Great selection of discount souvenirs from Disney, Universal, Harry Potter, Orlando and more. Lots of personalized items and name tags as well. Additionally, there is a shoe store and a cafe attached to this souvenir shop for your convenience.

We stopped here purely because its shaped like a giant wizard! Cute store with a lot of Disney and Florida themed gifts. The prices were average, not dirt cheap though. The store staff were super nice and friendly which was great. We bought some touristy stuff and had a good time.

I have come to Florida most every year and this place is one of my favorite spots to grab those gifts and trinkets that you just cant live without. The always have a large selection and a great price. The staff is quick and very helpful. A must see to walk in while being watched by a giant wizard!

This whole row of stores seems to be owned by the same people from the Dunkin donuts to the Indian food restaurant on the other corner theres a shoe store as well as a gift shop. I didnt really buy anything.

We stopped by to let the kids spend their spending money & the lady “ owner “ of the store was so rude! My son was counting his money to pay and she told him he needed to hurry up that her line was getting long. The rest of my family left their things behind and decided not to purchase from a rude owner after we had already spent over $200 at this store. Would not recommend or return due to poor customer service from the owner herself. We work hard for our money and I will not spend what I work hard to ear on a rude business owner. Bad customer service. Pretty large variety but so does the 3 souvenir shops in the same area.

While vacationing my kids and I stopped at this store to purchase a few gifts. The entire time we were followed all around the store. I didnt notice it at first however my adult son confirmed that he was also followed around the entire time he was shopping. I will NEVER patronize this business. Not to mention the store was dirty as were many of the items. Walmart had a much better selection of authentic DISNEY ITEMS!!!!!

Havent been down to the area since 2017, but this place is one of our main stops on our first full day in the area. We usually drive down during the summer from NY, and we always know well be visiting this location. Usually stop by on our 1st full day, then most likely again towards the end of our stay.Can always find something for everyone in the family, and our friends. In the past, the workers managed to assist us in finding the shirt sizes we look for.Upon arrival, there are usually about 3 people at the counter/front, and always got a Good morning from them, or whenever we would show up. We never felt rushed to buy anything, or hurried to leave.Place is always neat, and usually easy to find the area youre looking for.Hoping to get down there again soon.

They have lots and lots of stuff to buy. They have decent prices. We picked up a few things and didnt break the bank at all. I like the fact that you can get real alligator heads all sizes.

Cool gift shop with tons of items that are a fraction of the cost from the theme parks. Fully licensed products. Toys, clothes, hats, luggage, mugs...you name it they have it. The alligator heads and alligator backscratchers were my favorite. Save money and time and stop by this store.

Love this gift shop! We have been to a lot of souvenir shops and this is the first one where the owners and employees were so nice! We will come back there first every trip. Thank you for your kindness. ♥️

Owners were not wearing their masks and were following us around the store and staring at us as if we were going to steal. Very displeased with this store, we put the things back and left immediately because of this treatment.

We decided to to stop by this location tonight since we were in the area. The place immediately caught my attention. The prices were great and I was all excited to purchase a few items. While walking around browsing, I noticed one particular young lady following us around. Didnt think much of it until she showed up at EVERY area of the store we went to. After realizing we were being profiled, I put my items back and left the store. Of course we wont be returning back to that location. Id rather spend my money elsewhere.

Forgot to review this place on holiday a few months back.Very tacky place. Just a dodgy, wizard building, selling cheap Disney stuff. Got my fanny pack for 5 Dollars I believe. So thats that.Interesting to visit either way!

Save some money and buy the same stuff here that is triple at Universal.

Nice people nice place to get Disney related T shirts and other Disney related items a lot less expensive then if you were to buy it at Disney itself. I got myself several shirts and a few things from Universal Studios too which was nice and what I would have paid at the theme parks $150 for I only paid $70 so that was great I will definitely be back next year.

I have always been fascinated with this shop since I was young. It’s just really cool! How did you attach the giant wizard?!If you’re planning on buying small holiday gifts then I would recommend as you’ll pay far less than some of the shops in the centre.Some genuine Disney merch can be found here at a fraction of the price!

I was here in Orlando, a few years ago and stop in to your store to by thing to bring home to Canada for the little one and I just love your store and now that I am retired and live in the US 6 mounts out of the year I am going back to your store in March before I return to Canada. Love your Store

On the last day my wife and I were able to visit Disney we finally found figurines that had both Tinkerbell and Vidia. We looked all week for anything Vidia and could find nothing until our last day after we just met with Tinkerbell. The park was closed but the shop was opened and we were so grateful for that. My wife and I named our dogs after the two pixie fairies.

Buyer beware! If you make a purchase and it doesnt meet your expectations they have a no refund policy!I bought ear buds for $20 something and they wouldnt hold a charge so I wanted to return them. They would only give me store credit. I didnt want anything else but my money back! Needless to say Im out my money!

Purchased a handful of clothing, as well as a set of keychains. Unfortunately, the cashier didn’t put much effort into making sure my keychains were properly bagged along with my other purchases, which then led me to leaving without keychains I ALREADY paid for. I assumed that everything was handed to me, considering only one bag was given to me. Clearly, that wasn’t the case. Anyway, just a heads up people.. make sure you pay attention because clearly they don’t do enough of that themselves.

Not a bad place to get some gifts. I suggest you go here before you buy souvenirs in the park! Just wish they had more Universal/Islands of Adventure souvenirs.

We loved the store, but some of the t shirts that we bought ended up loosing the letters in the wash... I asked he lady on the phone if we could get a refund and no... You have to be in state... Watch out for those iron on the shirts!!

One of the better street gift shops in the area. Clean and quiet. We experienced friendly staff and had a wonderful conversation with a few of them.

Neither cheap, nor expensive, lots of stuff, but in my opinion mostly useless, souvenirs that one day I will ask myself why did I ever bother spending money on it (been there before) but if youre into stuff like that then its worth your visit. Worst gift shop Ive ever been to. I wouldnt even give one star, but thats the lowest option to be able to review. We waited in line for about ten minutes and a woman in line in front of us wouldnt bring her stuff up to the counter for like a full two minutes because her family was still shopping, so my boyfriend and I brought up a couple pins to pay for and they would not serve us because it was the womans turn (who wasnt ready yet, I dont know why she was in line if she wasnt). Her family brought up more and more things to pay for periodically so we just put our things back and left because it was taking so long. Plus they have to look every item up in a catalog to get the prices so it takes forever. I really wanted those pins so I came back the next day and bought a few that I couldnt find in other stores and the same woman at the counter to was just standing there doing something else and wouldnt serve us, so a man employee came up after a minute or two and helped us check out. The man wasnt rude to me but the women there were. I wanted those pins but I regret giving them my money. Worst service ever.
