I went into the store to have them scan a Florida lottery ticket and the lady at the counter tells me she can not process it because her machine won’t take it due to it being in poor condition. Nothing wrong with my ticket. I’ve been there plenty of times and the same lady I encountered today seems to always not want to do what she is there to do.

This place has it all. The prices are a bit more than what I amused to, but it is in a tourist city. I especially loved the gentleman who was offering drink samples as we walked in. He suggested some awesome drink ideas.

Cashier was very rude. I came from extremely far and my whole FL experience was great until I stepped into this place. She was very disrespectful and clearly didnt know how to do her job!!!

We are staying at a vacation nearby, we checked the stores website and it said they were open until 10pm. My wife and I made the trip, once we got there the open sign was not on. My wife has mobility issues and didnt want to get out if the store was closed. I walked up and opened the door, I stuck my head in and told the female clerk that I wanted to make sure they were open. She yelled at me that the website was wrong and her store closes at 9pm. I replied that we wouldnt be there that long (by this time it was about 8:20pm) and she said well you never know. She continued to follow me and make rude comments until we got our liquor and left (spending $60). She put all three glass bottles in one grocery bag and when I told her to have a good evening she snarled at me. I would not go back to this store if it were the last liquor store on Earth. If I were the owners Id seriously reconsider this womans employment.

Store said you are open....even talked a person on the phone to make sure you were open....yet we get here and nothing .....door is locked. Tried calling back....no answer. So sad...really wanted to buy a lot you had to offer according to your site.

Absolutely great service here, Yashira Rodriguez was very helpful, had a great personality and customer service. Highly recommend this place.

They don’t sell hard liquor on sundays so buy all your liquor before then! No where in Polk county
