We were shopping for my girlfriends sisters wedding. We bought a guest book and looked at floral arrangements, wedding arches and runners for the aisle. Prices are medium high but quality exceeded price. Everything we looked at was better looking with finer construction than what one would expect from the prices. At checkout the service was brisk but they took time to get me informed of in-store ways to save money on the items.

I have been shopping here like crazy lately, utilizing their online platform for purchasing and picking up in store, as well as shopping in store. I have noticed that online is hit or miss as far as what they have in stock or what is available for purchasing online and picking up at this location, my next step will be trying out their delivery for items that cant be picked up at this store. The coupons, discounts and member rewards have been awesome though and its a great incentive to guarantee youll be back for more! Everytime I do my in store shopping the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I also like how they offer classes for crafting projects and resources available to assist you, or even just suggest some inspiration. Michaels will probably always be my favorite store for hobbies and crafting.

This store and its Employees Are Amazing. I came in looking for something that would work on a recent project and had many choices to choose from. The ladies helped me find the right products for the job and even talked to an employees neighbor who is an artist for information. The project came out Very Nice !Thank You MichaelsGene..👍👍👍👍👍

Night manager always out on floor where you can ask for his help. The night clerks also. Very nice place.

I went in to have cross stitch framed. A very helpful employee assisted me and got my order ready. I will have my framed cross stitch in 2 weeks

The store is as Michaels stores are, clean and organized with a decent selection. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Would give higher rating but lost stars from all the homeless people you have to get through camped in front of the store. Typical for Klamath falls though at every store. Homeless people living in entry ways...I wont let my wife go by herself to this store for fear of her safetyUpdate they kicked the homeless out of the store front and cleaned it up. Looks good now!

They have a good variety of craft snf hobby supplies. For me they keep the cardstock up too high I cant reach it. I like the store

Rhonda went above and beyond today with the customer service! She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and even recognized me from last year when I was shopping for another project. Give her a raise because shes definitely an asset to the company.

I thought I had an interest in some crafts projects, until I realized that it would cost me way more than my researched budget in just tools and materials to even begin learning how to work with crappy quality items in my chosen medium. I will probably never go back, and I would not recommend this place to anybody unless they really want to waste money.

Good service but expensive for picture framing work.

This Michaels is more focused on crafting and decor. Paint selection is not the best for fine art painting but theres TONS of the bottled acrylics.

I love Michaels but it does have some drawbacks. Their prices are quite high and Im a die hard crafter especially flower arrangements. I love their flowers and can usually find what I want but some of those stems are $10-$18 and we are on a fixed income and and making it with cheap flowers lessons the quality. I have spent a huge amt. Of money on flowers but I cant do it anymore.

They have a great selection of flowers, baskets, and yarn. Their match on sales prices is great and easy to take advantage. There is frequently a sale and fun knick knacks to find.

Had a lot of fun painting and decorating eggs with my daughter. Discovered that they have lots of classes for family fun or just kids. All of the staff was friendly and fun to be around. And everyone was very helpful. Definitely will be back to do more classes!

Michaels is great for just about any craft supply you can think of. They also have very good sales, without the sales the prices are kind of high. The service is normally very good, however we have a very tough time finding someone to help us the last time we were in.

Clean store, helpful staff. Prices are somewhat higher than joanna. They do not sell fabric, which is a downer for me. Its more arts and crafts, novelties, and framework, including custom framework. Still, a good store in general. Great sales and coupons on your receipt.

Michael staff is always friendly and helpful, as well as easy access to all their products. Every time I go in there the bathrooms are exceptionally clean, and classes are posted if you want to go to any of the classes. I love the fact that they give out coupons with each sale, and or on their app they can give up to 60% off of your entire purchase. If you ask your cashier they try and help you find a discount for something you might be buying always very helpful. Ive had some of the staff help me find things that I never would have found on my own, to the point where theyve stayed with me and help me find things if they didnt have it they told me they would call and see if Jo-Anns had it exceptional service.

Store good and clean, many items unpriced, but they have a scanner. The cashier was not friendly and seemed bothered about ringing me up, but maybe she was having a bad day?

Great place to inspire your crafting creativity. Staff are helpful and awesome. They have a great selection of holiday supplies and decorations. Check them out, especially when they are having a sale.

Located in the old Montgomery Wards building, our Michaels is a nice store, for more than just crafts. Its clean and friendly, bright and eash to walk around.They have a fun seasonal inventory too especially for Halloween and Christmas.Parking is very easy, you can usually just park right in front.

Prices are competitive, love the clearance mark-offs. Cashiers talk too much so lines are slow moving although they have fixed that by quickly calling another cashier but only if there is a longer line. If theres only two people in line you have to WAIT. The selection in the store is amazing. Only once have I gone where they didnt have what I was looking for.the advice form isle workers is spot on.

This read my first time in the store. I never even knew this store existed. Its was huge. Clean. Lots of things to pick from. ABC the lady that helped out my friend was very helpful.

Everything you need and plenty you don’t! They were wonderful when my daughter lost my phone inside. There’s a bathroom in the back and clearance aisle to the right of entrance and checkout line.

The people there were so nice and very interested and knowledgeable in what I was looking for, helped me find it.
