Ive previously rated this location 5 stars when they first opened. Lots of space to move around and not be cramped. Good deals. A lot of variety of items. Better quality on produce compared to competitors. However, even before Covid, half of the items on special in their ad isnt available. Quite a few the store doesnt even stock at all. When I ask an employee where can I find so and so they say we dont even sell that here. Its pretty much a bait and switch to get you in and still buy other similar items at a higher cost. Their meat is borderline bad, dark spots. I will say the cashiers are always great and work quickly though they really do need more help some times.My biggest issue is how they maintain their freezers. When to open a door and grab an item and the entire freezer was warm. The item was melted. This has happened multiple times. Another time about 4-5 freezers were completely off. Everything was warm, went and told a worker that hey the freezers are warm, items are definitely bad. He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and said hed get to it before walking away. Do NOT buy anything from their freezer section. Horrible quality control.

This place is great prices are very reasonable. Lots of weekly sales I spend $48.11 walk away with 11 bags of groceries.

I had 4 bags when I paid for my groceries. All I asked was to please double bag them. The response I got was we dont double bag here. I would never shop there again. It definitely painted a horrible image..

I love this place. So much stuff that you able to find it. The place so organized and cleaned. No waiting at the cashier.

The first time I came here, the fruits and vegetables were not very fresh and the meat was discolored🤮The price is not cheaper

Good cuban supermarket. Should have a good cafeteria. Prices are OK. Clean and big. Staff is very friendly. But restrooms are very dirty and need refurbishing.

Store is not disabled friendly! They do not have the electronic carts, like most stores of its size, for people that have a hard time walking. I do not recommend this store at all!

After taking a 20min drive from home was very disappointing to find out that a business as big as this doesn’t follow work hours of operation base on the schedule that they have posted at the front door, according to the hours of operations the business is scheduled to closed at 9:45 i arrived there by 9:29 and i wasn’t allowed inside.i usually do my house shopping at this location but thats about to change.came in just to get a case of water for the baby and wasn’t permitted to do so. I was given an attitude when trying to let the security at the location know it was only 9:29 at the time and sign posted said 9:45 him and the cashier girl laughed as i had to walk back empty habded

The place has alot of variety of items but most of them more expensive than publix.Costumer service is lacking every where and restrooms were not so clean.

Never picks up the phone when trying to ask about a product. Very bad communication 😕 I will never ship there again! Do not shop here if your looking for a specific product because they will never pick up the phone to tell you if they have it or not. I am on a budget. This supermarket is heaven sent specially for people from the Carribean, Central and South America. The prices are yesteryear prices. I spent there $179.00 dollars in the market on food, but it was worth it. I was able to find pana (breadfruit), batata cubanas, Huge bone type pumpkin, all varieties of chorizos, Central American pastries from El Salvador very cheap, I usually buy these in Tampa, but pay three times the price I pay here. Visit this Presidente Supermarket.

Get what you pay for. Assistance is tough if the dont understand English or if you dont understand spanish..

Always have herbs and spices that are hard to find. I buy tumuric and ginger for anti inflammatory tea. They sell their own sazon which is very good _ not as salty as others.

Spotty and aloof customer service, third-world security protocols, and a location plagued by accessibility issues make Presidente Supermarket’s Kissimmee store worthwhile only to shoppers living in the immediate locale. Frankly, there are a number of other hospitable and sufficiently stocked Latino grocers in the area that offer a more pleasant and wholesome experience for shoppers on a shoestring budget.

Got several meats from this place. Horrible tough quality and high prices.

Specials are great however felt like i was on a treasure hunt for some of the can items on special . Similar products were not together.

The prices used to be lower when the first open now everything is so expensive. the meat department is not good Kissimmee produce is better. The store dont have handicap wheelchairs so its better inconvenient for disable people to shop at the store.

I love this store they have some of the best deals here every week. You have to make sure you have the circular. I buy my husbands bread here and I can buy 4 of them here when they are on sale because in Walmart they are so expensive. They are the Butterbread. Great deals on meat sometimes and coffee.

Terribly expensive majority of the food and lack customer services

I felt pretty safe going and getting my groceries for the month, one thing that bothered me was how close the cashier in the lane to your right was close to the customer when grabbing your bags to leave.

The price and quality on a lot of the produce is outstanding. Not super impressed with the meat department but they do have good deals from time to time. Employees not very friendly but if you get in and get out not to bad of a shopping experience .

A supermarket is great. Have a variety supplements and good quality. Price is regular but specials is good. And every employers is so professional and friendly. I recommend. I visited Kissimmee Presidente a E. VINE and Michigan.

The produce and prices here are fantastic! The customized packaging of some of their products in the vegetables and fruit section are conveniently assembled. However our experience was unfortunate due a to a rude employee by the name of Nadiaska that was extremely rude at the cash register. Unfortunately my mother had to experience this incident as well as she tried to help bag the items which she is not supposed however she wanted to help. The cashier mentioned decided to proceed to pass the items in a slightly aggressively manner to my mother that just wanted to help her out. Eventually we questioned the pricing of an item and she immediately redirected us to the customer service department in very dismissive and disrespectful tone. Management at this location should offer employees like this a proper customer service etiquette course to avoid disappointing experiences such as the one we encountered.

Huge store. Wide variety of good products. Everything is neatly organized. Good prices, location and parking. One of the employees told my friend she did not speak English when she asked where was the Cinnamon and kept on walking. I find that offensive. Im Hispanic and felt embarrassed. They have good music going all the time.

This is now my favorite market a one stop shop and youll never be disappointed

Smells terrible from the moment you walk in from the Butcher area that is all the way in the back. The Ads they have are sometimes not accurate. Examples: All Varieties Iberia Beans. However the Gandules is not included but the ad reads ALL VARIETIES. I have had several promotions worded poorly and when challenged they are EXTREMELY Poor on Customer Service. Have asked for a manager several times with no replies. Their meats are NAST and Discolored, Becareful buying any. I am a Certified Food Safety Manager and would not reccomend them.

A great place to shop for deals on produce and meat. Keep your eye on the flyers. They have other special buys as well. If its not on special, then some of the prices are a bit inflated. The produce and meats we have bought from here are of good quality though.

Love it! But never can make a good grocery buying cause they dont have electric cars for disable people like me, I always complain but they dont care for people like us, I just go and buy one or two items that are close to the door cause cannot walk the whole supermarket is to big. So sorry for them cause we too have rights and they dont care.

Not bad for a recently opened Spanish grocery store, I found some good deals on veggies and fruit,

The meat cutters cut chicken, pork and beef on same meat saw and dont clean between changing meat. Not impressed, I believe that is not. Correct. Separate saw for fresh fish, fish is nice and fresh and the staff does excellent job cleaning the fish for you. Was impressed with the fish area.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the fish department. Cashiers have a lot of stress with long lines, but they could be more friendly and professional.

The cashier had no one in line but when I went she sent me to line with 2 other customers.Did not like it

Since president super markeet has been open 8n 192 Kissimmee every week I have shopping there because they always have great prices and always have great customer service thankyou

Extraordinary, organized, clean, good service, attentive and friendly employees, good prices ..., came to stay. Visit it and compare the prices. Today dec 22... Incredible attitude of an employee. It was 7 am, time to open, she was pointing something in the meat area and I say, good morning, where are the chicken breasts ..., I do not answer, ... I wait 1 minute, I ask again And without saying good morning or looking at you, it shows you where they were. Another customer comes to ask and the employee says: ... so early asking !! ... Madam employee, customers keep the trade, if they dont sell bankruptcy and if we dont buy, you dont get their salary. If you do not like to serve customers, quit.

Walk in there yesterday and most of the people working there not wearing mask. I work in healthcare and we are still getting CORVID-19 cases everyday. Don’t know about you but I would like to buy my foot from a handler that cares about following precautions. For now until they comply I will not shop here.

This supermarket opened with a great fanfare - was reasonably good for the first month or two. It has deteriorated significantly since. The bananas are always rotting. Most of the ground provisions look old and the meat and fish section have an awful smell. They advertise sales every week but if you go after the first day of the sale the items are usually not available - this is a typical bait and switch marketing ploy. I plan to return to the other Hispanic supermarkets I used prior to this opening.

Loved this store they carry pretty much of everything groceries to Asian products good prices.

The place is well stocked but the Cashiers are miserable. They always have an attitude. They dont greet people and you dont feel welcomed.

This is a very ethnic grocery that has everything you need for a Mexican menu. Everyone was very friendly.

Everything is very neat and clean. Many varieties to choose from and the prices are very good for those of us who are struggling with high prices elsewhere. I will come back again.

This is a great Supermarket here in Kissimmee, FL. However, my only problem here on the numerous occasions I’ve shopped there is the employees can hardly speak English. They have to take you to some other employee who speaks or understands English. Good Luck U.S.A!!!!

This place is decent but a little pricey.I don’t understand why there’s one similar across the street with both having majority of the same products. It’s good for you to get food from your country but not worth paying an arm and a leg.

It was clean, clutter free and I found all products that were on sale.

Only domonican or.puerto ricann food.. it smell lime rotten food at meat amd deli...never be back to thatt place...horrendous.
