I was very disappointed with my purchase. The colors in the proof were not the colors of the finished product. (I have attached the proof I was sent to approve along with the finished product).The pink I received is a bright “highlighter” pink. The hats and cargo pants my girls wear do not match this t-shirt. The rep said this was the only pink besides a pastel one as I complained. My problem is if you didn’t have the color in the proof you sent and I approved, why send a proof? Had I seen a bright pink I would had not approved. I got a 50 discount and an I’m sorry on an order of 24 T’s and now have to have them done correctly elsewhere.

I needed last minute embroidery work for my sons uniform shirts fast and was very happy to not only get them professionally embroidered but I actually received them several days before the promised time. Susan is wonderful and professional. She called me as soon as my order was completed and the cost per shirt was great! I highly recommend.

This shop was great to work with. My daughter was in Orlando for a tournament and forgot her team tshirt at home in KY. I called and spoke to Dustin, sent him a picture of the shirt, and he was able to make a duplicate in about an hour for my wife to pickup. And it was cheaper than trying to overnight and her shirt. Quality is great and it matches the rest of the team. Thank you very much for going above and beyond to help!

Very very terrible job Blamed customer for her mistake was given a logo to be stitched into towels was told by me n my father about the size 8in by 5in and got 1in by 3in went back the following day once received towels blamed me for the size stated messed communication and then when asked to be payed another $90 on top of it for her to fix in then when asked for refund we got no response... very very bad customer service but it’s okay we have a car club crew and we had more for her but now we will be going somewhere else for sure !!!

They use to do great work, ordered a mask to wear for the COVID-19, and what a joke, looked like something a child made. They charge 6.00 a piece for them and they dont even wear correctly. So if you are looking for a mask to protect you from this virus, I suggest you buy from a company that knows how to make them correctly. They should really stick to doing embroidery work.

We thought we left our Disney shirts in Louisiana this weekend and needed shirts for tomorrow. We contacted the shop hoping we could get something done today. They were quick with a reply and more than willing to get them done today. We ended up finding them but this t shirt shop has great employees who were willing to rush out the order. Even tho we didn’t need their service we just want to say thank you for their great customer service. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for shirts made quick with great service!!

Ordered two masks to be made and gave specific instructions. Received a call saying they were done. They were both wrong. I was told they would be remade, in the meantime my wife wrote a review and signed her name to it. I recieved a text by Susan because she got her feelings hurt for my wife speaking the truth. So if anyone who is looking for a professional mask to be made this isnt the place for you. Instead of Susan doing the right thing she, like a small spoiled brat decided to give the money back wasting two weeks of my life Ill never getback.

Brought in a custom order. Order was messed up, which is fine. I brought in more leather (I live 45 minutes away) and told it would be done asap. Almost 1 week later and still jobs being done before mine getting restarted. Second order completed and there was a miscommunication error from the very start. Second order turned out wrong as well:( just wanted to get this piece made, going on 3 weeks since I brought in the first piece. Now i have to get another piece of leather and find a new shop. Thanks anyways;/

The logo that we use for our company is very detailed and Susanne and her staff were able to deliver a very good finished product. We are very happy with their work and will be doing future business with them.

Placed a sample hat into perfect stitch so we had demo items for my company and the job was very poor. tried to contact them to come to an understanding and rectify the issue but they were not interested. poor quality of work and lengthy lead time on finishing the product such a simple product. Hat was also torn when returned to us.

I had promotional embroidery tshirts made. Quick turnaround. Prices were good. Due to order screen printed shirts now. Highly recommend.

How should I start well I actually sold a embroidery machine Susan was selling if it was not for me susan would still have, but I made her 3k on the sale and was promised 100.00 for my work and when I to pick up my commission, I was told I am not paying you. Good job Susan you showed real class as a shop ower .Glad I work else where best move I made . Beware of the screen printing they lack no knowledge in the art work to actully printing on shirts.

I pay for digital logo .They used a single letters.My logo has border line .they give me a single.

We have hired them 3 times to do our embroidery on our company shirts but this last time was a fiasco ... We wanted to drop off 12/18/14 but they informed me that they would be closed for 3 weeks so we waited until after the holidays to drop off shirts so we could get them back in 7 to 10 days which I think is too long of a turn around since they do all work onsite When I picked up last time they had Raised there rates 75% on the names and Failed to inform us of the rate increase until I got the bill ...We called and tried to work it out but to no avail, So in other words Theyre Fired ... They will no longer work for my company or any other company that we are associated with ...If you do Hire them for anything Big or Small make sure you get the Total Cost in Writing ...

This place is the worst they mess up my print on my fabric it was too small they didnt have the courtesy to try to fix it and they never let me proof see it I will never .never .never go there again fine a nother place to go because this place is the worst and poor customer service and pricing is over the top ....

Theyve been doing work for us for 10 years. Logos they do on our shirts never frey or fade.
