Diesel gas. SUPER clean bathrooms. They have all the resources too. Washer and dryer!They pump your gas, friendly man. The staff here is superb. There is everything you can look for. Hot food, self serve drinks, selection of beverages, tobacco, beer, big rig items, scanning, scratchers, atm, subway the sandwich place, souvenirs.

Well they are true to their word about being rv friendly. Sometimes pilot says they ste but when you pull in you find otherwise. They offer a 5 cent a gallon discount if you are a member of good sam travel. They also have discounts if you use their app. One drawback at this station, was they only had one person pumping gas and it was busy. Pe prepared to be patient. Also cheapest gas before entering California if you are south bound on us 97

I stop at a lot of Pilot Travel Centers, traveling this year. This one is the closest to my home and I consider it to be my home Pilot. The fuel prices are the best in town and the pumps are always full. Overall I like the place even though it is the smallest Pilot, that Iv seen. It could be cleaner and theres room for improvement, especially with a brand new truck stop going in next door.

Nice place to stop by on the way to crater lake. Showers were pretty clean and neat.They have a subway and hot sausages in the store. Pilot always has one of the better price for gas.

I have had a few bad experiences over the past few weeks. For some reason it took over an hour to get a shower ready. The gentleman did apologize for the delay. Just seemed unusual and unexpected since previous visits were always so quick and efficient.Then on another visit they were out of fuel. Been using this stop to fuel daily and take 30 min. Was shocked to pull up to the pump to see a sign that said they were out of diesel. Maybe not the stations fault the world has gotten weird lately. But it did put me in a position of concern since I was unsure if I could make it to the next pilot stop in Chelmut.Today 7/6/2021 at 5 am I pulled up and got fuel but the store was dark and closed. No access to restrooms or food. Was disappointed and might now consider other options.

Lots of truck parking. Showers and restrooms tend to be very clean. They have a subway inside thats open 24/7.

Nice and clean bathrooms with Paper towels instead of the gross air dryers. Has a subway inside and lots of trash cans outside. This is a good place to stop while on the road.

The service in the store is horrible, you can tell that the employees are not there to help the travelers. The service at the gas pumps is real sketchy.

There is only 2 shower. I waited too long for the shower. the system could automatically cancel the customers who did not come.

Just returned with the wife and 9 kids from a spontaneous roadtrip to Yakima. I needed to fill the gas tank on the Uhaul before returning. Great prices and the customer service was pleasant and genuinely sincere. Ordered a couple sandwiches and 2 soups from the Subway inside. I really appreciated that they really filled the soups to the top and really put that extra effort in heating them in the microwave. The only negative experience was my 3 yo daughter spilled the 2 extremely hot large soups all over herself. Someone then called 911 because they heard my daughter loudly screaming and very upset in the parking lot. So after the paramedics and fire department left. The manager offered my daughter a free shower, an to have here clothes washed. Sadly going to the emergency room for my daughters burns was top priority at the moment. It’s one of those times in life that you have to realize “Man, I just gave up a complimentary shower, and a free load of wash.”

Pilot Travel Centers are great everywhere EXCEPT FOR Klamath Falls, OR Pilot . We were treated so bad at Pilots in Klamath Falls Oregon. We paid to take a shower, for a full tank of gas and bought drinking water inside. We were yelled at by a little lady employee in another language back at the showers, got treated really bad by the man pumping our gas and yelled at by another employee outside while we were getting water to camp with. NO JOKE! We felt extremly violated. We will never go back to this Pilots ever. We heard Klamath Falls, OR is starting to build a LOVES in spring 2021. we are excited for this. We DONT recomend for anyone to ever go to Klamth Falls Oregon Pilot.

This was a small Pilot. It was very clean and the people was nice. The truck parking lot was full and they had limited spots for rigs. However we werent there to stay. We were able to fill up and move on. They do have a separate truck exit from the entrance. It can be confusing if it is your first time there. However if you follow the signs, it will lead you back to Hwy 97.

This place was way better when it was Molly’s Truck Stop and not the mega corporate pilot. Molly’s had a real, good sit down restaurant as well as a lounge with a hilarious karaoke contest. Sad all the good mom &pop truck stops are being bought up by the cookie cutter, driver gouging, travel plazas.

The worst pilot ever. I drove 900 miles and was falling asleep. I pulled in and 2 men that worked there ran over and refused to let me and my 2 children sleep there. Told us to go park next door in the motel parking lot and when we did they said we couldnt stay without renting a room. If I had money for a room i wouldnt be sleeping at a freaking pilot. And to beat that the subway lady was to lazy to get up and make food. You should fire everyone and hire folks that know how to deal with customers. I sleep in pilots all over this is by far the worst pilot that I ever seen. Dont waste your time stopping here.

This is a decent Pilot franchisee. Easy on and off us 97 to store. Large parking lot, good variety of merchandise. Exterior areas of store are not clean. Fuel pump area as well as parking lots need to be monitored and kept picked up. Bathrooms were far less than desirable. I did not shower here.I love the new coffee machines and Pilot/Flying J are the franchisee that brought them to travel centers, thank you.I will return, please concentrate on cleanliness.

Everything here is good except for one thing. They recently changed over from foaming soap to non foaming soap. This new soap sucks. I can feel a difference between the two. Im no expert but just based off the feel of my hands after washing, I can honestly say that I feel like this new hand soap is ineffective at its job.

Service is very slow. No one ahead of me and showers that just needed cleaned and it took over 30 min to get a shower.Very courteous. but everything moves really slow there from the counter to the subway to the cleaning of the restrooms and showers.

Stop in to get gas for the truck. Again was fairly busy about a dozen people waiting on gas. Only 1guy on pumps again. He was hustling to get service to everyone. Not bad about 7 min wait. He was very busy but he was very nice and very friendly. He really needed 1more person out there to help him to get a little faster service. This is about the 4 or 5th time that I have been there and this poor guy just keeps working. Pilot needs a few more people on the pumps.

This place was a life saver. My and a friend were on e and none of the other stations we stopped at were open at 10pm. An hour later and were both falling asleep and out of gas and we crawl into this station. Perfect placement and it was open late enough for us to get gas. Just awesome. Our particular Pilot is not like others I have visited. We actually have a clean store, well stocked like other pilots along with a Subway. Gas prices are fair, R.V. parking is plentiful, and of course Diesel is available. You will also find easy access and entry, unless you are crossing traffic, with a freeway merge and a weigh station close by it can be tricky during normal hours.

Stopped for a quick dinner at Subway. I planned to get a salad, due to my issues with gluten. To my delight, they had gluten-free bread! When I ordered my sandwich, the woman immediately removed her gloves to put new ones on, got entirely different paper for making my sandwich, clearly did everything in her power not to cross-contaminate my sandwich when it was being made or heated. She even put it in a separate bag from the others Id ordered. I dont know if this is company or store policy/procedure, but I was so very pleased at the care she took -- without me even asking! While making my sandwich, she even took the time to fully converse with me about my day. The other 2 workers were also very cordial to my family & me. It was a great experience & Id definitely stop there again on my way through.

I stopped at a lot of pilot centers all-around California Arizona Oregon Nevada and I must say these places are always pretty cherry.they always have pretty much the same layout and always the same stuff so its always cool cuz I could get stuff for my car and chargers and I just always know they have what I need. Also they got a Subway so I could get one like my favorite french actor juicy smoothie.

This is a really nice truck stop. Really clean bathrooms and every cold drink and snack you can imagine. If you need it while traveling, chances are they have it! Super friendly and patient staff even when youre super tired and can barely function. Plenty of parking for long rigs.

I have never been to a pilot that refuse to make new coffee because they will miss there profit i mean i see the point but like they said it was a slow day not busy so i dont know how long the coffee was there for really

Weve parked here several times overnight. The bathrooms are always clean. They dont really have much of a food selection besides subway but they do sell beer. Get here early because the parking lot is small.

Great fast stop got gas, cleaned windows and head on my journey home. The facilities were great my children went inside for some snacks and were able to find all they needed. The bathroom facilities were well kept and spacious. Great quick stop and easy on and off the highway so it did not add extra time to the trip for the pit stop.

Smaller pilot, but nice fresh air clean and easy parking. Good scenery and a decent town.

We have been loyal customers for this pilot for the last five years. We fill up our semi twice a day here as team drivers, but 3 cartons of cigarettes a week and food a couple times a day. But thanks to a very rude manager named Vanessa we will not be back. I wish the other employees the best, they have always been great.

I used to come to this truck stop before pilot bought it out. They did a very nice job at Paving the whole lot, and remodeling the entire building. Its still new enough its actually still nice. Doesnt usually seem to be busy until later in the evening, but I guess I could very day today. They still have the best coffee on the road so Im stopping either way.

Were to get good prices on fuel when traveling on 97.

Its a Pilot on 97 in Klamath Falls with the expected mix of customers and people hanging around. Convenient location on the north side of town, although access from southbound 97 can be tricky depending on traffic. Inside is kept clean.

They dont believe in plowing the snow out of the truck parking. Sliding allover trying to back into a parking.

This is a smaller truck stop, but does have most items that travelers and truckers may need. The gas prices are usually lower than most other gas stations in Klamath Falls. The employees are friendly enough. The restrooms have always been clean, whenever we needed them. They do have showers and a small laundry area. This is the opinion of a local/traveler. I dont know how a veteran trucker would view the amenities or parking spaces for their rigs.

As truck stop/gas stations go this is a great one! They have a broad selection of convenience store fare and have a Subway if you need something more substantial. The restrooms are reasonably clean. What makes this place stand out are the friendly staff; a bright spot on a long drive.

Civilization! A great sight after 6hrs of driving in the dead of night, with no cell reception, decent radio, or any form of entertainment at all as we traveled south from Portland.The worker was very kind to let us to pull to the side and allow us to sleep a couple hours on the side.Be careful to keep your windows rolled up in the summer as its bug season, and these guys fear nothing!

My girlfriend and I have been forced to live out of our little white Saturn Station wagon so from time to time we need to park overnight and the staff has been very kind to allow us to do so. Its a friendly and safe and clean place to stop in for just about anything you may need on the road. Thank You Staff at Klamath Falls Pilot! You guys Rock!

Clean well lit store and outside area. They have an area for cars and trucks and one for big rigs so you dont have to dodge around them to get where you are going. The subway is clean and workers are pleasant and the rest of the store is clean and well lit as well. Showers are available for big rig drivers as well as laundry facilities. They have a wide selection of products and groceries available for purchase.

Easy in and out which is a blessing when your driving a 40 foot motor home and towing a car. Id recommend this to anyone who has a diesel motor home or truck.

Staff was more than willing to help me with any issue that I had. Which on this trip was none. But there are always friendly and willing to assist. Definitely recommend this place

Its a very small Pilot.. At times this place is extremely busy and full for a such a smalltruck stop.. Fuel lanes can easily consume you time.... Quick!!!😡 at its busiest a good30+ minutes before being able to reach the pumps... McDonalds inside but closes early

Good selection of gas stations. Dennys is next door, and a very good restaurant called Kabobi Go is across the street by Starbucks. Definitely check that place out for quality food!

I stopped here for gas very early in the morning while it was still dark but the place is well lit and thank you for Oregon laws that require that somebody else pump the gas for you, I really like that law. The convenience store inside was clean and again will lit and I felt safe at all times.

Great place for gas, hot food, convience stop with some cool inventory of gift items and stuff for your trucks. Check out their laundry area and showers! A good place for travelers.

My husband and I sneak off from the kids to get hotdogs here. Just 30 minutes away and alone. Great hotdogs and friendly people. Plus trucks stops are cool.

From gas/oil products, food hot & cold, clothes & hot showers, TV room and arcade to pass time or wind down after a stressful drive.the people who work there have shown me everytime I stopped there to be fast and efficient at keeping up with your choice of services offered there. Only in line or at the register a quick second and right out the door.

This Pilot in my experience has always been clean. The restrooms and the store. The people that pump the gasoline, the cashiers, and the employees that work in Subway. Never an unpleasant visit. I appreciate that the shelves and coolers are always well stocked, and the sodas are cold. The only thing I can think of to improve this Pilot would be a carwash. Thanks!

If you have ever been to a Pilot before, then you have already been here. They have snacks and beverages for sale if you do not mind their prices. They also have coffee available. But hey, I hear that their gas is not the most watered down in town... Thats a plus.

Since this was Oregon I expected someone to pump the gas but I ended up pumping my own gas. I didnt mind doing that but it would of been nice if someone would of let us know that we needed to. A sign would of worked.

This has station has the least expensive gas around. Since it is also a truck stop you can get your laundry done and a shower. You can pick up snacks and food for the road since there is a Subway sandwich shop inside. They also sell road accessories and necessities.

No a bad stop. Just a tiny lot. The showers are poorly cared for though. Shower heads so loose ttheres adjusting and the last persons towel and washcloth were still in there for me. I wont shower here anymore.

Its Oregon so you cant pump your own gas so be careful if youre from anywhere else in America. You might get yelled at. Inside the building are lots of amenities. Food, supplies, and showers. Everything seemed clean and in order.

A Great place for RVs and trucks to fill up - they have a separate filling area for large vehicles. It is possible for trucks to pull around back and take a break from the road. The coffee is hot and the restrooms are clean.

Its just another truck stop. The lady the cuts hair does a really good job, but cash only. The CB Shop is next to the barber. I was going to have him work on my radio, but after hearing the way he talked to his customers I decided to pass. I would have punched him in the mouth of he had talked to me like that. Maybe he was having a bad day or hes just an ass. Id wager the latter. The buffet is average and the late night crew is pretty squared away.

I have always liked the Pilot truck stops from when I was a truck driver and stopped at a Pilot Travel Center many times. This place is great like one would expect. Very clean, they have full service pumps, and a large parking lot for both big rigs and four wheelers.
