I needed to get finger prints done, it cost me $30 and they werent accepted by the state. Basically a waste of time and money. If you need finger prints for anything legal make an appointment at kissimmee police department its only $10 and they are actually legit.

I had 2 fingerprint cards done here and they were rejected, when I returned to ask if they could be done again, I was advised there was no refunds and I would have to pay $70 again. I showed the email that stated the fingerprints were rejected due to “low/poor quality prints” and let them know I wasn’t asking for a refund, only for the prints to be taken correctly so they are not rejected (they guide your finger and apply the pressure during the prints). They would not re-do the prints correctly and wanted me to pay full price again which I’m not willing to do if they cannot do fingerprints correctly. I would recommend going elsewhere, you can get them done cheaper and they won’t be rejected.

I requested a last minute appointment for digital finger printing and they made it happen and for less than other companies in the area. The gentleman that helped me was kind and quick.

Here’s a response to the completely unprofessional response to my review. Now you aren’t refunding my money for a service you messed up. What a horrible company. If I could give you a worse review I would. I’m not letting this rest and reporting you crooks!! What a sorry excuse for an apology. Stop trying to defend your horrible business and do what’s right and give me my money backOver priced and a huge waste of time. Youre better off going to a big chain where they know what they are doing. Customer service is a joke, literally no one could help me with a very simple issue and every single person I spoke to (3 in total) told me something different. I needed to get fingerprints done but had an emergency situation and had to take a family member to the hospital. I called to explain and was told that it was fine I didn’t need to reschedule all I had to do was bring in my confirmation number when I went in, and I could come anytime. I did as I was told and drove to the store upon arrival was told to reschedule by phone. Not what I was told initially but Ok, fine.. I did as I was told again, I called to reschedule. Then I am told I can’t do it by phone. Again wasn’t told that by the first person I spoke to on the phone or the person in the store... then she tells me I have to do it online and they wanted to charge me an extra $15 when they already charged me a ridiculous amount to get these done in the first place. $15 to reschedule something I was told I could just walk in and do??? That’s just greedy. I even called and let you know what was happening before my appointment...I wouldn’t have had so much of an issue if they didn’t completely waste my time and repeatedly gave me the wrong information. Clearly no one knows what they’re doing and all they care about is money which they act like they so desperately need. I should have known it was going to be a mess by the awful location and appearance of the shop inside and out. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere and am expecting a refund.

EDIT*** response to their response** They asked for photographic evidence after 80 hours went by for FROZEN FOOD...who is saving melted frozen food two full days after it was supposed to have arrived on the other side of the country? How pathetic and convenient that theyre trying to make it seem like a customer who they wont refund money to is the problem!Also, they told me they had storage for the frozen food (as youd expect a professional business like this to have) and it was literally just an envelope on the floor. I took it back to my house to keep frozen after they tried getting me to leave it there to rot in their office because ups doesnt come there until 6pm and I came in at 10am.What an easy excuse for you guys, very unprofessional. My advice for people interested in making the same mistake as myself (using a third party mailer) is just go directly to UPS. This kind of a place is outmoded and it was a foolish error to give them money for nothing, not even their $100 guarantee is real! They told me the guarantee I signed wasnt applicable, oh, but I still had to sign it and the lady told it it covers everything, but we determined that was a lie.You all are 40 years in business, congratulations.By the way, the threat this clown is speaking of was my asking to talk to the owner, which they refused and I called five times over the course of a month (which is more than fair on my part, I waited a month to post any review because I am professional and wanted to sort this out like businessmen), each time they told me the owner would contact me, but all I got was the ultimate runaround. Nice try, though.Any review you read of this hole is fake. They charged me $150 to overnight something and it took over 48 hours and gave me the run-around for a MONTH. This is a very dishonest store. Do not use them! They took my money for fingerprints knowing full well that my fingerprints would not be accepted by Florida. When pressed they refused to refund my money or accept responsibility for their dishonesty.And they continue their dishonesty with the response below. They knew my fingerprints would be rejected but still took my money. They did not warn me that they would be not be accepted.It looks like I’m not the only person they have lied to about fingerprints. There are three others who have left a google review. I repeat. Do not use them. For anything!

I went in here today needing information and help and I received more than I expected. It’s good to see that there is still Custumer service out there where people go above and beyond what they need to do. Both the man and woman here today helped me. They were so kind and put effort into making me feel comfortable and trying to help me get the information I needed. I would highly refer people to this location of service. I really appreciate your help.

Just discovered this little gem today. Melody was super kind and helpful! They offer gift wrapping from $2, which is cheaper than buying the paper alone, much less the hassle of wrapping. They always have a notary on staff and they can ship a package anywhere. So much faster and a much more pleasant experience than the post office or UPS. Highly recommend!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is so courteous and helpful. I came in for fingerprinting a few months back and returned to send a package. No problems whatsoever. Will definitely come back.

Very bad service what they do is useless, neither my husbands nor mine served at all, with his very fresh face I tell you that they do not give a refund because what they do is rubbish, do not let your money steal

They didnt even acknowledge me when I came in, my advice if you need to ship anything is to make sure you have the A WHOLE DAY off work because that is how long it will take

Well first ill say this was my fault. I was in a hurry and needed a phone shipped. I was told it would be about $100. I was crazy to pay this but i did. What a rip. When i get home the actual charge was $175 for overnight to Alabama. When i checked with USPS the same package would have been $20. Complete rip. Im so pissed. Like stated earlier do yourself the favor and drive to the post office that is a couple blocks down. I like to support local business but this is RAPE
