We were having a minor issue with mold in our homes upstairs hvac, and the first things I tried (bleaching everything I saw, expensive filters) weren’t preventing it from coming back. I had an HVAC guy look at it and recommend the Blue Shield i-6 ionizer from Puremaxx. I got that installed a few days ago and am very happy with it so far. Already I’ve noticed some extra benefits from it: reduced congestion every morning – what I used to think was just normal wasn’t normal!, and the air just feels and smells a bit cleaner. We didn’t have big smell issues or anything so it wasn’t a dramatic change in that area, but noticeable enough to be confirming that this ionizer was the right choice and is knocking that little stuff out of the air!
