Nice, but incompetent. I came in with several issues needing to be checked out - failing battery/starter/alternator to be checked, AC not blowing as cold as it should, problems with Bluetooth on the audio out functions, and suspension. The service department only diagnosed the AC having a leak on Wednesday and promised the part would arrive by Friday. The part did not arrive after all and we wasted an additional day in town and spent extra money and lost out on money on our next stops with booked reservations. The dealership was nice enough to clear my bill to zero for the inconvenience.I continued to have issues starting the car as it was lagging dramatically. The dealership checked twice and reported no problems. I continued onto Nevada where my car AGAIN needed to be jumped. Someone at Autozone diagnosed the bad battery in minutes and said no problems with the alternator. I was forced to replaced the battery today. Shame on a dealership for not catching that!
First time buying a new car, and Randy Godfrey made it a great experience. He was very accommodating for our particular needs and willing to work around our small windows to meet in person. Took my sister in to purchase her first rig from a dealership, I was worried cause I didnt want her to have a bad experience. She ended up having a GREAT experience! Okay if your going to go to a dealership in Klamath Falls go to Honda talk to Brendan Mabou he knows his stuff. I went to Toyota and Ford and the customer service doesnt even come close to what I received at Honda everyone was super helpful and nice great atmosphere but like I stated talk with Brendan he went above and beyond.

**** Update 01/03/21 ****The management team connected personally with me to help resolve a situation from summer of 2020. I appreciated that they reached out to me to better understand what had happened, and the fact they were willing to help resolve the problem. Kudos to them for stepping up and taking the time to wade through all the information.December 2020-My family and I purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Odyssey from KFH back in 2017. The experience was great, sales staff and what not. Finance Manager sold us an extended service/warranty package, but was not completely transparent as to the start date. Certified Pre-Owned vehicles already come with a warranty, but we wanted something extending beyond the 3yr/36K. We were told the extended service agreement would start once certified agreement ended (May 2020), but that was further from the truth. Bottom line, we were sold a service agreement that we did not need - and ended up losing $1000 to the dealership. Needless to say that Finance Manager no longer works there, probably for good reason as I believe he acted dishonestly. It wasnt until we sold the van and cancelled the extended service agreement (June 2020) that I found out what we actually signed up for. The new finance manager, Spencer, listened but didnt really offer anything to make it right for the mis-understanding from the past. I would have appreciated some additional compensation, and perhaps this review would have turned out differently - but I would be cautious with this dealership (or any for that matter) when working with Finance Managers. Lesson learned for me, thats for sure. DO NOT get extended service agreement from dealer as you can shop for that on your own and cut out the middle man (in this case Klamath Falls Honda). Additionally, the service agreement was canceled in June 2020 and I finally got the check when I returned in person (I currently live 5 hours away) on a short trip in October 2020. Disappointed in that it took so long to get the check. Miscommunication on their end between employees, it seemed.
Recently went in for quotes on a couple different cars. Everyone was great, no pressure to buy, easy to get anything you need, made sure everything was looking good about the car before I even test drove it. Unfortunately, they couldnt get within my budget at this time so no purchase, but I would recommend them to anyone that needs a car.

Friday I bought a used Ridgeline on-line from Idaho, picked it up yesterday and had a first class experience with Dave Gulickson.No games, no pressure, just straightforward and genuine.The vehicle is so comfortable and secure that I was able to drive the 417 miles straight back, the same day, into the night without getting tired, not to mention getting 30 mpg. in this truck.

Took my truck there for body shop took 4 times they tried to get it right and almost a month with out my truck still not done right body shop manager dosent know anything about body work. Went to general manager and he cant do his job right either. all they can do is lie to customers.i feel Sorry for the owners of this place they represent...

Drove in the parking 3 times over a months time and not one person came out to help me. The 3rd time I had to go in and ask the salesmen, anyone here want to sell cars? Literally 5 salesmen standing around and empty sales room bsing with each other. When one finally came to help me he informed me the model car I was wanted to see was in the shop due to recalls. New Honda pilot mind you. Yeah, I did not buy a car from Klamath falls Honda that day.
Wife was going on a long road trip and had a headlight bulb burn out approx 10 miles into the drive. I called Dennis in the service department over there at Honda of K-Falls and explained the situation. He was extremely professional and managed to get her back on the road in a jiffy. WAY TO GO DENNIS! YOU ROCK!
I have an 12 Odyssey and an 01 Accord. My Odyssey started acting up. I took it in and the techs immediately diagnosed a serious issue with blow by. After researching the vehicle warranty Honda covered the entire cost. Saved me thousands. Months later the Accord started having transmission problems.Kenny was helpful and professional in getting the vehicle properly diagnosed and repaired. The transmission ultimately had to be replaced. He was able to find a good used transmission from a reputable shop which cut the cost in half.
This is a great dealership. Unlike a lot of dealerships that set out to scam their customers, this dealership genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I took my car in for electrical issues- my brand new battery was dead within months of buying it. They ran a full electrical diagnostic and found a stuck relay. They fixed that and only charged me for recharging the battery, which they discounted because it took longer than expected for it to reach full charge.
My Boyfriend and I bought our first car together at Klamath Falls Honda yesterday morning. The whole experience was great. Justin Dorr is very friendly and made the process super easy. One of the things people dread the most about buying a vehicle is sitting at the dealership for hours getting the deal done. We were only there for a little over an hour after the test drive. I highly recommend Klamath Falls Honda and ask for Justin Dorr. You won’t regret it.
My experience here is always A+, though ive only been twice, Ive not encountered a single pushy salesperson which is more than i can say about the Lithia stores. Chris was an awesome listener and did only as I asked with a couple of his own ideas, which were great I might add. Ford and Toyota both had salesmen trying to push me consistently into cars I did not want until i just left.

The service crew here is very friendly and customer oriented. My limited experience over a few visits with our CR-V is that they are NOT out to up-sell you on every item with high pressure. No insistence that you have to change your halogen fluid or muffler bearings 😀 or rotate the air in your tires. Each time, they worked hard and took the time to understand what I needed and then offered the options and solution that was effective without me having to hand over my wallet and first-born child. Thats the type of service that builds trust with me, so Ill continue to seek them out for future needs.
Went in because my van was hard to start, problem with the ignition switch being able to turn. I figured they would have to replace the whole mechanism, but they were able to just remove the lock and get a local locksmith to repair. Staff was courtious and we had our vehicle back the next day.
Friendly service no pressure to buy but did anyway liked the car and the staff was very helpful

Actually it should be -5 stars!! Bad experience. Came in for routine recall, of my passenger side airbag which was suppose to take 45 minutes; after 90 minutes they finally showed up and said car was done. Went out and got in car, started it up and airbag warning light came on and didnt go off! We hadnt left dealership yet, so pulled back into service bay to show them what was going on. A tech came up, hooked up diagnostic machine and said machine says its an airbag sensor under seat. So took car back into service area, so we went back into waiting room, sat for another hour. A service writer came in and told us that the service manager wanted to talk to us, and he proceded to tell us...they did nothing wrong to car, it was our fault. And, that it would take 2 hours to diagnois the problem more, which we had to pay for, plus parts and labor. At that point I asked for the car back. And magically the airbag light was off when they returned car, and hasnt came back on. I feel like we were being scammed to get money out of us for false repairs. We will never go to that dealership again, and suggest no one else does.

Our experience with Cascade Honda was 5-star plus! Our GM truck broke down just outside of Klamath Falls on the way back home to Texas. We found out that there was not a GM dealership in Klamath Falls, but Cascade Honda worked on and carried GM parts. From the moment we pulled into the lot to the moment we left, Cascade Honda demonstrated a level of customer service seldom experienced anymore. Trish, the General Manager, came out to meet us and assured us they would get us on the road again. Dan, our Mechanic worked tirelessly to diagnose and repair our vehicle. Chris, the Service Manager, hooked up our trailer and took us over to the RV park. Lyle, the Service Advisor kept us informed every step of the way on the progress on our vehicle and worked with our after market warranty company to make sure our repairs were accomplished with as little out of pocket cost possible. We were told that Cascade used to be a GM dealership but was selected for closure when GM ran into hard times. GM sure lost out and Honda hit the jackpot because everyone we dealt with at Cascade is a model for what customers are looking for in an automobile dealership.
I took my Acura in to get an oil change last week which the actual oil change was done within an hour so I do appreciate that. However I did have some issues that were not addressed by them which are small but I feel like if I pay $49.95 they should be taken care of without asking. I will list them below.1) The oil life percentage on the dash was not reset back to 100%.2) One of my tires was pretty low on pressure (which flashes and presents itself on the dash when the key is turned) an was not inflated back to normal pressure.3) The navigation screen is faulty, but according to the Multi-Point Inspection all instruments are fine.For issue 1 and 2, I feel like these issues should have been addressed without asking, the Multi-Point Inspection says that all instruments/gauges and warning lights have been checked and that they are OK. How would they be OK if they are flashing notifying I need an oil change and the air pressure is low? (This notification does not go away unless you do something about it making it hard to miss)Issue 3 is not much of a big deal since it does not affect the car mechanically, but it could have been brought to my attention what could be done in the future to fix the problem.Overall I do appreciate the quickness of the oil change, but give them 2 stars for customer service and failing to reset the oil life percentage and not taking the time to inflate my tire to optimal pressure.
Over all it was an ok experience. I had found a car online I liked but because I lived so far away I messaged them and told them what price range I was in for that car and wanted to know if they could acomadate that price if I made that trip. They were cool about that. So I went preapproved from my bank but it still took about 4 hours to get the car and be on my way witch I just got out of their in time as snow started pouring down and was just able to make the pass. But the price was right for the car I just wish knowing that I have to drive as far as I did that they might have tossed in a half a tank at least of gas (my bad for not checking) but I noticed after I was out of cell range that my fuel was little less then Quarter tank and no gas station on the way I did make it home as the gas light came on. I know it is not a big deal but every car I have ever bought came with a tank of gas. So here I am a few weeks later just got a call that I have to do deq for registration witch is fine but I was not informed that I had to do this on my own out of my own pocket in the past when I got a car from a lot they had it all done and it was included in all the fees they charged. It would have been one thing had I known this from the get go but that was not told to me. I had to change my rating down from 4 to 1 stars. I am not happy and wont be recommending this lot to any one. I will say some of the people were nice but the experience was lack luster l.

Well I got waited on right away. Got a good estimate for the work. Brandon told me to call him or come in when I received the part. I received the part in about three days, took the car down, but Brandon was just going on his lunch break. Sooo, John took all the information, placed it on Brandons desk and said Brandon would call me as he, John, couldnt schedule it as it was Brandons sale. Well, it is now two days later and I called and left a message for Brandon yesterday, where John assured me Brandon had all my info and would let him know I was waiting for his call. Well, now today the car is in another body shop and I still havent heard from Brandon. Guess they were just too busy for such a little job. UPDATE Its been five days now and I have not received the promised phone call. But not to worry, I just picked up my car from Lithia Body Shop and it looks great. Guess you know where Im going next time I need some body work.

Bought my outback there years ago. I took my car there for the free oil changes but after the oil change, I could smell oil in my car for months and have never taken it back. They badger me often via mail and telephone to buy a new car. Even after I have asked them to stop calling me. I will NEVER do business with them again.

* original post* 5/2/2018Seriously cant believe this place...waited for 45 days on a $25k Honda odyssey to get out of detail then tell us its in the shop then back to detail then after all the waiting and being blown off by 2 diffrent salesmen finally get to drive it and take a look at it they want a $500 down to hold it or they will sell it to someone else gave us a total of 15 minutes after we drove it to make a decision right then and there if were going to buy it and if not we need to put that $500 down so we put the $500 down tell them that we want them to work with us for the delay they say no problem then offer us $5500 for our trade in when even their website says $7300 then they will sell it for $12,000 so how much do they really want to make off our family? Our car plus buying the odyssey fair trade in for it is $17k they are selling it for $25k so $5k from our trade and $8k from the Honda thats $13,000 they are making off us... then tell us no Honda financing with a 780 credit score offer us 5-7% interest when we get below 4% on every car loan we have had. Do not shop here goto Medford they will give you better service, value on your trade and lower interest rates on your loan.i really wanted to like this place but they made it easy not to* Update * as of 5/12/2018So after 10 more days of being blown off and told by the owner Blake Underriner that he would handle the deal..still nothing i went to 2 other dealerships in klamath they offered us $7800 and $7600 for our trade they still only offered us $6000 at Klamath Falls Honda got the finance percentage down to 3.5% still getting better on the 12 year old car we have now at 2.49% oh they lowered the price of the Odyssey by $800 to the price that was on the website 3 weeks ago before they upped it for what ever reason...so to sum it all up me and my wife wasted 55 days and countless hours of our time for a deal that should have taken about a day..still dont have our $500 back either they said a week is all they can keep it for its been 15 days...ive bought 20+ cars and i have never felt so disrespected at a car dealership in my life by salesmen and an owner... the counter staff isnt any better one of the girls wouldnt get off her cell phone to make eye contact with us when we where asking questions...if you have any respect for yourself dont shop for a automobile here....
On Thursday I decided I just wanted to test drive some cars so I made my first stop at Lithia Ford and the sales guy went with me on a test drive and when I asked if I could drive another He said to me you know I cant do that id get in trouble!So then I went to Klamath Falls HondaThe Representative Anthony noticed us looking around and when I said I wanted to test drive some cars he said Absolutely Id be more than willing to show you around! He was very knowledgeable about the products and he was very conversational. Working in Sales myself I hate the dog-eat-dog world side of things, he never pressured and he always wanted to find out what was best for me. Instead of having to get a car off the lot, after that experience I know that even though Im moving to California next month whenever I need a car. Honestly I would drive to this place to work with this company. Keep up this way of buisiness guys you are doing excellent!
