The woman who handles CPAP supplies by the name of Leanne is horrible! The customer service skills are not the only ones lacking. For someone in healthcare shes the most unempathetic, disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. Fortunately, for me I had the patient on conference and heard the interaction. Unfortunately, for Respitech I will never send anyone, not even my worst of enemies their way.

Absolute disaster in every way possible. Multiple orders sent to them were never filled (including a walker) or they required weeks and weeks of follow up before we got anywhere. These are time sensitive items that they continually mismanage. Our credit card was charged for over 1 year and they REFUSE to send me copies of ANY of the billing. I believe we were over charged for equipment but their billing department continues to not send me copies upon request. Countless calls not returned for many many different issues. They have refused to fix a syncing issue with equipment, refused to come out or train a caretaker on how to use the equipment they sent out. An emergency situations was recently severely mismanaged. We had a broken mask for a bi-pap and they NEVER replaced it despite days and days of back to back follow up calls, stating it was an urgent situation... we had to purchase one out of pocket to avoid hospitalization and a month + later, they STILL have not sent it. PLEASE STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THEM!

Nice people, clearly explained the process and setup. Had to ultimately return the system for my mom and that process was also very easy thanks to Glenda.

I broke a bone in my foot, the Dr. gave me a prescription for crutches so I found Reapitec online called and spoke to Kathy I made sure to explain to her that I needed to pick them up today, she told me to fax my insurance card, the script and the diagnosis code and as long as they had the information by 4:30 I was going to be able to get the crutches today, I faxed everything at 2:30pm. I left work 1 hr early because they closed at 5pm. Limped all the way to the door which is near the back of the building just to find out that they would also need Provider Office Visit notes in order for me to obtain the Crutches, which had I been told I wouldve had it faxed to them. Lily in the front counter was very nice and told me I have spoken to the wrong person and there was a miscommunication I needed to speak to Kelly. There is definitely a lack of communication or training in the office, wrong information was given and my time was wasted. Ended up getting the crutches from somewhere else. Very upset waste of time.
