The donuts are fresh, warm and delicious! The process is an experience. Your donuts are made after you order and you get to see the them being made. There is even a step for children to reach over and see. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious! Everything is always nice and clean. The employees are super polite and friendly! I highly recommend!

Incredible eatery of donuts... large selection...made to order... the.bacon maple.sundae is the best... carmel chocolate vanilla peanut butter drizzles are mouth watering... chocolate donuts with sprinkles or not most amazing... stripes ... zigzagging frosting and toppings or just plain donuts, are always fun... they are mixed and dunked right into the machine while you wait... prepared to your specifications everytime... i credible dessert experience... milk I think... water, soft drink for sure to quench your thirst... cozy establishment... clean and airy... restrooms available... handicap accessible... pricing according to specialty stores... but worth every penny... cheerful stagf and knowledgeable management... awesome experience

Not as friendly of a staff as the location in Boca Raton Ive been to previously but just a good quality. I enjoy their made to order fresh doughnuts and the decor. Its a great chain that I would even be tempted to buy into.

Nice little donut shop. Staff werent very friendly, seemed they didnt want to be there. But the concept of this business is taking neat! You customize your own donut with a frosting, topping, and drizzle. Lots of fun flavors and toppings to choose from. They also offer coffee, tea, soda and juice, as well as breakfast sandwiches. Prices are reasonable. The base donut itself is like a vanilla cake which I didnt prefer but they came out warm and moist which was so good. The pic below are our personalized choices.

Went for the first time today and had a great experience. First, if you’re in a rush...do not come here...go to Dunkin. Every donut is made fresh to order...fried...toppings added...then boxed. It’s a cool process to watch and definitely worth the wait. Great variety of toppings to select from. Customer service was fantastic as well! I wish I remembered the young lady’s name took care of my wife and I today. Top notch all the way....I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Its been awhile since Ive eaten here and I almost forgot how delicious theyre donuts are. They are made to order and have a ton of different flavors to choose from. My favorites are the blueberry pancakes, the peanut butter, Bacon in the Sun, and now the new apple pie. I especially like adding streusel to most of my donuts lol. Definitely a place to satisfy your sweet tooth. 😋 And at $8 for half a dozen donuts, the price cant be beat for the quality and flavors you get.

This was my first and last time here. i’ve heard such great things about this place and it definitely lived up to the hype. i didn’t know they make it fresh right there on the spot after ordering. i thought it’d be like dunkin’ donuts. but i ordered a cinnamon sugar one and oh my god. hands down one of the best donuts i’ve ever had. it’s like donuts from the carnival, cake style, hot and fresh. i am sad i’m moving away. hopefully a duck donuts opens up near coral springs!

I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, sausage, egg, and cheese on a plain cake doughnut. No picture because I inhaled it. Delicious!There were a lot of comments about customer service. I wanted to mention that the service I received was great. I was promptly greeted after arriving and being my first time, the woman at the register explained how it worked. The two employees worked together to complete my order which took less than ten minutes. They even asked me if the doughnut were acceptable before packaging then.If you are craving doughnuts dont miss this place!

Their donuts are the best Ive ever had. Perfect texture and taste. Freshly made to order. I love the beach donut, it is vanilla icing with cinnamon and sugar powder. Their staff is friendly. You can also buy a souvenir duck toy. I havent tried their coffee yet.

Tried this place over the weekend and it was a pleasant surprise. Although the donuts are plain (no filling or anything) they are cooked fresh and flavored with different combinations of icing or toppings. It was simple but good. My favorite so far is the peanut butter and smores.Ill go back and try their donut sundae soon.

DUCK DONUTS is a great option for cake donuts because they come out fresh for each guest that comes in. They have a mini frying line that makes donuts on the fly. My only con for this particular donut place is their service and the variety. Its all cake donuts .. no other options unless you consider toppings over the cake donut an option. Theyre really good though.

No hello, sorry for the wait... not even a “can I take your order” still waiting 8 minutes later.I finally had to ask- how do I order, she said I’ll take it (very rude). As our order was being prepared, she didn’t say hi to the other guests nor say thank you.The best thing for this location is to fire that girl. Customers not knowing each other even discussed how bad she was.Date of visit 1/8/20 @8:30am. Only reason it was a 2 was because the donuts were good, customer service sucked!!!

The concept is very unique for Orlando Florida and customers service was truly move. However I am no a big fan of cake style donuts so as far as taste I wasnt really impressed. I was there yesterday with my son and daughter, we all love their donuts however I noticed the cashier Valerie doing multiple things at once. She kindly asked how many donuts we wanted before taking our order and asked her coworker princess who was sitting in the lobby if she can assist us. She instead walked past us and ignored Valerie, she asked her again and this time she screamed at her from the back. I didn’t think that was very professional of her especially since so far every time we go there we feel the warm welcome. Valerie stopped what she was doing and took our order after apologizing for any inconvenience and that’s when I asked for their names.

These donuts are amazing :) Fresh, delicious, packed with flavor, its fair to say theyre the best donuts Ive ever bought from a shop, and that includes Voodoo Donuts in Universal.Absolutely worth a try if youre craving something sweet (or even sweet and savory in the case of their maple bacon donut). These donuts are heavenly, and if you cant make up your mind, the signature assortment is awesome!
