My family and I went Tuesday to get stuff for family back home and they had variety of stuff. I rarely complain about a store but where it got me was checking out. The two women at the front were scanning my stuff and I noticed one was talking to the other about an item of mine and I felt like it had to do with it being pretty cheap. I had an item that was $3.99 and turns out she charged it higher thinking I wasn’t going to notice for $6.99!!! Why would you raise the price at checkout when it clearly says $3.99!! Please be aware and go shop somewhere else. If you buy anything cheap they will raise the price without telling you so beware!!!!

Absolute worst store I have ever stepped foot in. Zero customer service. The cashiers snatch items from your hands and have nothing but attitude. I asked for help and the woman at the register refused to help me. These people are a scam and their items are very low quality. Please spend your money elsewhere. This place shouldn’t even be open.

Your typical Florida gift shop. The store isnt exclusively Disney products. They have your regular Florida gift shop products as well as a bunch of Harry Potter stuff. Everything seems to be at a reasonable price and some deals as well. Nice little shop if you need to pick up some last minute souvenirs.

Never, answer the phone, did respond on Facebook messenger that they were open, but did not answer my question, drove to store, found out they do not carry hallmark recordable books, as suggested on Hallmark site. in store person barely spoke English, she wasnt even sure phone worked . long drive for nothing. shop elsewhere

It was nice but confusing. Couldnt figure out what was buy one get one 50% off. The very nice lady at the counter didnt know how to tell me exactly just said theyre marked but I didnt see any.

Store was as expected. Lady running the register was very disrespectful to customers ahead of us, customer was asking where the line had started for checking out. The clerk had made faces at the person and hardly wore a mask during this time.

Horrible. Ahmed took over 30 minutes to check us out while we had two over tired kids... then forgot to give us a bag full of stuff which had a special matching Minnie dress for my daughter. Caused a huge headache for us and pictures we had planned. Would not go there again.

This is a great gift shop with a small selection of Hallmark cards and Christmas ornaments.

Went to buy some gifts for my family felt totally uncomfortable with one of the employees, he was basically followings is everywhere we went in the store. I went to the bathroom to change my daughters diaper and there he was. I felt like he thought that I was going to steal something. Will not be buying from this store again.

They have a lot of variety of products in qualities and prices! While it is a Disney Gift, the attention here of the staff is excellent and the prices very good. As a negative, it is important that you see the quality of what you buy before you take it, since in addition to a variety of prices, the quality also varies a lot.
