They did not have good selection and display. The prices are very high and low quality. The sales person was nice but didnt know some prices. We ending burying in another place.

Needed to have a glass panel cut to fix a broken window. Called to see if they could do it and they said come on in. Lady on the phone was nice enough to warn me they had a few customers in line and might be a wait which I did and stopped by later on the day. Provided the glass dimensions needed and paid about 7 dollars. Glass was cut within 15 minutes. Repaired the window myself for much cheaper then the 150 dollars I was quoted from a window repair company to have someone repair it.

Fast service, fair price, and very professional. Would definitely recommend to everyone if youre in need of glass work. Boss lady and office ladies were what a company should have at all times.

I put in my order via email with specific measurements and size for my project (an aquarium sump) and not long after I received a call just to verify the size of glass I wanted and it was ready the next day. Prices are great and I was in and out no problem. Fast and friendly and workmanship was good as well.

We bring the screens from the rental homes here and theyre very quick at giving us back our screens all fixed prices are okay but I love the fact that they do things very quickly and the staff is great

I was in Kissimmee on vacation. Had an issue with my rental car windshield. Called this company. And thats where the ride started.They tried to pressure me into repairing the entire windshield when it was only a small chip. They wanted to bill my insurance company. I only wanted a repair, not to report this to my insurance.No spider veins, a small chipped glass,maybe 1/4 of an inch. $400. No wayAfter going back and forth with the rep, I gave up.

The young lady I spoke with over the phone was very professional.The technician came to the house, checked the windows which needed new balances. The balances were ordered and replaced and new window screens were built. Very good price and the technician did an excellent job.

I edited my review because it seemed rather unfair, in ALL CAPS, and definitely rather in the heat of the moment of a major hurricane that was threatening our safety ; and they were closed on Saturday RIGHT Before a severe storm was approaching; and they should have been open for people in need in that situation and they FAILED POINT BLANK.Furthermore, they didn’t have a proper sign up or notice on Google or anything. Needed custom cut glass for an office. They gave good suggestions to get the right glass for what I needed (laminate for sound reduction). They had 3 customer pieces done the same day! I broke a piece (because I am not good at this) and they remade it for me super fast so I could finish the project and they only charged me half which I appreciated. Great experience, would definitely go back

The landscaping company in my neighborhood shattered my back door window because one of the landscapers decided to throw our hose at the door instead of just putting it on the back patio 3 steps away. It happened right as my husband was leaving for work so he caught them and they took responsibility and called a “bright glass” company to take care of it. I waited ALL day from 9am - 530pm waiting for them to come fix it. They didn’t. Came up with a dozen excuses. When I had to stop being nice finally the landscaping company got ahold of this company, “State Wide Glass”. Literally the next day (Saturday) John showed up in the AM and had to come back the next day (Sunday) because the owner of the landscape company didn’t bother giving us notice he was coming. So Sunday John came and replaced the broken glass with wood which we were thankful for that on its own because we were terrified the shattered window would collapse soon with our 2 children home. A few days later (today) John stopped by to replace the glass for us. Even with the landscaping company owner not bothering to answer his calls. So he came completely on his own time, to double check if I was home so he could take care of it for us and not make us wait any longer. This shows me the kind of wonderful and amazing work ethic John has. I have extreme respect for this company, and recommend to anyone looking to have glass replaced or work done. I am so grateful for John and State Wide Glass for helping us through this situation!

Only had a single experience with Statewide, but I called about one minute before they closed one day and asked if I could get four specifically sizes pieces. I was quoted a reasonable price and they were waiting for me the next morning, cut precisely as I asked, taped for safety and travel, and without any surprises. So, five stars!

I had one of my bedroom windows broken. Didnt know where to go until i got referred to Statewide. For a common double hung bottom sash window replacement, i got a really good price. I just took the bottom frame to them, left it for about an hour and a half and they got a me a window as good as new. The only thing was that the window was a little dirty from being outside i guess. But it looks just fine. Highly recommend for a fix if you cant diy or have the time to.

After being a customer for a couple of times we bought some acrylic and when we opened to install it was all scratched. We went back with the acrílico in hand and they said maybe we ourselves scratched it.... Did not help us not even with a credit to buy something else from them. We went 2 times trying to prove we did not do this and would not help us seeing themselves that all 3 acrílico were totally damaged ....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company far exceeds the standards. I called and the Manager Kevin who was very knowledgable of my window problem dispatched to skilled technicians John and Ed immediately. Once they arrived the job was done with skill, precision and attention to detail. I was very impressed to say the least. I would highly recommend Statewide Glass for any job small or large. This people including the manager or whomever hides behind the mirrored glass are poorly educated in customer service, they will charge you for even the air inside their showroom. Never allow this shop to RIP you off, buy the glass and install it in the frame yourself.

I didnt have the experience that others have claimed with the receptionist. She was very kind to me. They cut the glass for my coffee table in less than 10 minutes and the price was reasonable. Overall good experience.

I order a glass window and the lady wrote down the wrong size. When I took it back they just said sorry that’s what you paid and we can’t help you. Worse experience. Once they take your money they say sorry about your luck.

The side light glass is my French doors was shattered and I called State Wide to repair it. They came out on the same day and measured the glass and told me that it would take about 5 days to get the glass since it was tempered. One week later they returned with a piece of glass that was too short for the space. They measured wrong! So they installed the glass and taped the hole with blue painters tape and said that they would reorder the glass and return to install it. It is now one week later and no one has called or returned to make the job right.

Absolutely worst customer service !!! The lady who answers the phone is horrible and the owner is worse. When I called him to complain he actually called me a bully for telling him how bad his service was. We had an estimate for a glass table cover. After the measurements were taken, we were told there would be a quick turn around of a day or 2. They never called back. We called to check the status and were treated as if they were doing us a favor. They had a 35 dollar delivery charge to our door and an additional 125 dollars if we wanted them to put it on the table and clean the glass. My wife and I are both in the military and trust us when we say these people do not deserve anyones hard earned money

Everyone please stay away from this horrible place. Extremely bad customer service. The receptionist was very rude to my ex and had the audacity to lie to her face about the person who fixes glass windows being to busy who wasnt there at the time but made her come back every hour to check on her glass window that needed to be fixed. Long story short the manager, receptionist, and the glass worker are the worst working professionals in this society. Im saying that because there was a child present and the three ganged up my ex who is 53 with my son yelling to get out of there facility. Now the glass worker 6 tall has some serious issues for threatening a woman yelling and screaming nonsense while my son was there. Hes lucky I wasnt there at the time. I guess he feels like a big man taking advantage of women. But my advice is to stay away from these crazy people.

Very Very rude Associates, and that is a under statement! I bought some glass for myself a week ago, no problems an easy in and out transaction didnt spend a lot of time in the store. Needing more glass i returned for a much bigger purchase with my father. upon placing my order the associate began to question how i was going to pay for all the glass. He proceeded to make comments that they dont give discounts and i needed to pay before the glass would be cut. offended, i told him it was none of his business how i would be paying, and i wanted to speak to his manager. At this point the sales associate said, why dont you just get the fu#k out of here and proceeded to make racial slurs and curse towards me, all infront of my 70 year old father. Quite possibly the WORST EXPIERENCE EVER. I hope that this does not happen to anyone else. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
