I recently had exterior shutters put on our house. The shutters arrived in a timely fashion. The crew showed up when scheduled and finished the job that day. They cleaned up any debris when they finished and made sure that I was pleased with the work that they did. I am very happy that I went with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased shutters and powered shades. They are terrific and look fabulous! We appreciate Jamie who gave great advice from years of experience and measured each window perfectly. Jeff and all the installers are perfectionists in a great way. They worked magic with window frames and doors that were not square. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant to work with. They are all pros and we are very happy with the service and products.

We’ve been trying to place an ordered since July. We were promised a quote within 24 hrs and a week later after sending an email to their office we received the quote. We replied quickly to the Rep about moving forward with our order, he stated he would call the next day to finalize our order; we never received a call. We called their office after 2-3 weeks and were once again promised a call and we’ve never received one. Communication is lacking with this company.

This company was extremely easy to work with and amazing service. I highly recommend them as they worked within my budget and offered many options that I could choose from! Extremely Satisfied!!!

Measurements and the details were done well. I love my Plantation Shutters. The two lift up blinds do not lift up as easily as I had hoped.I called to ask that someone come out to check the opening an closing of the lift up blinds. No one came or responded.

Great customer service. It look longer than expected to get the blinds (8 vs. 6 weeks) but we were not in any hurry. Installation was very quick. Would recommend.

DO NOT use this company! UNPROFESSIONAL! I made a consultation appointment in person at the Shutters & Blinds of Tennessee on a Friday for the next Monday. My husband and I both left work early to meet the consultant and he was a no call, no show. I called the office back and let them know he was a no call, no show. She apologized and rescheduled for the next evening. Once again, I left work early to meet the consultant and once again no call, no show. Total waste of time!
