It has been a long time since we have stopped in one of these and they are still fabulous. We were shopping for shoes next door and my kids wanted ice cream so we wandered in. There was a large group in front of us which gave us a chance to go through the extensive menu. I love that they prepare everything right when you order it. I got the One Smart Brookie which consists of Classic Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Brownie and Cookie Dough. Once prepared it looked nothing like the picture but it tasted wonderful. I got mine in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. There was nothing about this I should have had but it was so good. It can be a a bit difficult to eat the bowl but it is worth the effort. So tasty. This location is in a good area with plenty of parking.

(PS: This was earlier this year in March)This was the worst experience of my life. Shortly after entering, I was told to leave by the whole staff. They said they wouldn’t serve me. Confused & assuming they couldn’t be talking to me, I kept reading the menu. I was then yelled at, to get out. When I asked why, I was told because I’m not wearing a mask. Absolutely ridiculous. I went to Baskin Robins instead.

Long line but was in and out real quick. I never had sorbet before and was always sketchy about it, pink lemonade sounded good so I gave it a try and had the brownie topping on the side just on case. The sorbet and brownie was really good!

I ordered a shake with cake batter ice cream and my shake tasted like drinking whipped cream I ended up giving it to my husband. Ice cream was good for my son and husband but my daughter had a few bites she says tasted like chewing ice cubes. Be prepared to spend lots of $$$ here. You get a very small amount for the price of three half gallons at the grocery store but if you’re on vacation that’s ok! (and expected) overall 8/10 bc the service was not bad at all!

You havent had ice cream until youve had Cold Stone Creamery ice cream. Service was friendly and courteous. Place clean and they followed covid19 guidelines. There was no wait time. The ice cream was to die for. DeLiCious!! I enjoyed the experience. As my friend says HEAVENLY

We made an order for our family. This was our first time at this location. We bought 3 like it, a shake and 1 pint of chocolate devotion. However there were only 3-5 marshmallows besides ordering with it, only 1 brownie. This is my favorite ice cream and I always buy it in PR. In our nearest location in PR as a courtesy the employee always ask me if I want to buy what is left of the chocolate devotion and they usually give it to me in a like it. This is offer to me instead of throwing it away. But at this location, they simply throw it away. The customer service skills were extremely poor.

Terrible. Ordered the delivery service. No toppings on the ice cream. Called location was hung up on because they sent the wrong ice cream. Filled out a survey no response back. Terrible customer service. Paid $40 for 2 pints of the wrong ice cream as the delivery was the same price as the ice cream.

I am a UBER Driver and I had a bad experience at this store. I accepted an offer to pick up an order at this store, upon arriving at the store I was informed that I needed to provide the manager with my physical cell phone to her. Keep in mind this is my personal phone and she asking me to give it to her. I immediately asked the manager the reason for this and she replied back by telling me she doesn’t trust Uber eat driver and that everyone who works for Uber are all thief’s.

The Covid 19 guidlines are okay. Be aware of the prices and pay attention to them dont let them over charge you. They need to work on being organized and they do not greet you. Overall the ice cream was delicious and I will come back.

Just today June 18, 2021 at approximately 7:00pm i overheard a Team Leader speaking with a Uber Eat Driver. Is sad the way the Uber eat driver are at this location are treated. The manager at this store was telling the poor Uber driver that Everyone working for Uber are a bunch of thief. She was also requesting for his phone to confirm her self that the food was picked up. This is so unprofessional. Please don’t visit this people. Franchise owner should be made aware of this.

Sent in mobile order was not ready at the time. When my wife went in at the designated time it wasnt even started and that was after waiting 25min for the mobile order this should have been faster since it was already prepaid. Submitted a change to Google says this place is located in Target that is wrong this location is located next to Berger Fi. So search for them and you will find cold stone. It took a bit of driving around to find this place. All in all this was not a good visit.

I’ve never been to Coldstone before and this experience was so incredible. We were helped by Matt and his enthusiasm and customer service was out of this world! He made sure to walk me through the whole process and made my little girl smile by making her feel special, he even flipped the ice cream! Will definitely be coming back here!

Quick service. Friendly staff. We ordered a small vanilla shake and a small scoop of cotton candy. Both were good. A little pricey. $15 for those 2 items.

The service was great... the ice cream even better! I would have given it 5⭐ but didnt because the tables outside were broken and dirty to the point where i couldnt clean it myself with the napkins provided. But given the wonderful service and seeing that they were short staffed, I wont count it against them💖💖

I’m from a state that has some of the strictest lockdown measures in the country and was still stunned at the lengths they’re going at this location. They have a plastic barrier going from the counter to the ceiling to separate you from their employees and because they can’t hear you through it, they’ve installed a microphone similar to that you see at a bank and they still can’t hear you. I’d avoid this location unless you want woke 17-year-old yelling at you to put your mask on before she even greets you.

Store #23305 in Kissimmee doesnt let you buy kids size cup even if you have kids with you...It is a way for them to charge more and the kids cant eat the next size up if they are younger children.This is the ONLY Cold Stone I have ever been to that will NOT sell kids size for kids.And like other people are saying pay attention to what they charge you. They will charge you more if you dont pay attention...

The ice cream here is delicious!! My family and I usually order ice cream from here by the pint and, though it may be a tad pricy, we always love it. Being a lake county resident will get you a discount so be sure to mention it when you order. The staff are friendly and good at what they do, but theres usually a line at peak hours so expect a wait.

It was clean. The staff was friendly. Yoodblocation among lots of other things to do and see. The scoops were big and cups full. Great range of mix in options. Highly recommend this location.

Love their ice cream, can be a bit pricey but well worth it. If you register with them, you can accumulate points for a future discounts. I visit frequently, Im love their sweet cream with berries and coconut with berries are my favorite flavors. However, coconut flavor I can only find @ Celebration store.

Took a bite of ice cream 🍦 in store when waiting to buy it and was told not to take a bite of it till out of store, I thought we where in the usa and that we live in FL and most everyone got a vaccine so who the hell are these companies to tell us what to do and how to do it, this is the usa and its my body my choice, and not double standards, u can go out to dinner and eat with out a mask so whats the difference, people need to wake up, oh and another thing I live in FL and this company gives 10%off to locals but not the rest of FL, dont seem right to me, but whatever this company will not be getting my business anymore, boycott

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in with smiles! I came in with my family and David was super helpful and very knowledgeable he made our experience worth while. He even threw ice cream in the air and caught it! Dessert and a show! My family had a blast we will definitely be going back!

The Celebration location down the road has cheaper prices and much better service.I do wonder how anyone can say the staff is friendly when that hasn’t been my experience at all.The first time my husband and I came here, the 40-something guy that works there didn’t give us any napkins. When I asked for some, he gave me one. When I asked for another one (there were two of us, after all) he begrudgingly gave me another one and warned me napkins were limited to one per customer, so he won’t give me an extra one next time. Recall, there were two of us there and he gave us two napkins in total - one each!That policy makes no sense for an ice cream shop, and I thought his behavior was strangely aggressive, but figured he’s just aggressively frugal and maybe unaware of how he comes across.My second visit was to pick up an online order I made for my husband and myself. I asked the younger man working there for a cup holder, but they didn’t have any, so I asked for a bag to carry my order in, and as the younger guy was handing me one, the same older guy working there told him not to give me one.I said “I’m a paying customer and I can’t have a bag?” He said no and when I asked why, he snapped “it’s our product and we don’t have to give you one.”How incredibly rude and difficult.The pattern of short tempered and miserly behavior is so unusual and uncalled for that I can’t help but assume that something other than frugalness was motivating his behavior.I will not pay higher prices for worse service, so I will certainly never come back to this location.

Great experience and tasty ice cream. Plenty of Signature combos to choose from but almost infinite custom combos. If youve been to one Cold Stone youve been to pretty much all of them.

Amazing service. Worked well with my young children and make my husband an awesome ice cream. Loved that day check out they heard my husband and I discussing cross contamination (peanut allergy for me) and immediately offered to make me something in a clean uncontaminated area. Above and beyond service. So glad we stopped by here on our vacation.

I did Not like the ice cream at all.It looked amazing in the pictures however by the time I walked out the door after paying it was like drinking milky soup. There was no vanilla taste and and had an awful texture. I had 2 bites turned the corner found a trash can and threw it out First and last time sorry Yall😏expensive too

Woooow... service was less that steller to say the least. Only people in the joint and until I literally raised my hand did I get eye contact from any of the three ladies behind the counter. I understand not being able to sit inside to eat so patio seating was expected however the mess on AND surrounding the outdoor tables was surprisingly excessive. Clearly the outdoor tables had been neglected for an extended length of time. Happy to have had my own cleaning wipes (thank you me, insert high five here... woo!).Id recommend visiting anywhere else for ice cream... anywhere... else.

Holy smokes, where do I begin.... I was highly recommended to visit Cold stone in my trip to Florida, BUT I was highly DISAPPOINTED. The all male staff was rude and acted as if they did not want to serve us, they got the order wrong and still charged us extra, and here’s the cherry on top is when they dropped my Apple pie ice cream on the counter and the waffle cone broke, the employee attempted to scoop the ice cream out of the old cone into the new waffle cone, which was highly unsanitary during times like these. Will not be having a second visit.

I love adding a brownie to the ice cream and watch them mix it in. AMAZING !

Great place to cool down after the water park

Came in during a slow time and got great service from Darlene. Workshopped a combination for me and we decided it was almost like the chocolate pie from a burger chain who will remain unnamed. Darlene, if youre reading this, it tasted exactly like it! The combo was chocolate ice cream, or do cookies, pue crust and fudge.

While Cold Stone is always good, the staff was friendly and I received my order correctly... This location is SO much more expensive than other locations. The Winter Garden location was about $2 less cheaper per item. The rent here must be high to charge this much more than others. My fiance and I were excited for this location to open, only to be discouraged to come because of the prices.

I had a milder unsatisfactory review written but after the attitude I got from calling to make sure they followed simple requests I made, I just wish I could give 0 stars at this point.They started out strong but lately the order notes on uber eats are NEVER followed and even when Im paying for extra toppings, Ive received normal amounts or even NONE OF THE TOPPING AT ALL. Im not a let me speak to the manager karen type, but I hope the manager or owner is reading this and actually does something about it. Your staff shouldnt act like Im expecting free toppings when I paid extra or as if Im blind and cant see when they blatantly didnt follow order notes.
