Had the greatest experience. The gentlemen that helped my husband and I was Will and he went above and beyond for us. The staff at this location is first rate. every time I return, its just like coming home. always greeted with a smile and a fist pump which just makes my day. whether buying or selling, the transaction process is super fast. the atmosphere is very upbeat and theres always great music in the background. Will and his team are the best at what they do and it shows.

Came in and was taken care of by Johnny😊Super great service, prices are unbeatable (I skipped a few pawn shops before selling and buying here) and it was very fast and simple. They couldnt give me the amount I wanted but came to me with a reasonable offer. With that I was able to get some headphones Ive been looking for, but everywhere else were around $50 and $80, I GOT THEM HERE AT $20🥰 For sure they will be recommended and now they have a customer.

Ok I went in the other day with a friend and we did not get greeted and I was trying to get there attention but nothing. I even stood on line mind you there was nobody else there and still waited. Three employees were talking amount themselves. Thankfully I was able to get help and place my layaway. I really wanted to leave. Some people get treated unfairly by people who make assumptions about them. But I had a great experience earlier with a short haired lady there so I stayed. In my opinion the customer is the most valuable asset to your business not employee gossip.

The problem is there prices on gold jewelry are outrageous as if they were new! I used to buy a lot of jewelry from them but not any more. I stop in every now and then but the prices seem to be higher! What a bummer 😕 the days of buying good jewelry at a reasonable price are over. Im okay with you making money but when you sell earrings for 799.00 and I find the same ones new at the jewelry store for 299.00 I have a problem with that. Stop trying to pull a fast one on your customers or you will lose your customers!
