Awesome prices my sister purchased 3 adult dresses 2 shirts less then $50.00.

This is a really new shopping experience with some quality items but most importantly a great team of staff. The manager, who I think is called Helen, was especially helpful in assisting me to select appropriate items as presents for my family members and advising me on future items I wanted. As an English visitor I was very impressed all round. The 2 cashiers were great, cheerful and knowledgeable too. Stacy was one who assisted me. I spent more than I planned to but will return next week for more bargains. All round a lovely shopping experience. Well done to everyone. For me it was a pleasure to visit and I look forward to returning soon.

A must stop every time we travel to Orlando. Clothing is out of season, but at these prices who cares! Put them in your closet to store till the season circles around. Bought quality brown leather shoes for $14.99 and classic straight leg jeans for $14.99. Tell me where else you purchase a name brand at those prices on a regular basis? The selection is pretty small and extremely variable (befitting a true clearance store), and is always packed with shoppers. I do highly suggest a visit if Tommy Hilfiger is a brand you like.

This is THE ULTIMATE in Tommy Hilfiger outlets, it was located very close to our accommodation and the bargains to be had here are amazing.My 3 sons loved it and we visited here approx 7 times in our 2 week stay each time they came away with fantastic bargains for really ridiculous prices.If you visit the other Tommy Hilfiger outlets you will find the same clothing for 50-70% more, I know because I went to each and every other one.Some stock maybe not the current seasons but it caters for adult and children, my neices and nephews all received new outfits for very little outlay.

Worse customer service ever, my son purchased 3 shirts yesterday and grabbed the wrong size he went in to exchange Today for a smaller size he was told they don’t do exchanges...We than called to speak to a manager the store associate answered the phone didn’t speak was speaking to someone in the background I asked if this was Tommy Hilfiger and she said yeah what do you need.... Spoke to a manager and even worse customer service...I would never shop there.

If i had to give no star, i would.no customer service so ever.rude and unprofessional employees, starting form manager( that she refused to give me her name,she had mid lenght curly hair,manager on duty on 8/14/19 in the morning ) should be a example how to treat customers. It seems that they dont care about the business, they deal with 90% tourists, so they treat u like cash,bc they know they probably wont see u again.shame on a big company like tommy hilfiger put their business on these people hands.we are local and we like to shop,and i dont think its fair for anyone to be treated that way, even if we are getting stuff for free.i was in line for over 25mn,with 1 cashier,and u can see other employees in the back of the store talking.Why your employees are not wearing name tags,the corporate has to step in and get involved in this,send a shopper to this store and will know exactly what i m talking about.Be aware shopper, dont waste your time going to this location, Orlando is full of Clearance stores,give your money to other businesses

They wont let you have suitcases in the store and expect you to leave it so people can steal your items in the front. Kind of ironic. Maybe try spending money on a security gaurd like other stores? Or how do you let people have backbacks and not people with a suitcase 🤣🤣

They got some mens pants with weird sizes and I asked her and instead of telling me the size she straight with attitude said sales are final and try them before you buy the. The sales are great . but unfortunately the assistant manager is the worst, she is unrespectful, rude, unprofessional. I asked her for help to find a size and she said I dont have it right away without even looking and when I found it after I looked and I went to tell her that I found it she was like Im not going to sell u any way. Racist. She is a black women on her 40s with a short hair. Im a weekly customer because I live near by so I buy a lot from the same shop but this is the first time I have seen someone like this inside the store. Hopefully that the management find a real assistant manager instead of this one because she is a bad effect for the business.

Nothing in the store was over $9.99!! All Tommy Hilfiger stuff for men, women & children and assesories.

Shop was closed February 1 2020. Looks as though been closed for some weeks. Used to be cheapest place to get TH gear, last shopped there on December 14 2020. Hopefully opened elsewhere in Kissimmee/Orlando.
