These folks are absolute gems! They understand and help their customers better than most companies and are patient and answers all your questions and concerns. I highly recommend them to everyone, you just cant find better people to use and work with on problems.

This company values it name more than its employees. Instead of showing the family business values it turns its back on one of its own. Judges employees solely based on person issues that did not effect their job performance. Such a shame.

Hi,I have always been 100% satisfied with the knowledge, friendliness & professionalism of Ed Staub employees from office, to those that installed my propane to the house, to every delivery and repairman. Response is always quick. Sorry I cant remember all the names, youll have to look them up, but each and every one has been marvelous!

I moved here from Las Vegas Nevada 10 years ago and had a few rentals before I was able to buy my house. Never owned a house that had a kerosene barrel and was really unfamiliar with how they worked. I got ahold of Ed staub and they told me how to order kerosene and how much my tank would hold. I got service from them and have been very pleased. If I go into the office they ask how Ive been and are very friendly. Thank you Ed staub for your professional service.

You would think a family company would care about their employees but sadly this is the complete opposite. Take your business to a company that won’t fire someone over something so petty.

When a company is willing to take actions against their employees that isn’t warranted, then I would never trust them with my business.

I have been a customer with Ed Staub & Sons since 1993. I receive Stove Oil and Propanefrom them delivered right to my home. It is automatic delivery, when they come to Tennant,Ca.My account is setup for check and fill, the service driver leaves a receipt to let me know howmany gallons they put in my tank whether it it stove oil or propane. I have had only one problemin all these years. I had a leak in my propane tank, I called them, and within the hour the repairman arrived fixed what was wrong, assured me all was well. When I received my bill they hadcredited my account for the lost propane and no charge foe the service call! Ed Staub & Sonsis a company I trust and know that my best interest is first for them! I never have to worry about running out of heating oil in the winter, they come out and do a check and fill for me every few weeks. The driver is kind, considerate and friendly. Those working in the office are always there to help you and the company has a budget pay plan available. Ive never regretted using this company for my home heating oil.Chiloquin OR. Working with Klamath Falls office.

This is not a gas station. They are distributors for large quanties of gas. Not gas to fill a car with. Just FYI for anyone else in dire need of a 76 gas station. Do not drive here on the fumes left in your tank...because you will be stuck with no fumes ... just an empty tank...by the time you arrive.

I buy my alcohol free high octane gasoline here. Fast and friendly for this product to the general public. This is Not a regular gas station.

Best delivery rates but if you need a service call they will arrive disrespectfully late every time, even if you have a specific appointment.

These people are awesome. My favorite place to deliver bulk oil.
