Very pleased with my photographs they enlarged and copied from the computer. Price was very reasonable! Really nice people as well.

So far have only talked on the phone, but customer service was really great and they made sure to give me a really reasonable quote for the order I need.Updated: Just picked up my print order and its gorgeous. The prints are very crisp, good quality and all of them are perfect (no bends or anything and good, clean edges) and I am extremely happy with my order. Im only sadder I hadnt brought my printing projects to them earlier. A+ service and quality!

From the time I called in to make sure they could do the job to the drop off and pick, I was treated like I was the most important customer of the day. I was in a bit of a jam after being let down by another option. Next time, Shasta Litho will be my first call. The printing was done at a very reasonable price, they listened to my needs, and the turn around time was better than I could have expected.

I was in a bit of a time crunch after trying to go to staples. Staples took 3 days to print my order, didn’t call me to tell me my order was done and didn’t print my order correctly. So with 40 minutes to get the stuff I needed I went to Shasta Litho and had everything I needed in the right sizes in less than 30 minutes. Staff was great and understanding of my time situation. I will never go anywhere else for my printing needs. Please support your local businesses by choosing them over corporations. Will recommend this business to everyone.

Very little customer service effort. I prefer to use local companies when I can, but the gentleman I spoke with about their services did not try at all.
