They have a good variety of international food. Nicely stocked. The store is not very big, which makes you feel there is not enough space for you to circulate with your shopping cart. If you do not care about this, they have a nice supply of food.

Had some cravings and wanted a home cooked meal. My friends took me here. Its well laid out and very well stocked.

Since moving to Kissimmee, FL., Bravo has become My 1stop Grocery Store. The variety of Spanish products is ALWAYS Fresh. The Meat Dept. as Well as the rest of the Store is Very Clean Well MAINTAINED.The Staff needs to improve in there Customer Service Skills. They are NOT People Friendly.

They have hot food, which is what I went for. I purchased pastellillos, they were good. Its a small store in a convenient location. They have pan sobao.

It as if nothing was going on!The parking lot, well is ample but like any other location with great prices ... Good fortune finding a spot. The prices of the produce are $, $$. The produce are fresh as well as the meat.The bathrooms need a little work. Although clean there are papers throughout. The butcher shop is spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful.The cafeteria is a great location to see and enjoy an excellent plate of Latin food. The food is made daily.

This was my favorite place to buy. Lately the new young employee change my opinion. Refused to sell lotto 30 minutes before closing saying lotto is closed. NOT TRUE. Another employee took care of me and I was able to buy my lottery tickets.BREAD is not always ready at 7am. Somtimes like last saturday at 7:15 am was closed.

Just bought 4 packs of meat this morning. Went to cook one of them and it smelled spoiled. So did the other ones. I took it back and the manager was acting like he didn’t want to take it back at first. Once he said he’ll take them back he told an employee to give us a refund and walked away. Horrible customer service and not professional at all. Well I’m not coming back here and spend my hard earn money. Check the meats before you buy from there.

If your looking for your international foods, this is the market to get it at. Lots of fresh variety of foods and meats at good prices. Very clean and well maintained. Everyone had a mask and kept social distancing.

Pricing is high for the area in regatds to prepared food. The colombian empanadas advertised they never have cheese or neat only chicken the 3 times ive gone and asked. The Venezuelan empanadas were not fried right and also expensive for the quality and area. Its a disservice for the community. They need to lower the rates on these small fried items that people buy and may not be able to afford. Staff is great

It’s an awful dirty place. It needs some repairs and a makeover. I look over the cleanliness of every market I go and this is one of those where I do not want to go back. If the place is dirty, what can I expect about the food? Don’t even want to think about the kitchen.Dear owner, if you take pride in the cleanliness of your place why you have not clean the small roof on top of the deli yet ? It’s cover in dust. I was there last week. I will definitely talk to the manager directly if I have the need to go there again, which I don’t think so. Good luck and think about remodeling please. Make the place accesible. People in wheelchair is unable to enter here.

Terrible experience, went in to do groceries and to purchase lunch and one of the staff members that serves hot meals literally counts the fried pork chunks and gave me 7 pieces of meat for $7.99. I declined the purchase of course. I understand the economy is not that great but trying to serve or sell in this manner is unacceptable. I rather drive to the Bravo in Poinciana where the staff members are not only well trained but also their service and prices are great and do not treat you unfairly but with pleasure and honesty. This location do not even deserves 1 star if it was up to me. I wonder if management is aware of this type of behavior.

Market is not bad, pretty good.. but to buy cooked food, get your Google Translate app out, because no one.. not one person understands English.. lol. Not one word.

Dont ask questions if you cant speak spanish. Trying to respond to the owner asking what I meant by saying that if you cant speak spanish dont ask questions. When I was in your store last week I tried to ask one of the people who works in the meat department about oxtails and he said he didnt understand what I was asking. I only wanted to know if you sold them and asked where to find them. I was getting them for a friend and I myself didnt know what to look for.

Recently their customer service rating became 1 from 5. i been going there for long time. They have new people who dont know basic customer service. They have attitude if u ask questions. There is a new bravo down my house. But i choose to go to this particular bravo because of people that used to work their.

If you are looking for fresh Caribbean and American produce this is your place. Prices are good also. They have cooked food here. They also have a small deli like area. You can also pick up a box of pastries to bring home for a snack or desert to go with your espresso. By the way you can get a shot of fresh brewed espresso to sip on while shopping or a bag of assorted coffee to bring home to brew yourself. Prices are good. Workers are nice and helpfull. Place is small but good.

Came here at around lunch time and it wasnt crowded. That alone was a blessing. No one wants to waste time inside a store. Came in got my items, got greeted by employees at the meat department and the cashier and went home. I am not a needy person or a wannabe princess looking for the red carpet. Place is clean and they had what I was looking for. As simple as that.

Over the past 18 years i have been coming to this Bravo at Michigan and Osceola in Kissimmee. Today is Christmas eve, 3am. The pork shoulder i i bought here this afternoon, 10min before they close, WAS ROTTEN, but not one, all five of them. Yes 5 pork shoulder or Boston butt. Is 3AM. This has happened to me before, 2 times, but keep coming because is a local store, not Walmart. Last times the butcher called me a liar, until he smelled the pork and almost puked. If they dont fix this at 7am. Ill be posting and reporting this, since is Latin Christmas we all mostly Puertoriqueños buy pork for our Christmas eve dinner, and they take advantage of this to sell all the old stuff they bought cheap. Or thats what it looks like. Lets see what going to happen.

Good selection of caribbean food products! A bit pricey so be careful with some of their stuff. Look for sales as they sell competitively.

The prices for meat here are very competitive. I really wouldnt shop anywhere else even when it comes to produce. If youre familiar with this supermarket and look through the meat case youll find an item at a special sale price. Its rare but I found a 2lb t-bone steak for $5!

I think Bravo is a great place to shop and has fresh meats and fresh produce. Great prices and even has a hot food bar. I like to support small businesses.

Food was good, but when they forgot part of our order and started arguing with me about it over the phone, by managment, I decided to post this review. His words were the customer is not always right, and I need to check the cameras because it was given to you, you just forgot it horrible customer service and poor management skills.

I normally shop at Bravo for all my meats because the way it is packaged and handle you can tell safety has to be number one in the meat department. You can ask the butchers to recut or cut the meat to your preferences free of charged or you can give a tip which I normally do. Bravo produce are better than the big buck supermarkets. Youd get quality and quantity for you dollar and Im all for that.

Only grocery place opened in neighborhood on Thanksgiving.

Nothing like the other location at Hwy 192, the kitchen staff, will little be rude, and in hurry to serve you, I like the other location better, very friendly staff, bigger size, and more choices.
