ZERO starts given in my opinion! The only reason I gave a 1 star was to be able to leave a review.By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Not only to they lack professionalism but are also RUDE but extremely disrespectful.I was given a verbal quote in person and on 2 separate occasions. However at the moment of delivering the service they backed down on their original quote and rudely said I could take my business elsewhere if I didn’t like their price. It wasn’t about the higher quote but the disrespect to me and my elderly father.I have never heard of anyone turning down money in todays economy but needless to say that it was a blessing in disguise. I got the same work done elsewhere for 1/2 the price and with excellent customer service.I have also reported this incident to the better business bureau. Some people have no business owning a business. ✌🏽

Depending on who’s doing the work, or how they feel at the moment. Its how well or poor they will complete the Job! It’s SAD! They should call this place EMOTIONAL MUFFLER’S if they feel like doing a great job they will. If not excuses up the wall. Back in the days this place made it happen. NOT ANY MORE! Take your money someplace else.

These guys are great! I stopped in one day just to get a quote and left with the nicest rims at an unbelievable price. I came back again to get new exhaust on my Excursion, I left with TRUE Duals from the engine, custom pipes and mufflers all for under a grand! You arent going to get that anywhere else. The quality is great and I love the look!

Would not work on vehicle due to being lowered. Previous exhaust work was done by them on the same vehicle. Ive never never had an issue bringing vehicles here, to the point I didnt mind the 35min trip one way. And 2 of which were waaaaay lower. Should be noted, not low car friendly anymore.

This place I give a 1 because you go there to ask information on what is best for you to do and they can never tell you and use the excuse that if we don’t like it there not responsible so they don’t give any suggestions that’s like walking into a restaurant and asking if a certain dish is good. I have no car experience so if I need something done I ask how does it sound and they don’t answer terrible service.

They are the best priced and always do a perfect job. I have used them for all of my exhaust needs since I was 18 (2008). I wont take my business elsewhere.

You go there and sadly 😔 they ignore you and when you ask they point someone else and of course is working and dont pay attention at all (understandable) but You feel like stupid not knowing what or where to go? Road Runner Muffler has been great since the beginning of our experience. The gentleman, Cecil, is very professional and trustworthy. He did a marvelous job at finding the problem and letting me know what the parts were that I needed to get replaced. When I got to the auto parts store, I was unsure of which exact one it was so I called Cecil and he spoke directly to the worker there to ensure I got the part I needed. It took a short 45 minutes to have them replace it and we were out of there with 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend having your exhaust work done at here.

These guys are the best muffler shop around! Very honest, knowledgeable and hard working guys. I have gone to them two times for different exhaust pipes to be installed and each time i drive away happy and sounding great. Best prices anywhere in the state. Highly recommend. This guy that said they only accept cash was lying, cash or credit accepted.

I went with my 98 bmw to get a resonator delete I was standing there for more than 30 minutes for the owner when is my turn to immediately tell me that he doesn’t do cars like this anymore I’ve taken every car I’ve owned to this guy and he didn’t even recognize me very poor customer service

I was very impressed with this muffler shop. I had bent my tailpipe and went there for repair with no appointment. I told them I had almost 300k miles on the truck and it probably needs a muffler and catalytic converter too. They inspected and said that all I needed was a tailpipe. They were honest with me, installed a new tailpipe and had me completed in 30 minutes for a total of $60 parts and labor. Fast, honest and fair is a rarity nowadays. I highly recommend these guys!

I came here about 4 years ago and had two vehicles done. One was removing the resonators for straight pipe, and the other was replacing muffled for SPL Loudmouth. It was an elder man who did the work and charged $80 cash both times. Phenomenal work, I would use him again definitely, everything was great, he did it in about 15 minutes and let me inspect and look at the work. Today I came because of the great service I had four years ago. The elder man was not there, but none the less someone else. Charged $160 plus tax, just for replacing the muffler with straight pipe. Also did not let me inspect the work. 🤷🏽‍♂️

We have worked very closely with Road Runner for many years, we have never had any issues they are very quick and there staff is not only friendly but knowledgeable and informative. they have great prices for the amazing work they do! we do not replace/repair mufflers but every customer we have we always and will always send them to Road Runners.

Love this shop got two muffler deletes on two different cars here. They always listen to what I want and get it done with reasonable pricing. If you need muffler work done in the kissimmee area this is definitely the go to spot highly recommend!

A friend of mine recommended Road Runner Muffler, telling me they did great work and had the best prices around. Took my Borla exhaust to them, and they only charged me $69 total for labor. The next cheapest price for that was $100 per hour of labor, and that company claimed it would take 1-2 hours. These guys do great work for amazing prices, and Id recommend them to anyone whos looking to get a professional to install their exhaust system/parts.

If you have a high end luxury vehicle dont even bother going there. I have a Range Rover and I changed my catalytic converters. On the drivers side it wasnt an exact fit so I needed a weld. Only 1/8 of an inch around. Without even putting it up on the lift they said it wasnt enough room to weld it. I brought it to my mechanic and he put it on the lift and saw their was plenty of room. They just didnt wanna do it. The old owner wouldve done it no problem. If you have a certain car theyll reject it without even looking to see if it can be done

Guy tells me to go to parts store and pick up a catalytic converter because they dont sell them there. Also informs me of the price for labor which was somewhat reasonable. I spend time to go get the part and bring it back. Then tells me he cannot install it because its not the factory bolt on equivalent. If it was a bolt on I wouldnt be here looking for your help which then makes me realize that youre overpriced $90 bolt on install is insane.Thanks for wasting an hour of my time.

I came in because my muffler fell off my car, they continued to try to make me replace things I know (and have been told my multiple other people) were fine. In the end they refused to work on my car unless I went to their friends shop down the road and replaced a part that has nothing to do with my exhaust. Needless to say I went elsewhere.

Best shop around! Really recommend, Ive done 3 different exhaust set ups with them. Low car friendly also!

Too expensive and bad service

I use to always go for all my cars but these people have changed and not for good. I was givin a price for doing my exhaust and it was like 300 and i was ok with that so I said I will come when am off. Came a different day and out of nowhere the guy says my car is to low when the car was the same height from when he saw it and I said no its good and he made every excuse to not take the car. To be honest they didnt want to work!!!

Been there many times over the years with cars and trucks. Some were very old, some were exotic, some were not. They have always given me great prices and great service. They do the work right the first time. Most of their customers and employees speak spanish but they made me feel welcome and I only speak english. I will keep recommending friends and family.

Horrible customer service, seems like nobody wants to work. I came in to have a borla xpipe installed on my 2015 z06 and they said they dont work on corvettes for whatever reason. Seems theyre just lazy and dont want to put the work in. What a lousy hustle.

Terrible service basically refused to do my setup and said it wouldnt make a difference. Drove almost an hour for nothing, went to a better shop and the setup I had planned made my car faster and sound better, sounds like these guys dont know anything about what they are talking about what a joke.

The price was right. Had flowmaster put on my 2009 Nissan frontier. I was in and out. The guy did a great job. The truck Sounds Great. Wish I could remember the guys name. Really nice guy. Ill repost when I find my paperwork. Name should be on it.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Called and made sure they were open and not busy. It was an hour before closing time so I made sure they could take me, but had to be there before the half hour mark cause they were closing. Got there and had to speak with 3 different people for the welder to tell me that those are the kind of jobs he does in the morning. That I would have to come back in the am. That someone got there before me and he couldnt help me. Just needed 6 gig welds

They take their time to show you what needs to be done to your exhaust system and then they take the time to measure the tips of the exhaust pipes to make sure that they are perfectly aligned from side to side, and also to get the broken pipe lined up perfectly between the bumper and the pipe to match the other pipe, which is a big issue for me if this is not done correctly.

Went to get a new muffler put in and was taken care of immediately. In and out within 1 hour and the job was nicely done.

Terrible service. After them installing a MagnaFlow dual exhaust system in my truck there was an error made on one of the sides it was short.,when I questioned him why it was so short he told me it was a mountfunction of the manufacturer. Well magnaflow the seller sent me another MagnaFlow to change out the part that they made an error on I went back for it to be corrected and they told me he was booked are you kidding me at 7:45am in the morning. I have to take it to another muffler shop for it to get corrected and after it was taken off they showed me all the errors that was made by (ROAD RUNNER). I will never take any of my Vehicles there or recommend anyone to go there.. Poor service

Use to be a good place to go but not anymore. I brought all my civics here but I called just minutes ago but they are too busy to talk to you. Dont get me wrong the work is excellent but customer service is not. Didnt have time to answer a couple of questions for me. Ill be going to Bobs mufflers in Haines city tommorow to replace my muffler. They took the time to hear what I need it and gave me a good price.

Great spot to get work done .

Old owners were very nice but this place has changed over the years. New owners always seem to find an excuse to not work on your car. I took my brand new mustang gt and wanted an x pipe welded in place and they said it’s impossible without even looking at it because the pipe on the x pipe is stainless steel and can’t be welded to the oem pipe. I took it to midas and they installed it without a problem and no excuses at a reasonable price. They’re good to you only if you dive a riced out jdm car👎👎

Some of the worst welds I have ever seen. Literally leaking so bad from every spot. My friend sent me here cause of the price. I guess you get what you pay for. Find a better shop and pay a little more for someone with real welding skill. Please dont waste your money here.

Went there Saturday drove 45 min I need my muffler fix and they didnt want to do it ... I guess it was to much work for them ... there loss I went else where and with no excuse they did the job I wanted... WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...

Horrible service. I have spent more than $700 in this road runner and i came back to put some resonators and they had told me $45 each side and when i went to put them they told me $50 each side. They declined me and told the employee to put the car down and told me to leave. Im not the only person its happened to.Mal servicio al cliente...no los Recomiendo, te dan un precio y luego de 3 semanas te lo suben, no tienen palabra.
