Fabrics are cute and I got all mine on sale however everything is bumped in price. I saw sewing machines that they had and walmart had the same ones for about 75 to 100 cheaper. Also buckles/clips are way over priced at 5 a piece and at Walmart it was 1.50!

I’m a artist, so I visit Joann quite a bunch. Workers are always so helpful.

Everything you could imagine youd need, but undoubtedly there is much more to behold and with great customer service from the workers.

Carry next to nothing where furniture decals are concerned. Ive gone there 3 separate times and theyll have 2 or 3 decals for Shabby Chic projects. Michaels isnt any better!!!Ive had to go online to their suppliers to get what I need!

Wonderful people working there. Greeted quickly, and directed to where I needed to go. Found the product I was looking for and answered all my questions with a pleasant attitude. Promptly cut what I needed and rolled it onto a tube for me. Fast, pleasant and professional.

Not as good a deal as their online ads suggest since many deals are online only. Not all employees are super friendly or knowledgeable, but its not a big deal. The manager Ive worked with was great so theres always that route.

Although the prices are way too high compared to Walmart will say a package of needles at Jo-Anns for a sewing machine is 5 to $8 at least five the same package of needles at Walmart can be got for a dollar 97 same quantity and everything however Joanns is always got what I want usually in stock unless its a big ticket item

When I stopped in for the first time last week, I was offered outstanding customer service. ANYONE was willing to help. I will need to think up reasons to come here just because everyone is so friendly. Do you all know this is Klamath Falls? I thought stores competed in this town to see who could be the rudest to their customers. For example, I stay FAR FAR AWAY from ALL stores beginning with W and ending in T. Please if youve never visited Joanns make it a point. They have so many items, so if you are not a seamstress, you still can find other interesting items for parties, home decor, etc. THANK YOU STAFF!!! for being so kind and helpful. 5 stars!!

My wife loves this place. One pound yarn for 40% off and two pairs of warm mittens for $2.49. They have so much more than just fabric. Way better than Michaels. Lots of Christmas values and warm friendly staff. God bless you all this Christmas!!!

I have been in twice lately to pick up items but found they not stocked at this time so ended up ordering on line. The people working there were friendly and helpful.

Joann Fabrics is definitely one of my new favorite places! If it has to do with crafts, sewing, jewelry making, painting or cake decorating, they have it.. prices are reasonable, plus the discount aisle is amazing!

Large selection and some good sales. I could spend my whole paycheck in there. I love doing crafts.

Be very careful!!! This store will scam you!! I went to buy an item that was clearly marked at 3.99 on the front of the item by the manufacture and still Joann’s was going to make me pay 7.99!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone go there, save your money and go to amazon and if you need help, Amazon always has people ready to help.

Ive been to a lot of Jo-Ann stores and now that I am a citizen of Klamath Falls I am happy to say that the Jo-Anns Fabric Store here is as nice as any Ive been to.

Didnt have everything I needed.

I like the store...been there many times but today I went in to buy stuff for my wedding and the cashier was NOT at her station. So my fiancé yelled for someone to come help at the register...because you could hear the employees in the back gossiping. The lady that came to the register didnt say sorry or anything for not being at her station. Instead she made my fiancé say sorry for yelling to get their attention. Not impressed with the unprofessional service she gave us.

Everyone was friendly and inviting. The store looked great and lots of fun crafts for kids every second Saturday of each month.

This Joanne Fabric store has gone down hill so much in the past year it is an embarrassment. If I were the manager or employee, I would be so ashamed I couldnt stand it! Every thing is in dis-array that it is hard to find anything except fleece! It looks as though a giant fleece factory puked all over the store!Someone needs to take the reins here and fix it. In all of my years of supporting JF, I have NEVER seen it this bad! If corporate cares they will get someone in there to take control because, as it stands right now, there is no one in charge.
