My husband and I stopped in to purchase our first “fancy” mattress and Susan went above and beyond to make the experience amazing! She showed us quite a few beds, let us try them as long as we liked, and then stepped away to let us make a decision in private with no rush and no pushy sales tactics. Then when it came time for the actual paperwork she made sure everything was very transparent and well-explained. I will be referring everyone here that I can. Definitely not what I expected from a corporate store, so pleasantly surprised! Oh yeah, and our bed freakin rocks!!!

Outstanding Service, Great Prices.This is our 2nd time using Mattress Firm for our beds. We bought our first one with them when our son was going off to college. Today, we were very happy to have Tyler E. help us again with our bed. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and we never felt like we were just a sale to him. This was one of the best experiences we have had when making a major purchase. First and foremost Tyler Eddlemon is one of the best persons we have met. He is in sale’s but very professional, honest and does not seek to pressure you but has a wealth of knowledge re: mattresses. We have not purchased a mattress for our Master Bedroom in more than a decade, but it is time. We look at this as an investment considering I am a back surgery survivor, allergy issues, and my husband works long hours so comfort is so important. We went in to purchase a new mattress cover but ended up buying it and a new mattress. One of the keys to our purchase was the quality and warranty of the mattress but more importantly Tyler’s excellent customer service. He was the same with every customer who entered the store. We called ahead and spoke to Andrew. He was very helpful over the phone. When we arrived at the store we told him our needs and he was able to point us in a very good direction. We asked for a firm yet comfortable mattress. We only needed to try 3 different mattresses and were able to quickly narrow it down based on his suggestions. The store was having a Memorial Day sale so we purchased a King size for the price of a Queen and a cover that Andrew also gave us a deal on. The store manager was very helpful

Long story short, took off work early and waited patiently for delivery. Delivery people call said be there about 20 minutes. We decided to get the show on the road and moved old out on porch. They put new on frame and let us know they cannot or should I say will not take the old set due to it was outside. Thats right outside for about 10 minutes and refused to take. Called store could only speak with assistant mgr who was of no help at all evidentially the delivery guys run the show. In short they wrapped new stuff in plastic, taped them up, and hauled back. Called store 3 times afterwards only to get answering machine. Finally I left a message, meanwhile store closed. Next day no return call and when I called the same asst mgr was like what Im sorry. Sorry does not help this situation. This store has inexperienced staff who cannot problem solve or give an ounce of customer service. Be afraid very afraid there are hundreds of places to buy mattresses stay away from Mattress Firm¡!!!!!!!!!
