This store has lots of cute stuff. They have tons of disney and some Harry Potter stuff. If you are in need of souvenirs, this is the place to go. The staff was very nice and friendly.

I was just in there and the lady behind the counter tried to steal 10 dollars for me. She just gave me 26 cent and told me that she gave me 10 and 26 cent. All I had on me was a 50 and 4 ones. How did you give me my 10 in change. Pulled up the video, low and behold I was right and she was lying 🤥. Also it is much cheaper options for your Disney fix like Walmart right up the street. Please 🐝 careful when you go in the store. And count your change.

Reasonable prices for souvenirs and t shirts

I have never felt more uncomfortable shopping. We went in to get gifts for our kids and parents back home and we’re the only ones in the store. The one employee followed right behind us the whole time not saying anything. Then he watched as we stood waiting for someone to ring us up. Then as my husband was checking out I asked a question about something right to the side of the register and was completely ignored. Get your “cheap” (quality) gifts elsewhere.

Huge selection of souvenirs and gifts. Great location. But the customer service really needs improvement. Staff are unapproachable, slow and inconsiderate. I purchased souvenirs, swimsuits, beach towels, and clothing that cost over $300, and no one even approached me to offer some assistance (or, a friendly hello). I Waited in line for at least 20 minutes with 1 customer in front of me. 3 cashiers available but only 1 was working. Other staff members were walking the floor but appeared completely oblivious to my familys presence.Not so great. Bought the stuff because my daughters wanted to shop after we checked in at a nearby hotel. This was the closest option.

This store has some really great Disney items at very affordable prices! They also have lots of other unrelated things that are super pretty. The store is huge & the staff is nice. Just don’t use the bathroom
