Museum has lots of info you may never had heard before. Lots of vehicles on site. Staff very friendly. Priced good too.

April 2017 at the Museum of Military History was an exciting experience and my first time in a military museum. My tour guide was Pablo, a retired military veteran. He gave me my first real introduction to military history and unique perspectives of the Vietnam war and German World War II and Desert Storm military attire. There was so much to see and learn in this museum of interesting artifacts. I look forward to going to more military museums in the future.

Wow, if you like military history, this is a must visit. The exhibits start with the American Revolution up though current actions. We were lucky to have a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide by the name of Al. This museum is awesome !Thank you preserving history!!

The place was well put together and informative. The staff was polite and helpful. Spent hours reading everything!

Really detailed models of boats, planes, tanks and battles. Most of the exhibits were nice but a few seemed like they were haphazardly placed on the floor instead of being up where visitors can see them. Takes around an hour-hour & a half to see everything. Worth a stop.

Attended 9/11 Ceremony. Presentation was well organized. A large variety of military artifacts on display. Volunteers are friendly, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend visiting.

Great museum. Has plenty of items that you dont typically see in larger war museums. Absolutely worth stopping by if you are into military History.

My husband and I went for the first time today and thoroughly enjoyed the museum. Wonderful exhibits! We had a tour with Al and he was fantastic. He added so much information to the exhibits in an entertaining way. We will definitely being going back.

The museum was brightly lit and well laid out. So many interesting artifacts from various time periods. Anthony was a great tour guide for us. He is a volunteer and a veteran and we had a great conversation with him. The museum has jeeps, weapons, tools of war. Many uniforms and equipment from the different branches are on display. There is even a library packed with books covering every war the USA was involved with.

Lots of things to see and learn. Wonderful experience for adults and older children. Spend about 2 1/2 hours. Perfect activity for an afternoon out with the family.

Great place to know about our history & see things that weve never been ever to see before up close. Great & friendly staff & everything you see ARE REAL or at least a replica of things!! They have real guns, vehicles, etc, that was used in all the wars & some that are still used today!! I love to see when they have new things that are donated!! By the way, everything you do see, is all donations that they display!!! Love it!! 👍🏻👌🏻

Great display of military items from all the different periods of American history. Spent about two hours and could have spent more time.

Excellent way to spend time. Anywhere from an hour to two allows time to see displays. Take longer if you want to read the info plus they have a great library from which members can borrow.

Was a nice little museum. When you pay you can get a free guided tour with a knowledgeable volunteer. I forgot the guys name at the front but he is the Jack of all trades. He does everything. He was super nice and knowledgeable. Kids enjoyed it.

There was a lot more inside than expected, a lot of it in decent quality. There were a few things that were a bit roughed up but overall it was a nice little walk through and with a Groupon only $10 and since chance to go through

I took my grandson to this attraction and I was really impressed. He is 10 years old but having many military members of our family, he was very interested with all of the history and memorabilia that are in the museum. Well worth the price of admission. 👍

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was worth the trip to Kissimmee!

Love this place if you have the chance stop in and just check it out and you absolutely have to buy a shirt or some memorabilia I got the box kicker shirt LOL

This was an amazing place to go during my honeymoon with my son. It was something we could all do together, very affordable, and completely rememberable. We even got custom-made dog tags to celebrate our wedding.

This place is pretty cool. If you know your history of wars, you will enjoy it too. I knew most, but not all. There is a lot of artifacts there, and a lot of models and reproductions. I enjoyed this place and do recommend it. $7 for adults at the door. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because it didn’t seem to be anyone to ask questions to. I’m sure there are some retired veterans that would love to volunteer and tell stories.

Amazing historical museum. Needs more support from veterans and proud Americans to understand our history.

We went to the Museum of Military History and had tour guide Al who was absolutely amazing. I cant remember when I have enjoyed anything so much, he was very knowledgeable and informative. The museum is small in comparison but has a lot of content. Thank you all for such an awesome adventure.

Meuseum is neat, but arguably the cooler section is the shop where you can buy real badges and equipment.

This is an excellent little (big) museum. They have a lot of information and artifacts about American wars. They also have a reading room and props you can use to take photos.

The museum itself is great. Small but it does have enough to see and learn about. Now the staff on the other hand is something else. Ive gone several times over the years and never had a negative experience except for today! The woman at the front desk is very condescending. I take my 8yr old there because she wanted to look around and see everything there. Im all for it ... Ive never been charged more than $5 to go in. Today Im told $9 for me (Army Veteran) and $9 for my little girl. Mind you nothing has been updated really. Basically the same stuff but as a vet it never bothered me. But $18 to spend maybe a total of 20 minutes is absurd. When I have the woman why the price change is when she became condescending. I found it extremely rude. When the manager strolled up he asked who she was talking to, I was pointed out and stared at by the manager. Nothing was said as in if there was anything he could help with or whatever. Dirty looks from the woman when I my daughter and myself were I eye shot. I was just extremely disappointed with how it all played out. Its going to he a long time before this Veteran goes back there to be treated like that again ...

Amazing Experience! I had tons of fun. Learned a lot and it’s perfect for Sunday afternoon if you have nothing to do. It’s good for all ages. Check it out if you are in the Florida area. A lot of parking spaces so no problem finding a parking space . Once you get in the Museum, there is plenty merchandise to buy in the gift shop . The staff is extremely nice and will give you a tour if you ask for one and will help you out with anything . Thanks guys for a amazing experience . God bless

The place is amazing how many things you can learn that is not in the text book at school. They have a really big library that you can browse and read. The volunteer veteran help me and explained many dout that i have and he speaks Spanish. He is amazing like the other personal.

Friendly staff and I liked each era with its own section and set up. The interactive tags to scan for info and YouTube videos to go with that section or exhibit was awesome. As a veteran it was wonderful to see. My wife is a teacher and found several useful things to use and share with another generation about those whose lives were impacted and honor service members contributions. Please stop by and check it out.

We visited on Independence Day and so glad we did! The kids especially loved all the aircraft models and I really enjoyed talking with the staff... They were so knowledgeable. Definitely worth a visit for an afternoon!!

Very cool place that has lots of donations from local veterans. Juan was our tour guide and his in-depth knowledge was incredible! His passion for military history was obvious and his tour provided a lot of great information! I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Great place for military history.

Family enjoyed the historical and displayed they had years ago when military begin, what weapons they used as well give you a screen to read about different backgrounds about certain ones that serve our country. You just have to go and see for yourself to better understand. The admission isnt expensive either, its like you making a donation to help our country. My boys like it especially my 11 year old because he wants to join the military when he gets older.

This was a great experience. Mathus was wonderful and very knowledgeable showing us around. Lots of interesting history and artifacts.

Small humble place with really good information and lots of facts of the military. I love the way they displayed everything and had it per section. Navy,Marines,Coast guards and more. Showed actual guns and other equipment used during battle. I recommend for people to check it out. Your also able to take pictures which is cool because you can’t do that everywhere. They even have uniforms of what each category uses. They also sell certain things seen in the museum. If you like to visit a place that shows a lot of history and memorable moments and details on display this the perfect place. You get treated well when you come in which is a plus.

We are into looking for off the path gem places to visit. We sometimes take trips just to hop from one to the next. We had a great experience visiting this museum. They have an awesome collection of artifacts. It was amazing to leave the facility thinking about all of the stories and pieces of history that we just witnessed. Thank you to those that make an experience like this possible.

We enjoy history and were so surprised at the amount of military history in this building. Very well laid out in historical timeline all with donated memorabilia from mostly the local community. The docents were very knowledgeable and helpful and there was so much to read, including donated war trophys that included written history from the hero. There is also a library that includes many eras of military history.

Coming from out of state, I personally had a really great time here. They have a wide range of exhibits, all of which have real history in them with the use of authentic artifacts. The staff member I paid my admission fee to was very nice, and gave me some useful information of really cool places nearby, as well as some information for a restoration project Im undertaking. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I greatly recommend it to anyone even mildly interested in military history.

Great place. Didnt know what to expect pulling up to it. But after spending over an hour there, would have stayed longer but they were closing, came away very impressed. They did a great job of displaying the artifacts and giving great information. Would definitely recommend if you are a History or Military fan.

A gem in the rough. The displays were well done and informative and a great find for any historian. Plenty of info to teach the kids and lots to show for the price. Vets get a discount and should definitely check it out.

One of my favorite places to visit. Added alot of new stiff since my last visit. We stop by every year we are in Florida. My family loves the history there and it makes us feel close to my father.
