Extremely cool place...lots of options

I was looking to buy a pool table, so I called Games and Things, JR answered the phone, he was very curious and helpful. He even communicated with me after business hours, he sent me photos and we made the deal over the phone. September 29th was the big day, we were excited to see our new table delivered. Danny and Clayton were awesome, they had a system down and the table was ready for play in no time.All three of these guys showed the professionalism of Games and things, they are great at what they do. I highly recommend if you want a pool table or anything else they carry you wont go wrong giving them a call!!!👍👍👍Great Job guys!!!!!!!!

After looking for bar stools all over Knoxville and on-line shopping sites Games and Things proved to be the best! Great selection and prices. They even let me take home the stools to see if they would work out. Thank you Games and Things!

Terrible Customer service. I bought a professional grade pool table felt from these guys and 1 month later there where holes in the felt. They tried to blame it on Play not considering how well I take care of my things. It was poor workmanship and poor quality. I do NOT recommend using these guys!

Wow, this place has a little of everything. Pool tables for just about any price range. Poker tables to get your gamblin on. Video games for the inner kid in everyone with current and their back games. Chairs for you to take a nap in, sorry watch a movie in. The sales people are friendly and helpful not pushy. There are many other things to see when stop by.

Great variety of items for any game room or man cave. Good range of prices also so you dont have to be super rich to be able to buy something. They have lots of things on sale at any given time and the gentlemen who work here are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

These folk are truly awesome. I went in with a problem for a pre-existing pool table light and they gave me a (possible) fix at no charge. 15/10 will be back

This is a very high-class place with a lot of cool games and things as the name of the business suggest.The salesman werent too pushy and it was very quiet and quaint in there. I personally felt like the prices were a bit high but to each its own.I really like the entertainment style seats that they had for movie theaters and also the arcade game that you can test. Be careful to bring kids in here they would have way too much fun probably. if you have the money they definitely have what you need.

Couldn’t get past the entrance without snapping a few pictures of the vertical-surface waterfall hanging in the short hallway on the right.Everyone was friendly and helpful with an experienced knowledge valuable to those just starting out, amateurs of all rank and professionals alike. Highly impressed by the service, quality and selection at this store. I went in looking for a dartboard and was blown away by the knowledge of the staff and selection they had to offer. They not only answered all my questions but explained the difference in their products features and price points. The store was clean, well organized and we felt welcomed. Cant say enough about my good experience and I would recommended everyone give this store a chance.

Incredible selection and service. The competition in this area doesnt come close. We use them to fill our rental cabins with top quality gaming items (from pool tables, to shuffleboard, to Poker tables, foosball, air hockey, and even arcade games). Great selection for budget friendly properties, and even better selection for high end looks! Well be back soon for our next cabin, and cant wait to use you guys when we eventually buy our next personal house next year!

I popped in during their anniversary sale to check out their theater seating. Theyve got a lot of nice stuff! Bars, theater seating, jukeboxes, pinball machines, and tons of pool tables. They only had a couple salesmen when I looked around, and they were both busy, so I couldnt ask any questions while I was there, but I didnt have much time to wait around either. Theyre a little too rich for my blood, but if I ever win the lottery, Im definitely going shopping there.
