It was okay service. I worked with Jake. He was great until I started having a conversation after hours. He pointed out that they closed at 5 but had some free time. All I did was talk to him until around 7:30. He was rude and pointed out that he really wanted to go home and had plans. I find this customer service awful. It was a short conversation.

Been using Turn Thom for a while. Jim always gets me a good deal on tires and the guy that does the alignments always gets it in and out.... Straight as an arrow. Also they honor their warranty if something goes wrong. Solid place in my opinion.

Really good spot for people on a tight budget to get car repairs done because the no credit check loans they offer for repairs. I finally got my tyres replaced to all match for a good price and only had to pay $40 and then pay the rest $400 or so within 100 days.

They always do a great job. People are always friendly even when you can tell they are swamped. They take time to listen to what I wanted/needed. They worked with me to get the financial assistance. Amazing place to go. Remove 2 rocks from breaks. Got 2 sets of tires and had work done on car by them.

Great service, great people. They have fair prices and are knowledgeable and professional. Even came out to my car when it was snowing heavy to put a diagnostic device on my car. They take pride in great customer service. I recommend them to everyone needing anything done to your vehicle.

Honestly, so far I havent gotten any work done yet. But they inspected the brakes and suspension on my Jeep doing a thorough check on the front end and locating the transmission leak. Also gave me some good information. Very helpful and friendly. Just waiting on my stimulus / tax return to start getting the work done.

We tried to get our pickup aligned for weeks went into there shop and they got us right in thank you we are working out of town and thanks to them we got there safely great service

Its been several years now, but I I had a really bad experience with this place. Took my vehicle in to get some work done (something with brakes, but can’t even totally remember all of it, i do remember waiting for months) TWO MONTHS LATER, work still had not been done (they ordered parts, they said) finally went in and got vehicle and paid for work done, only to be told at a local car shop my vehicle was not even safe to drive down the hiway. I was fortunate I didn’t get into a bad accident driving home😕Minus ten for poor customer service and shoddy work. A waste of money, in my opinion.Had to pay the other shop to do what wasn’t done right by this place. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I had an 8 oclock appt at 11:30 I was still waiting on them to get me in. Not very happy.finally got me in at noon.mechanic was rude.stood around talking. Just dragged it out

They were quick to help and get competitive pricing for my vehicles needs. They even stayed late so that I could pick up my car because I popped my bike tire on the way to their shop and had to walk another 2 miles just before they closed. Their mechanic that worked on my car was also willing to explain some terminology that I didnt understand. So, overall, great service, friendly atmosphere, and professional work all around.

Worst tire experience of my life. I called ahead to see if they could talk to me about my trade-ins and if they honored price match and they said they would have someone available right away and yes they price match. First thing Jim said to me as I walked in the door was its gonna be a few minutes in a disingenuous tone, not hi or welcome or any friendly greeting. I could look past this if it was actually a couple minutes but it took an entire 30 minutes just to call me up to the desk and talk about what I was there for. After an hour of checking his prices Jim went on to tell me that the price for my tires installed was over $1000 for my little Kia. That was WITH two sets of almost new trade in tires. I showed him the price match value for the tire and he said they couldnt even buy them for that price. With fees and install and alignment the price match was $535 for 4 tires not including any trade in tires. Then he tried to offer me a low grade substitute tire for $485 installed INCLUDING MY TRADE IN And said that was the best he could do. Although they explicitly stated in my phone call with them that they would price match any offer. DISHONEST DISCOURTEOUS, AND SLIMY. I will never go here again and I will never recommend to anyone I know.UPDATE: first, I want to expand. Jim didnt seem like a rude guy by nature, his lack of customer service seemed like it stemmed from being overworked; he had a million things going on and seemed to be overwhelmed a little. Customer service is important but you have to take care of your employees. I dont feel it was Jims fault but rather his employer.Second, I went to Basin Tire immediately following this interaction and asked them what they could do. They dont do price match usually but I thought Id see what they could do. Without me asking, they beat the price match I had found just with their base prices. They also took both sets of trade-in tires from me and gave me a fair trade-in value. After all was said and done, I paid $85 dollars out of pocket for the exact tires I wanted. Quite the difference from $1000 to $85. Thank you Basin Tire for fixing my day.

U dont want to know what I think of this place

We have used Turn Thom Tires in Klamath Falls for several years now. We love the owners and several of the employees..There are just some issues that have prevented us from taking our vehicles back to Gary and Chris Deese at Turn Thom Tires. I wont bad mouth their business, I will simply say that if you take your vehicle to Turn Thom Tires, make sure you double check their work before you leave and be proactive when it comes to the vehicle that you put your family in or trust for yourself on your daily commute...Turn Thom Tires has great specials and the owners will really work hard to keep you happy and keep your business in mind. They have a nice waiting area and work to keep their customers happy, well worth the time you have to wait for them to fix things. They have nice tires and wheels, lots of wheels...Turn Thom Tires will work with you on costs associated with your vehicle and they will help you with your vehicle when others in Klamath Falls turn the blind eye to your vehicle.I trust Turn Thom Tires in Klamath Falls, I simply do not trust every single employee that works on vehicles and therefore cannot give Turn Thom Tires 5 STARSI give them 4 Stars and warn others who read this to review the work performed on your vehicle before you leave in the vehicle.

We took our car in to get the tires rotated and the brakes checked. We dropped the car off at 8 in the morning and did not hear from them until 3:30 that afternoon, when they called they told us that our brakes were metal on metal and both rear brakes need to be completely replaced, they quoted us over a thousand for just the rear. I have a little knowledge of brake pricing so I called and got a quote from someone else. They quoted us $600. We took our car over assuming the brake were unsafe as we had been told. When we arrived to the other shop we were told our brakes were perfect and they pulled a rock out of the caliper that was causing the noise we originally asked Turn Thom about.

Just bought a new car and was looking around town for snow tires. Everywhere was very expensive execpt for Turn Thom. Their service was awesome car was in and out in 2 hours with new tires on it. Then my tpsg came on the day after I called and they fixed it immediately awesome service over here!

Had them replace my axel and a ball joint, they fixed it but bent something so it was dragging against my brake line, had them fix that, and they did a full diagnostic and set me up! They said “$2,000 to get you a new power steering tank and rack” I said no. When I got home I looked and my power steering was just empty...BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE CAP OFF AND HID IT BY MY ENGINE. (Probably the first time I took it in for the axel since I started having steering issues after that) how would it have even got there any other way? It was perfectly placed next to the engine. I’m glad I double checked before ordering another one. My apologies to turn thoms but clearly if you guys think you can fool a 17 year old into paying 2,000 for something unnecessary, (tank and rack are completely fine) then you clearly don’t deserve my business.

When I came in they still honored the price and even told me about some financing options for future ease when I told them about all the headache from trying to get some tires around town. Even though I went in for just a tire change they still did a full check up on my car as well.They are definitely our new family mechanic.

I brought my 2008 Honda Cr-v in for diagnostics and maintenance. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but that is due to the Thanksgiving surge so it is understandable. Overall great work, amazing customer service, and fair prices. I will continue to bring my vehicle here.

Very polite and very courteous. There was an employee there that helped me out in a tough time when I needed tires. Reliable service and the go to place. The only problem is you may have to buy all 4 tires not just one.

We were traveling and started having problems with our vehicle. They spent two hours looking for the problem. They couldnt find anything which was disappointing, but they told us that which was very honest of them. They also charged us nothing for the two hours they spent looking at our vehicle! .

Went in with a flat tire and Chris did a full inspection. He advised me and let me make my own decisions about the repair option. I ended up going with new tires for the long term solution. (Yes, most were already in need of replacement.) They are covered with a great warranty and excellent customer service. Chris gave me a discount and made everything affordable. Thank You guys for getting me in right away and treating me so kindly.

Employee with attitude makes a business loose customers. I asked how long it was going to take and an employee said i was having an attitude and he threatened to leave my car in the parking lot until closing. Ill not go there again. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone

Has the 1 hour promise, but did not hold to it as it took an hour alone to get into the bays when it wasnt busy. Then when we got the car in it took them 15 minutes to tell us our flat wasnt good and then another 30 minutes to get the tire on the wheel and then another 30 minutes to get the wheel on the vehicle and have it pulled out.

These guys saved my bacon. Pat went out of his way to find a replacement tire that was very unique. I would have been completely stranded without this extra effort.

Excellent customer service, repairs done in a timely fashion. Ill definitely go back for any car repair service I may need.

These guys are a bunch of jokers. I have gone here twice. Once to buy new winter tires, and once to have my tires switched from my summer tires to my winter tires. On the first visit they told me my inner tie rods where bad. I have worked on my own cars for years, so I checked them. I found them to be fine. I then had a mechanic friend of mine check out my car and he confirmed that they where fine. On my second visit they told me that my oil was black and needed to be changed. I thought this was strange since I had another month for a oil change. I went home and checked my oil and it was clear. In conclusion I will not ever go back to this place again. Beware of them they are definitely not in the business of being honest with their customers.

My truck and camper got anointed with oil from a road project. Tom in the Turn Thom detailing department did a painstakingly thorough job getting that sticky stuff off, and the finish on both is pristine...no negative effects from either the oil or the cleaning products. I called for a quote to replace my rear brake pads and disc rotor. The guy says hell call me back. Never did. I guess they dont want business.

Took forever to get anything done but when the owner showed up he personally took care of me.

My husband went on 6/14/19 for an oil change. He was told it would be a 45 min wait. It was 2+ hr wait. He was not offered the verification of what they did ie: put in X qts of oil, checked this & that. Just told a price. He had to ask what they did. He said it is a very clean place & it seems the mechanics are knowledgeable but they need better communication with the customers. Might have been an off day but he wont be back unfortunately.

I just went in to buy Monster Truck tickets for me and my son. Salesman commenced his who changes your oil? Who do you buy tires from? speech and I tried very nicely to dismiss his questions. If you think any of that sales pitch is going to get me into your store, you are sadly mistaken. It was obnoxious and unnecessary. It drove me away and I will NEVER step foot into a Turn Thom again.

I got a shock today! Went in to see about a wheel swap from the spare to on the ground. My truck has a miss at idle and the crew checked it out and advanced the timing a couple degrees. They also checked out my steering and suspension. When it was finished I started to pull out my wallet and Chris Deese just reached out his hand to thank me for letting them service my 74 F100 pickup. No Charge? You got to be kidding? Yup!I know where Im going the next time I need tires or special service! Thanks A Bunch Guys!!

First impression: friendly service, Mike couldnt have been any nicer if he tried. My mom, whos fully disabled and on a fixed income, was able to track down a quality used tire from Turn Thom. Service was good and quick; however, upon picking the tire up, am employee had the tire in my car so fast that I could barely catch a glimpse of it. Excited to get it back to my mom, I headed home (way outta town). I didnt even get the tire mounted onto her rig and I noticed its bulging past the rim in 3 places!!! I refused to mount it, of course everyone is closed on Sunday, so when my mom called to tell them what happened, they made excuses for it! Theres no excuse for that!!! And because its a QUALITY USED TIRE they werent willing to make it right, but offered a full set of brand new ones to my mother....hmmmm.

Great place! Bought tires at another tire shop only to find it couldnt mount tires on pickups. Called turn thom point s and they got me right in and treated me just as good as if I had bought tires from them! Great people and great service, will be back for tires next time with them.

Will NEVER BUY WINTER TIRES THERE AGAIN! SALES MAN JUST BARE FACED LIES TO ME. I HAD GOOD STUDDED SNOW TIRES TO PUT BACK ON. They said the studs were moving around and making holes in my steel belts! Said I would not even make it to Medford with out a flat! Then they sold me 3 tires the same and one odd tire. Same Brand but differant. Said the ties were worth $600, but if I would turn my studded tires in, that they would sell me these for $350. Mounted and balanced. I checked on internet and a MATCH SET OF 4 WAS only $289. They kept my good studded tires and going to re sell for $200.BOY DID THEY SEE AN OLD SINGLE LADY WHO IS HANDICAPPED COMING!!!GOT ME GOOD!!!

Was towed there and had no choice but sticking with their service, overcharged me 40$ of full sticker price of all my parts and labor while I was supposed to get a 10% OIT discount and a deal on my wheels. Now I know not to take their word for it but that plus the fact it took m TEN days to get my car plus the fact they were so dumb to let my key in the ignition all the time causing my brand new battery to be dead by the time I came to finally pick up my car leads to one star

They advertise they work on motorcycles Dont ever take your bike there. Took my Harley there to have a new front wheel put on. Manager was a nice guy the guys doing the work are a joke.(On Motorcycles) Didnt know how to put the tire on the wheel, broke off the pinch bolt on the the fork lost my key to my bike gone sorry we will pay for a new one And the probily 19 year old kid came ridding up on my Harley across the parking lot and almost dumped my bike I will never go back and there Co owner called me and ask how could they make things right I told him buy me new forks for Harley since they scratched them he said he would call me back in a couple of days that was 4 months ago Bad Business

We moved to Klamath Falls on Monday and had to tow my daughter’s truck.We had some problems getting the driveline put back in.On a full appt day, Mike squeezed us in. Not only that he provided good advice and a very friendly face on a very trying day.They pressed the U-joint into place and we got up and running. We have found our go to place for auto repair and for a family that owns four trucks that’s saying something.Thanks Mike. You gained life long customers.

My experience is I went in to get my Firestone studded tires off and they replaced them with 3 to 4 year old tiers the owner said he would make it right but he didnt
