I talked to Nick. He even gave me his cell number so I thought this was going to work. I looked at several tubs and he kept saying they would take weeks to get. I finally found one I liked and he said it was at the warehouse and could be here in 3-4 days. A week after the week it was supposed to arrive, I had to call. No one had record of it. Nick called me the next day and said it was 1 of 20 items missing. He would check on where it was at. No response. A week later I called again. He said he would get a tracking number and call me back. Friday I sent a message to get his response recorded. I asked if I should give up and order it from the big box store. He said he would contact the manufacturer tomorrow and let me know. That was yesterday. No response. So I gave up and ordered it from the big box store. I would continue to wait. I know its Covid season but he doesnt even have the professionalism of keeping me up to date. Its always me having to call to get update and he claims he will let me know but doesnt. Take your business elsewhere. I will make sure my friends are aware of this place.

Both the counter and warehouse sides are incredibly helpful, always willing to help with any matter, and nice. Always have stuff ready on pro-pickup. All in all a great customer experience. Would give 6/5 stars if I could

Cant get them on the phone. Did not return my calls. Did not deliver requested material, so I came and picked it up myself.

Awesome customer service, both on the counter and warehouse side. When I call needing a specialty part they answer on the third ring and have my parts ordered/pulled for pro pickup that day.
