I called every parts store from Gatlinburg to merriville and even visited 2 different kia dealerships and could not find a cap for the break fluid reservoir. I called this shop on my way there with the intention of purchasing a whole master cylinder assembly just to get the cap. Howard had a cap made of a few different parts ready for me when I got there. He was an absolute blessing!

First off, I am not one that ever does reviews or even thinks about them, but I just want your company to know my day was completely turned around the other day because of the super happy mood I was put in. Her name I believe is Charlotte, at least her name tag said so. Anyways, I had several issues and several annoying questions and she didnt bat an eye or hesitate to help me find what I needed. She was full of energy and it rubbed right off on me that day. So hopefully her positive attitude and Good energy rubs off on others. Thanks again.

Its a Napa store. If you need it they will get it. But the customer service at this store is incredible! Thank you Charlotte for helping me and my son get what we need for our engine rebuild.

Poor customer support and service .NOBODY knows how to do there jobI was really surprised how many women work for Napa ! To many low knowledge employees. I went in with a part number and went to two locations 2 separate times a total of 3 too be told the dont have the part and its going to be 3 days for delivery and its over priced for a simple 2 inch oil filler cap . What a shameThere is no good parts guys left!
