Tried to call several times, no one answers the phone!
It took me two months for them to receive the order from my insurance company. Jerry acknowledged receipt of order, but stated that the billing company would have to get information from my doctor. Excuse me? He stated he was having a hard time hearing me.When i spoke louder, I was told i didnt have to yell. Excuse me?

Man I went in there to go check out the store. While my grandparents was getting gas right next door. As I walked in with my mask on and browse around, guy in a chair on the computer known as Jared had told me that they trying to limit people in the store when Im the only one in the store so I had ask him since its just me I guess its okay right. Then he went off to saying he prefer not to have anyone in the store. Lol dornish unlock though etc..... so while I was browsing I came across some n99 respirator mask about 5 bbn or six of then on the wall. I had bought one for my self due to the virus want to make sure Im protected. Came out of the store with my receipt. My grandparent wanted to a mask too sp I went back about a 2 minute prior. Came back to the self and the masks was gone I had ask what happen. Jared open up and said that some one has call to put them on hold for them. Which I dont get. I had said to him I got money in hand. He tells me not gonna happen. At This time I felt racism was a factor. Just because Im Asian he didnt want me to be there. Just because im asian he dodnt want me to have those mask. Cruel how this guy can be. Being professional and helpful shouldve been the key for a place like that. I hope that with the way how he act I hope karma plays its part when it comes back around. God bless the good ones.
Went in to buy face masks for this covid junk and a box of disposable face mask that run 19.99 on a normal day went up to $45.00 for a box of 50 disposable masks smh
I came in on a Thursday late. They said to come back Friday. Friday they said they would take the order but too late to place it. I work during the day like most people. They would order it Monday and it would be here Wednesday. Wednesday no call. I called them they didnt know the status. I asked for a tracking number. They didnt have one. Friday I called still nothing. Sent me to a voice mail. They called me back and said it hadnt even shipped. I expected to be able to used it on my 4 days off and I even told the salesman that. I decided to take my service elsewhere.
Whenever I called your store, whoever answered the call took care of my request with friendliness and a desire to help in any way.I first met Jared when he came with Terry to deliver and install some items. I knew right away by his smile, kindness and desire to learn that he was going to do well for those of us in wheelchairs. All of us in wheelchairs had been quite spoiled by Terrys kindness and attention to detail. Hope you and your family are doing well Terry!Jared was at the wheelchair clinic and helped as needed. When the new chair arrived he was here with so much excitement on his face! He knew this new chair would provide more comfort and offer me many more options to address particular areas. He then returned later to fine tune everything and all is well. Jared.....thank you for making the transition to my new chair so enjoyable. THANK YOU NORCO!

Waited four and a half months for standard parts for my manual wheelchair, then transferred to Bend store. My wife and I called many times to see when the parts would be in . We would call a week or so after the parts were to be in, there was some reason they didnt come in, or some item was missing. The only thing we got beside the lies was a roho cushion that she got when she went into the store. When she got home it was the wrong size but we kept it as I need it badly. After transferring to the Bend store I found out they never turned the order in. The Jared Kern who wrote a 5 Star review above is now the manager of there Yakima WA store and was a manager here when he wrote it. He was one them that did not return phone calls, and lied to us about the order
