Me and my girlfriend cleaned our basement out and found some Crystal and old jewelry that had been passed down by my late grandmother. Money was tight and the items were down in the basement collecting dust so we decided to sell themand took it to the Estate House . I had no idea what kind of Crystal it was all though I knew it was real crystal. Not only was Sam very polite and professional and make the experience very easy on us he also taught me a thing or two about Crystal and gave us a fair price as well as a fair price for the old jewelry. A few weeks later I returned with a ring that I had bought my girlfriend but we ended up breaking up before I could give it to her. Even though Sam was not in a position to be able to buy the ring her gave me advice on selling it and an amount that I should not settle for anything less then. I appreciate Sam’s honesty and kindness and the fact that he generally takes an interest in his customers and is not out to just make money. The Girl that works there, I think her name is Holly, is very knowledgeable, courteous, and she makes the entire experience all the better. I inherited some gold coins from my dad. I decided to sell them last week. I took them to several places in Knoxville and Maryville, but Sam gave me the best price for them. I plan on showing some antique furniture and paintings I have to him as well sometime soon. I will be back here for sure.
