First time going to a Twistee Treat and the soft serve is really good. A lot of flavors to choose from. I ordered the pistachio sundae with oreo and loved it.. We went through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes and our order was correct and staff member was nice.

For me this is the best ice cream in all Orlando FL. Since June 2003 was my first time and always Im hear thats my favorite place. I Love it. Ive had in others and no way Jose. Keep up good with the same taste. And the attention is awesome.

We love going to twistee treat, however this time was very rough. We went through the driveway through and ordered a shake, a cup of banana ice cream and a cotton candy cone dipped in cherry. We ordered at 3:48pm. Finally we get to the window, for over 5 minutes nobody acknowledged us. Finally they brought over our first item and took payment, then they handed me our shake. 10 more minutes passed before they gave us our last item. The employee looked panicked trying to figure out how to dip a cone and decided instead to put my ice cream in a cup with a cone and pour the cherry on top........this is what I was handed. Very disappointing. We also did not leave the drive through line until 4:10pm.....for ice cream. The employees seem to need a brush up on technique and time management.

This location has been so consistent with my orders since they opened. Consistently incorrect. I never say anything and just accept the mistake. Unfortunately tonight my order was incorrect to a point where my item had a topping I can’t have. So I politely said it wasn’t what I ordered. And still what I received as my corrected item was wrong. But the “got’em” I heard pulling away was the cherry on top.

When we walked up to the window, no one greeted or Even acknowledged us. We were there for about 4-5 minutes before someone came to the window. I ordered a banana split, and was given the hardest most unripe banana ever. I went to the window and was told to just throw the bananas out, stating he didn’t realize they were out of bananas. This was Tuesday night (7/27/21). Then they also had the bathroom door locked, No one was is there.

Most of the employees are amazing, i’ve been here a couple times and i’ve seen how bad the management is up close. She handles things terribly and sits in the back watching tic toks all day.

I dont know why this place is so good but its hands down the Best soft serve icecream!

Ordered a cherry dipped cone and a hot fudge Sunday. First the dip was being stirred for several mins and it must of been almost all gone as they had to spoon it on. It tasted worse then it looked. Then the hot fudge was chocolate instead of fudge

Great Ice cream but long lines. Associate taking orders from The outside car by car with no help. One car cut in front of me and order directly from the pick up window. Everybody that was on line was mad

The lady who was taking my order was not nice at all she speak Spanish, Im bilingual English/Spanish and she was like pretending that she cant understand what I was ordering any ways took the order wrong.

Service was a tad slow, but the tables are decent and the kids love the ice cream.

Surprisingly reasonable price for such a variety of ice cream. You can choose any sundae with any combination of add-ons and you wont go wrong. You can either drive through or order through the window.

Twistee Treat gives Dairy Queen a run for their money. This specific location is newer, cleaner, and one of the best in the area! Great customer service team!!!

Delicious treats for the family, clean location, and friendly service. The only issue we have is there is not enough outdoor seating for the busy nights. My husband, two kids, and I always have to ask if we can sit at a table with someone else in order to enjoy our ice cream. If there were more table options and different sized tables for different sized parties provided, my rating would be 5 stars.

If you are in the mood for dessert 🍨 after eating dinner then the Twistee Treat is the place to be. The staff is friendly. You can eat your ice cream outdide . There is out door sitting here. Great place to grab a soft serve ice cream and I my humble opinion its better than Dairy Queen. They only have outside seating so plan accordingly. The shakes are probably the only thing that disappointed me so far, but the ice cream itself is very good. Its located in an easy to reach location and is usually really busy during the summer.

Stopped here to try an ice-cream. Of course the novel looking ice-cream shaped building is an attraction in itself, but Id also heard this place was worth a visit because the ice-cream was good. I wasnt disappointed!This place is a drive through, but if you havent been before Id recommend parking up and checking out the menu.Lots of different flavoured Mr Whippy style ice creams with toppings and cones. I had a Medium vanilla with nut toppings. It was massive and covered in nuts! The kids had flavoured ice-creams and loved theirs too.Total for 4 ice-creams was about $14. Which is reasonable when you consider Ben and Jerrys will charge you $18 for 3!! Plus theres also a good photo moment outside the building and of course the kids love it!!

I love this place I stop in every so often and I always get my usual chocolate I cream cone because it reminds me of soft serve up north. Noting compares to this ice cream I love this place and will be back for sure. This place didn’t break the bank staff is so friendly and it is always clean and stocked up with what is wanted. Thank you for running such a great I cream shop. Lines move quick and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly you can bring your furry friends and get ice cream also. I will be back you can’t keep me away.Can’t say anything bad about this place becuse there is noting bad being done here best service around. Don’t think about going anywhere else. We stopped by this store on a Friday early afternoon. The Manager was outside picking up a little trash that presumably other customers did not bother to throw away in the several trash recepticles that were available. The ice cream was great as was the environment. Really appreciated the pride thats being taken for their workplace. Would highly recommend to all to enjoy the welcoming/friendly staff as well the delicious ice cream!! Would definitely stop by again!!

The seating is horrible (of course in my picture below this was at 10:30pm at night). This place is always busy and just no where to sit, not to mention waiting 25-30 minutes for your ice cream to be ready. Also the size of cones are very in consistent, of the 3 times I came here and ordered large waffle cones, 2 of them were small size. Also, you only get 1 napkin, and no napkins on tables (getting in line to ask for napkins is pointless). The ice cream is great tasting, but you have to eat it really fast. This is the only closest ice cream place near me, so I really dont have a choice. I gave it 4 stars because the price is decent and taste is good.

Not our favorite location, prices are in line with others but for some reason, their soft serve is REALLY SOFT, like already melting off of the cone in a solid stream by the time they hand it to you. A few more flavor options than other locations as well. Careful not to topple your cone (no, seriously).

The ice cream is delicious I recommend the strawberry ice cream with chocolate sprinkles thats the best and I love this place because they done only well ice cream they do shakes and chilie dogs and they also sell water and soda

Go in the evening time and you maybe the 6th person in line. Had a peanut butter shake which was good... but I think DQs is better. Waited a while for my shake and the guy who was after me got his shake before me plus his 2 daughters cones which kinda sucked.
