This was my first time going to a Fred Meyers and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a nicer version of a Walmart Super Center. One stop shopping! Lots of parking, groceries, household goods, and many other services. This location was well stocked, clean, with a nice ambiance and helpful employees. Just got a few things as I was passing through but they seemed to have good prices. Apparently they are owned by Kroger. I would shop here again and recommend it to others. This location has a gas station and there is a coin laundry next door. So if you’re an RVer this would be a great place to stop. No overnight parking though.

Fred Meyer is the go to place in my small city if you want name brand or quality store brand groceries and cost is no object. The best stop in town for fuel is Fred Meyer, for service and cost. Fred Meyer is also top dog for any department store name brands, whether its clothing, lifestyle, or home and garden.The first Tuesday of the month is always circled in red on my calendar because that is like Prime Day without having to wait for delivery from Amazon. Savings are astronomical and to a cheapskate like myself, extremely satisfying.

I heard management is bad from multiple employees, the hiring manager needs to do a better job.The bathrooms are disgusting, and some of the employees are rude. Not all of them but alot of them.

I am writing to acknowledge Windy, who provides good customer service at the gas pumps. Windy is the friendliest attendant that I have dealt with at this location, and her personality made me want to return.

Went for something for diner..bought 2 stuffed chicken breast at meat counter...(EXCELLENT !!!!) and then went to get some cat food and passed these new mason jars and canisters..great prices and only at freds!!!

I enjoy shopping here and the Staff are helpful and nice.

I love this store but until the bathrooms are remodeled my review will remain.I visit this store regularly and everytime I have to use the restrooms I have to anticipate the nightmare of walking into this mess. Not only is it just always dirty but the bathrooms are out of date. The sinks are permanently stained and appear dirty. My wife refuses to use the womans bathroom as it is just as filthy.Come on fred Meyers get the bathrooms to match with the rest of your store.

Always a line at the service desk, as always 1 person working there too. Get it together Management asap or further complaints will be made continuously until its resolved.

A one stop store it just about has everything. This store is nicer than Wal-Mart super center. When I come to Klamath falls its a must to come here for restocking...Great customer service.

The men’s restroom in the Klamath Falls store is falling apart and dirty. Not appropriate for a company as large as Freddie’s.

First, in the past I have loved shopping at Fred Meyer in Klamath Falls. However not so much now. They are not monitoring or enforcing COVID-19 health protocols. Lots of shoppers with masks not covering their noses or no masks at all. Its appalling. I will limit or eliminate shopping there until the pandemic is under control. Current rating: 0-1 star.

Freddys is my favorite store in town. They have damn near everything and with the self checkout Im usually in and out super quick. Its clean but sometimes crowded. :)

Waiting to check out here usually takes less than two minutes. Sales associates are very helpful and always available. They also have a wonderful rewards system that allows for discounts on fuel or rebates on their quality products.

Fred Meyer has a good selection of items not found on some of the other grocery stores around town. If you’re not up for Natural Grocers high prices, then the two or so aisles of health foods (including some good vegetarian items) can be a draw. They have also been very reasonable with me about when items were ticketed incorrectly and rang up for more than I thought at the register. It’s busy, and the aisles are hard to navigate with the strange middle aisle that cuts through horizontally. It just feels kind of stressful. But it really is the closest thing to Target on Klamath Falls, and for that I’m grateful! (Also, during non-COVID times, they have a day care so parents can shop peace!)

This review is for the deli only. All of those savory tasty looking dishes in the deli case have sugar in them. Every one. Chicken salad, potato salad, even the super food salad, which should be the healthiest selection. All of them are sweet. These are savory foods! This is not good for diabetics, seniors, dieters, nobody. Savory dishes occasionally have a little sugar as a flavor enhancer, but all of these foods, which come to them in kits that they mix together are loaded with sugar. Today I got the curry chicken salad. It was so sweet and salty I was sick of it after a few bites. Savory foods should NOT be sweet!

No mask enforcement in the middle of a pandemic. Sad.

If anything go for the gas

The pump attendent wont help you even when you have inserted your card 20 times and it keeps telling you different stuff and cancels out. So I try to offer him cash but no I have to walk to the dog house... yes let me leave my children in the car screaming while you stand there doing literally nothing masked up with gloves on cleaning after everyone else touches all the pumps instead of just you?!?!?

Fueling up and the attendant, Josiah, was so cheerful and helpful. Definitely a hard worker. Were from Calif so were use to pumping our own fuel.

Former employee 3 weeks still dont have my last paycheck . please dont work here they dont treat their employees right i did the right thing gave 2 weeks notice worked it and now no pay. Shame ding ding shame Robin the manager has no sympathy or regard for the employees there disgusting!!

Great customer service. The rewards card allows me to not only save money by uploading coupons on card and other deals but it also allows me to automatically save 3 cents off of my fuel. As I shop there and fill my prescriptions there and use my rewards card while doing those I can save even more money at the gas pump. This store allows me to make my money truly go further. Their organic line allows me to eat healthier at an affordable price.

I have to admit that Freddys is my go to store. I have to be careful with my money like everybody else. The coupons I use are so helpful with that.The people who work there are helpful and the cashiers are the best. Makes shopping so.much more than a chore.

Normally I avoid shopping at Walmart and shop at Fred Meyers because there is usually better customer service. But today I had digital coupons to use at Fred Meyers and I got the discount on some items and not others even the maneuver could not figure out what happened so the store would be better if the employees had more knowledge stuff like this.

I went to fredmeyer for red potatoes for memorial day bbq, I purchased Kroger brand red potatoes with the intent of making potato salad with red skins for a nice looking salad... so I boiled the potatoes and to my surprise, they use red dye on them which boiled away, leaving a regular russet. I guess its buyer be aware of the over charged fake red potatoes.

We bought things from various departments. Every employee I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. Greg was my cashier on the way out. Hes so funny and he paid careful attention to how he bagged my groceries. Greg actually made us enjoy checking out!! Thank you!

Clean store, efficient check out, Lg. selection, great produce section. Bakery is minimal. Good amount of Clothing. Large housewares dept. Very accommodating check out staff. I forgot my ID & debit card and they held my cart while I ran home to get it. This was at the self check out. Wish they were 24 hr. store.

Always friendly service. Very clean, and super big. You can find anything you need for your home, and garden. Grocery is a little pricey but worth it. Best sushi in town by far. Seriously good sandwiches and the donuts are amazing. I love the jewelry department as well, my husbands wedding g ring, and several anniversary jewelry has been bought by me. Fred meyer jewelry is the best in town. I really really love this place. Plus there furniture is the best priced and last for years.

I am so impressed with this store, its management, and selection. I was worried when Kroger came in, but now that the dust has settled, I for one like the changes theyve brought with them, especially prices. LOWER for sure. Thanks Aaron for doing a great job managing this store!

The pharmacy manager is really rude. He doesnt put customers first. I wanted a script transferred and he told the other pharmacy legally he doesnt have to transfer them. Which I understand, but if you want to put customers first that is not the way.

I have lived in the area for six years now, and always considered Freddys a great store. Unfortunately I was led to believe another big box store in town has better prices (starts with W). A friend told me she made the switch and has never looked back as most inventory is priced the same, and some things even cheaper (she was a former employee). Sure a few things may be cheaper, but at what cost? If you shop at Freddys you WILL get superior customer service, so really is that worth the $3 savings you leave with @ the other place? In exchange for endlessly wandering isles looking for something since they change things around often (I found out this is marketing because you go places you normally would not). After thinking about it, I realized this store actually has better quality anyway, so why not join my friend in never looking back as she put it (lol K.B.)! Freddys, you are now my primary shopping store in the area when it comes to especially non grocery items, and Im so grateful this town has healthy competition in all areas of grocery/box retail. My heart goes out to even smaller towns with just one or two choices to shop. We are very fortunate to have freedom to move around it we need to. Also as a person with a disability Id give this store an A+ for the way Ive been treated. I assure you Christine knows me well, and she is very good at being kind to everyone who approaches her desk. Aaron and Jessie, thank you for being one of the leaders in Klamath Falls for the way you treat people who are different because they are disabled. Thank you. I mean that from my heart. :+)

I love our Fred Meyers...Everyone is Friendly and very helpful...today Marshal and Savannah helped me and they didnt make me feel as if I was imposing on them like some employees do from other stores. Marshal went out of his way to be very helpful🙂

Its a chain store, how good could it be? Great! Thats how good. When we visited the area last year we had never heard of FM. We were very impressed with the store as a whole, though we did not go to the grocery portion of the store. This year, we covered every aisle in the store. Fantastic. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Well done FM.

Cruised through the Halloween decorations. Stock pretty low considering its not even October.Then made my second pass, in as many weeks, through ladies wear. Very little casual wear, just sportswear. I will stick with the grocery side.

If you like Asian food this place is great. Good place to call ahead and get lunch or dinner to go. Very flavorful and lots of spice if you request it. Actually one of my favorite places to eat.

I experienced an unpleasant surprise while checking out at Fred Meyer today. The store decided a couple of weeks ago to start charging 50 cents for customers to receive cash back when using their debit card. What a staggeringly short-sighted and stupid decision!

A larger Fred Meyer than Im used to. Most stores have reduced the amount of inventory they carry but not the K Falls store. You can get almost anything you need here for general house stuff. They still have an electronic section which is surprising! Shop in the evening or early morning if you like fewer people (it gets crowded).

This has been a good store in general. The only concern that I have is that the flower arrangements vary widely in quality. You need to look through the flowers carefully. The flowers are often packed with dead flowers and parts of stem as filler. Buyer beware.

Great after Christmas sale.

Would be nice if FM would plow the lot when they are closed since it would be empty. Shopping early at 7am, aisles are clogged with people stocking shelves leaving their carts with no regard for shoppers. Very annoying.

If you cant find what you want in this store - you dont really need it. It seems to be in a converted mall or hospital. Bring your walking shoes. Good selection, friendly staff. I am a big fan of CLICK LIST option. The parking lot does need some maintenance.

I prefer Fred Meyer because they have a great selection of deli foods, organic produce and a little bit of everything from clothing, food and housewares.

The women that helped us was very helpful. Answered our questions. Gave suggestions. Showed us places we might like to see. Great directions. Friendly. Patient.😊 Great experience 😉

I went to Fred Meyers just for a picture to be taken for a passport. I loved the store but there certainly isnt enough help as the waiting period for a salesperson, to get this done, was 35 minutes. All toll, it was an hour before this was completed. They definitely need more help.Sam

Best gas prices in town with FM card. Nice store, only place in town to get certain brand name clothes and footwear. Good deli and bakery, but a little expensive in food department in general. Carries more brand name kitchen appliances and accessories. Kroger family of stores.

I have always liked Fred Meyer stores. They are very clean and well planned salesfloor makes it easy to shop. This is where I prefer to buy my produce by far. I like to take advantage of the weekly coupons Anne the rewards program is pretty good. I make a point of spending my bottle returns money here so I can get the extra 20 percent back. Win win for all.

Great place if you need to get in and get out. They always have lanes open per demand. They also bag your groceries.

Imagine our surprise when we purchased a 4 pk of ginger beers and found that one of the bottles had a crack on the bottom and had evaporated. We still love the store and consider it our family store.

They do have everything you could imagine all under one roof. A wide variety of fruit and vegatables and all other food items. Also very expensive for groceries. We went to another grocery store and literally saved half on our bill. If you enjoy crowded isles and high prices, youll love this place.

I like using the pay station by at the customer service desk. This makes getting bills paid so much quicker and easier - they accept all bills for $1.50.

Prices are honestly fair. Above average, but fair for quality and quantity of items. Honestly, the best selection of produce and meat in the county. Hands down.

I like it. Way better then Wal mart. Id rather pay a few dollars more then have my kids around drug addicts and people wearing pajamas. Better class of customers. The lady at customer service is really nice. Parking lot a bit on the small side. I park on the side.

Love the store. Pretty clean. However, most of the workers there suck at customer service. The parking is terrible. But, other than those two things the whole place is a way better store to shop at compared to anywhere else here.

I do have a hard time finding things. Ive organized my shopping list by their rows, but I still have problems. If youre reading FMeyer, add green Giant cauliflower pizza crusts.

Friendly service. Sometimes crowded, but that is to be expected at a larger store. Multiple products to choose from in all departments. I go here multiple times for groceries and other assorted items.

It takes ages to replace sold items. Even when you call and ask when they will be in stock again they never are when they say they will but the sales and prices are great. I love this store!

Nice store with everything. Butcher block and seafood counter looked great. Little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Wish that we had these back home instead of regular Kroger grocery stores. Higher quality selection than Squalor Mart in both foods and nonfoods; apparel is about three steps up from Walmart with Levis, Carhartt, and many more. A really nice store.

Went in to buy a blue ray player (they only had one in stock) from the electronics department and felt very uncomfortable as one of the employees had particular behavior. Merchandise prices were not properly displayed (Had to match bar code numbers to find correct price on the HDMI cables). Not an efficient buying process for the shopper.

I dont recommend this store at all. When I stopped by the customer service desk to do an exchange, the cashier was very rude and short with me. It was clear they were more interested in telling me no than helping me out. I understand if theres some sort of policy you have to follow, but theres no cause to treat a customer like that. My assumption is the previous customer was more of a challenge and i caught the aftermath. All I ask is that your customer service desk at least pretends to be helpful even if your company doesnt actually care. And for everyone considering this store, i suggest to stay local. Friendly people, even on bad days, and much more willing to help.

They have better quality products than some of the other all in one stores in klamath falls.

We went here originally for gift basket. This being the fifth place weve checked in town. Although we didnt find a gift basket anywhere in this town the store was still nicely stocked the staff was still friendly and gave helpful hints and advice and how we could get one or put one together great team.

Great all around store. They even beat Wal-Mart on most of the pricing. Fred Meyer has almost everything you need at one stop. Great service and the Fred Meyer brand is pretty good.

Always have had very positive experiences from the friendly supervisors and checkers to Jason from the Bakery, who has baked many delicious special order cakes and breads just the way we like them, and always on time, this is definitely our store for just about everything ever since their opening in the 1980s, great store💖!!!

Manager Aaron Brown refused to cash a check 6 and a half hours before closing, saying they dont have the funds. I watched the customer service desk count 20s and say she couldnt give them out because there was no more large bills. This seems like managements fault and would be false advertising ss there sign states they can cash checks up to 2000 dollars???

Pharmacy almost killed me by dispensing the same two drugs under different names, taking both would had been fatal.

Fresh food, clean and welcoming store environment, friendly cashiers, and decent prices. What more could you ask for! Also have a refillable water machine just inside the door as well as a Redbox.
