The staff at Audibel Hearing Center is outstanding. Since the moment you enter the office, you can feel a welcoming environment. The office is spotless. Im a retired physician, and I was impressed by the knowledgeable audiologist. After listens ( paying attention) to my hearing concerns, she explained the different areas that could be affected and the procedure to follow to determine my problem. She explained all to me in lay terms(not medical terms). I did not tell her I am a physician; she finds out later. Im very grateful to their top of the line service. Patients do not find this warm and personal touch frequently.

I was nervous at first about taking a hearing test, but as soon as I arrived the positive energy and friendly service I received both from Lesly the receptionist to the Doctor made me feel much more comfortable.

Have visited this office at least three times in the past year for assistance with my father’s hearing aids. Although he did purchase them there, they are an authorized center for his brand. Each time the staff had treated him as if he was a long term customer. Excellent care and understanding the importance of servicing such a vital product

The staff is very professional and personable, they know hearing aids and which ones are suitable for the user. The hearing test is thorough and at no charge. You may have a hearing issue that may be caused by a build-up of ear wax which they check for too. I highly recommend Audibel Hearing Center for their sales and service. They really care for their customers.

After having spent years in an attempt to find a place in our Kissimmee, Fl area we finally found this place. These are awesome people. They by far exceeded our expectations, but most importantly my son felt as it he was truly in the hands of a professional individual. Ms Rodriguez fitted the hearing aids that my son really wanted. He is extremely pleased. We highly recommend Audibel. Not only was Ms Rodriguez knowledgeable in her field, but a dedicated individual. The receptionist, Lyndseywas great and very welcoming. I am so thankful that my wife and I found this office after the countless hours we have spend at different hearing aid locations. Where do I start from the minute we called we got so much information they explained the process and from the jump we felt that it wasnt going to be another straight sales situation but it feels like you built a bond cause they cared about what we wanted in an aid and was best for us not what we needed like other places told us. My wife has a lost and we finish getting hearing aids through them but my test shows a small lost nothing drastic and Mike said that it wasnt time yet while other places have push so many hearing aids on me before. Audibel Hearing Center is a great place! We have recently gotten hearing aids from my wife there and they are totally awesome! I took my father (against his will) to the Audibel Hearing Center in Kissimmee and I have to what a wonderful job Michael and his staff did. My father did not want to be there and definitely did not want to wear hearing aids, but after spending a little time with Michael not only was my father willing to try hearing aids, but now loves them and says he doesnt know how he got along without them. Michael and his staff were welcoming, kind and very informative. My fathers quality of life has been greatly improved since our visit, we are very grateful for what Michael has done for our father and our family!

Friendly staff they take care of you and only sell you things if you need it. They are not like everyone else, they treat you like family. You can come here and make sure they are not just selling you something but making sure you have everything you truly need. I recommend Mike and his staff to everyone I know.

I purchased a high end Starkey hearing aid program in Richmond VA and later moved to Florida. I was concerned about service after I moved, but the people at Audibel in Kissimmee have treated me wonderfully, providing consistent service and adjustment when needed. There has never been a charge for their services, which have included updated hearing tests, device cleaning and repair (under warranty) and consultation. I highly recommend the professionals at Audibel, particularly Daniel and Rosie, who are always patient and concerned about my well being, as well as knowledgable and friendly.

I purchased hearing aids from Audible a couple of years ago. The owner Matthew is very professional and knowledgeable in his field,he is client oriented easy to deal with. He has been building his business and continues to grow opening more locations in the central Florida area. Currently Michael is the Specialist and Regional Manager over the Kissimmee location.Michael is very easy to deal with. He presents well and is also client oriented. They are both professional and get along well with their clients.Matthew picks his staff in a manner that allows him to be sure that the centers will handle the same as if he were doing it himself. Very professional staff. The hearing specialist Michael was very patient and informative about the whole process. They have a wide range of product selections to meet your needs. Had no idea that they make wi-fi options now. Let’s face it no matter what age you start losing your hearing at its tough. But Michael tought me, doing nothing only leads to the perminate loss of the brains ability to understand speech. You can’t get that back!
