Lids @ the Loop. Manager on duty is horrible! She is rude and disrespectful and clearly hates her job when she refuses consistent paying customers. Told my partner to go to another lids cuz I refuse to make YOUR hat today.... 07/31/22 @ approx 12pm.This is because... His last visit, he decided to get a custom hat made and asked for her assistance. She showed him the black snap backs with green underlid and said that was the hat he could customize. He asked if it would fit him and she replied, yes one size fits all. So she proceeded to make the hat. He paid 68 and change for that hat and customization.Came back a while later to pick up the hat and saw it didnt fit. He turned it over to see she had done it on a Youth hat. He pointed on the mistake and she copped attitude right away and said theres nothing she could do. He didnt want his money back he just wanted the hat made in the right size. She said no and she refused to make the hat but offered him a refund!?! He saw she was not reasonable so took the refund and left . He could NOT believe he was treated like that and still did not get a product he went out for because of it. He shops regularly at Lids!Todays event was what happened after she remembered him from the last time. Then he realized this was the mgr!

I come to the Lids at the loop worst customer service ever...no greeting...walked right past me her name was Claribel. Didnt even acknowledge me. Will never go to that store again. Totally unprofessional and need to get that store together. Many people here and she did not even acknowledge anyone or say hi to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Opened 2 1/2 hours after the displayed opening time. The hat that had a custom design on it was not to my liking, the stitch work looked incomplete and I wanted the design to have a more finished look. The store rep seemed advise from the late manager who then refused to fix the issue after I had just spent $80 at this store yesterday. Shauntay, the “manager”, is a sorry excuse for management and could have easily accommodated my request. I will be following up with a formal complaint with corporate.

We just went in there the girl didn’t even greet us nor the 6 customers behind us. Then I asked her to check us out in which was almost a $200 transaction and she just left us waiting there.Need better costumer service skills before she hires any of the people she called today for interviews!

Worst experience I’ve had at a lids location! Employee working this evening did not want to be there, and made no attempt to even try to fake it.

Operations manager of this establishment need to update their operating hours. Drove one hour and arrived at 7:26PM to find out the establishment closed at 7PM by an employee.

I came today Wednesday on the 14th and had my mind on a hat that I wanted to purchase . When I get to the store I see a line out side so I asked what’s happen the store was locked and close while it said business hours was open everybody left upset leaving with out what they wanted to buy . I’m unhappy as was everybody else .

Wanted to get a hat made. Was told I needed to convert file to FAST format. So i went home and tried and no luck. So i called Lids and they couldnt help me either. If this is a format you need I figure the workers should be able to tell me the best option to get it done.

I arrived at 6:51 today and it was closed. As I arrived I was looking for another hat store and a women arrived with her kid. Another lady was out here and she let her pick a hat from the store from the door but when I asked she said they we closed and the time was 6:54. Smh

This place is great. Although its not the biggest store, Im always helped without attitude and Im not rushed. Its like the goal there is to make sure a customer has the best hat for themselves and loves it.

This store has an excellent selection and I especially like the ability to personalize my hat with the embroidery equipment on site. Plus, the sales rep I dealt with - Alex - is an outstanding Lids employee.

There is no betta hat in the market than this Lid hats store my du. And once I finally got them sizes right and a hat that wasnt damaged, I became Lids #1 fan. Lets talk about it... I got game.

I placed an order online for a cap. The cap arrived today very nice but there was only one problem, it came with the security tag on the cap. So I called customer service waited for 40 minute and never came to the phone. I called a second time and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes and never came to the phone. So now I have to drive to my nearest store which is 15 miles away so that means I have to drive 30 miles, gas, toll and time to have the security tag remove. This is one of the worst if not the worst customer service I have seen in my life. How is this company going to compensate for the money and time I have to spend to solve there mistake. I am not going to try to remove the tag my self because I do not know if it has ink and also I do not want to damage the cap.
