slabs from underneath us. We called and got mostly unreturned voicemails. Horrible communication, they are not straight forward, then at last minute try to jack up the price. We got upset and confronted them about it... their response was charging us for their mistake on a previous job with a rental unit AND dropping us after our kitchen was ready with the water cut off for the installation. The lady (Claudia) that came 3 times to measure our counters, told us over the phone she was not confident on her measurements and that if anything was “off” it would be on us.... OK, I’m glad they didn’t touch my kitchen! There you have it... we DO NOT recommend this company.

Horrible place to do business with!!!! Totally unprofessional company. We drove there to make an appointment because we called several times and they kept telling us someone will call us next day but never did... I know I know!!! That was a bad sign but I decided to give it a try because he was recommended by a friend. Well let me tell I called them back after Guillermo (the owner) stood us up and he quickly blamed it on his daughter who works for him so we decided to give him another try. I contacted Guillermo on the scheduled day to confirm and he explained to me he had to do a job close to my house and he’ll let me know a couple of hours in advanced so well have enough time to be home but NOBODY showed up. At that time my husband sent him a text (almost 5pm) and he replied he couldn’t make it and he will call next day to schedule Another appointment. We wasted a week between trying to schedule an appointment and Guillermo not showing up. I WILL NEVER recommend this company. I didn’t give them ZERO starts because google didn’t allowed me to do that

Very reasonably priced for great quality. They were extremely reliable, professional, and timely. I was working with another granite company and had ripped my old counters out before the other granite company told me they wouldn’t be able to complete the job. I was in a panic but reached out to Guillermo from Granite Renovation Group and he completed the job that same weekend! Thank you so much to Granite Renovation Group for such great work!

I am sorry but my family used this company for their kitchen and I really am disappointed on their costumer service, and their unprofessionalism, they are so lazy and don’t care about their costumers. I am really surprised how people gave them 5 stars, not worth 1 star honestly. I don’t know how they are still in business, horrible people especially this girl at the front desk, she is so rude!!!!!

Granite Renovations did the job nicely and timely. When there was a minor glitch, they had someone out there to remedy the situation. I was very pleased and Claudia was very helpful. We had it done June of 2019.

Im giving it 1 star! They have variety of granite designs that you can choose. Front desk is very accommodating. Until, they sent a wrong granite! Very frustrating! I spoke with Claudia couple of times and clearly stated to change the Luna Pearl to Beige Butterfly. But she insisted that I said the other way. Im very disappointed! I would advise the buyers to make sure you call and see and double check that they are doing the right granite! We failed to double check because we were very at ease and confident that Everything is taking cared of! 1 star is 1 star.

I’m so happy with the work that Granite renovation did for our house. For the best price ever we got beautiful quartz countertops for all bathrooms, kitchen and even laundry room. Now our house looks fresh and stylish. Now we planning to change cabinets after all just to make these countertops fit even better to the house.Owner did his best to make us completely satisfied with the results!

Well I would like to give this company a good review but unfortunately I can’t .After having a bad experience with the kitchen in my house I gave them a second chance but I already regretted, please if you don’t want to waste your time don’t come here.

Everything was great until damage was caused by installers. Owner took weeks to come to a resolution to either fix or deduct from the total job amount. Granite is beautiful. Resolution finally happened after weeks of going back and forth.Owner wanted to be paid in full, then would correct damage after submitting to his insurance. I would not agree to his request. Owner finally deducted the amount from final bill and I agreed to pay up. Done deal.If the owner would have not delayed resolution and corrected damage immediately, would have given 5 stars.Not good Customer Service, so 1 star it received for aggravation and stress.

Horrible horrible people, please chose a different company. This Michelle lady that was “helping” us is horrible, we had questions she wouldn’t even answer our calls, or emails, and they messed up the cabinets, just horrible!!!!!

Beautiful granite and great prices. We had an issue with us picking out a slab and instructing them not to put a certain area in the countertop. Needless to say it was there when they installed. We were upset and they offered to replace it. They did but the slab looks slightly different from the other even though they told us it was from the same lot. Overall a good experience.

Very helpful, showed us a slab that wasnt on display and it ended up being exactly what we wanted.

I must have slipped through the cracks there I feel since I only had a small kitchen project maybe they just didn’t care if I used them or not? Cases in point-scheduled in their office for them to come and measure on a Tuesday. We wait for them to show up... no call no show no answer. They come out the next day and apologize which leads to next case in point-their guy comes out and is nice and all takes the measurements and tells me to call the office. I call the office and my call gets 2 rings and hung up on. I get a text asking if I can call back later. That text message costed them my business and probably saved me a lot of grief after reading some of these other reviews.

No no these ppl are so unprofessional, I will never recommend to any of my family or friends.

The final installation of the granite countertops we contracted for looks great, costumer service was excellent and the price for the installed granite was less than I had expected. Would have given 5 stars but we had to endure 2 delays, first was a problem with their manufacturing facility which caused a 5 day rescheduling. Second was a mis-measurement in a section of the granite which left us without a sink for 2 days while they cut a new piece. They refused a request to give us a discount but did apply a sealant on the granite for free. Be advised, they do not install or reinstall any plumbing or molding.

Very unprofessional people, worst experiences I have ever had!

Didnt have a good experience, badly installed granite in my outdoor kitchen, they placed the granite and left it floating and at the end they didnt return my calls to come and polish it. I has been really frustrating and terrible costumer service! Wont be calling them again.

We happened upon this place about two weeks ago on a whim. They were so pleasant and great to work with, and showed us their entire selection and explained the differences.We even got to see their HUGE remanents selection (literally huge pieces in so many styles and colors) and found what we didn’t even know was an option.We ended up piecing enough reminents for our whole kitchen! It’s sooooooo pretty and we get tons of compliments.They came in and measured about a week after we picked out our pieces, and then installed a week later... ALL FOR 2/3 OF THE ORICE WE WERE QUOTED FROM ANOTHER PLACE for a lower quality granite.The installers were so nice and came right on time, and finished in about 2 hours.We can’t atop looking at our new counters!Will defiantly be back.

They were friendly and had great selection and price. They were glad to modify anything for me on the spot and explained the process well.

Extremely unprofessional company. The crooked workers there lure you in with a low quote but once they start the job they ask for more money to finish it. Material is worst quality I have ever seen, it’s barely “granite”.Stay away from these crooks!!!!!!!!!

I went over to this office and picked out a Granite we wanted. They were courteous and prompt. Manager came over looked at it and gave me a reasonable price few days later. I scheduled an appointment and the crew came and completed their work. Nightmare started from there. Backsplash had a small crack and there was a big black spot (size of a dollar coin) that was right on the top. They were willing the replace the cracked backsplash but, they wanted to charge me extra to replace the top. They said it’s ‘natural’ to have it sometimes. But, it’s definitely not the stone we looked at and we looked any many other stones that didn’t have it. A Manager came over to look at it and he even agreed that it probably shouldn’t have left the factory and did agree that it looks bigger than the picture I sent over. But, per the ‘contract’ they really don’t have to do anything. But, they asked me to pay more and they will replace it. I was tired and was going to have visitors from out of state so we them to change it. Well, long story short, they had to come back three more times after that because they keep cracking the granite during installation. They also keep delaying and I had to keep following up. This process took over a month to complete. I asked them to discount the price of the granite due to this huge inconvenience, they said no. What a horrible company. I would’ve just taken a loss and make a customer happy who waited over a month for such a tiny project. But, they feel differently. I work in a building with over 5,000 people and have friends in Real Estates who asked about my project. I will tell them exactly how I feel about this company.
