High quality and comfortable furniture.

After waiting more than 3 months for my sofa the colours was way different then the online pictures. And as any local shop they just cant do anything sensible solution to fix the issue.Hopefully first and last time to buy from there.

After three months of depositing down payment, and paying half of the full price, Ashley’s furniture store called us and demanded to higher the original price. We were very surprised and annoyed because if it means anything, it means that they don’t care about having customers that trust their word. No ethics not even the least attempt to fix or negotiate their misconduct. The workers are very unprofessional and lack authenticity. What made the matter even worse is that the process of choosing furniture for our house consumed lots and lots of time and effort. We paid 4 long visits to choose the pieces that suit our house and we’ve taken the measurements since we didn’t expect such a malconduct. We’ll have to take a further action and contact the mother company only to get them involved in the matter.بعد اربع شعور من طلب اثاث من آشلي و دفع عربون و تسديد نصف قيمة العفش المطلوب، نفاجئ ب تلقي مكالمة من Ashley يقومون ب اخبارنا ان القيمة المتفق عليها زادت. مع انو أمضينا وقت و جهد كبيران بالذهاب اليهم لل تأكد من مناسبة العفش لل شقة و قمنا ب اخد قياسات و تاكيد الطلب، لم يكترثو للوقت و الجهد الي بذلناهم، و الاسوء انهم لم يبدو اي تأسف او محاولة للتراضي بيننا و بينهم، صفر مصداقية و قمة قلة الأخلاق و عدم احترام الزبون من اشلي. سوف نتواصل مع الشركة الام لوضعهم في الصورة عما إذا كان هذا التصرف يليق ب مهنية مبادئ العمل الأساسية. لل اسف الشديد تجربة جدا سيئة

Nice stuff with a big variety, but on the expensive side

I like Ashleys in general. The bedroom and living room collections are sturdy and reasonably priced. Very friendly staff.

The poorest and bad delivery service ever

One of the best furniture places in town. Although it can get overwhelming with 6 floors but the salesman made it a breeze. He was smart enough to take us talk to us and understand what we wanted and then we started from the top floor and made a smooth return to the ground floor. He gave us space and at the same time was always there ready to answer our questions. He wasnt forcing any option on us which made our choices easier and more assuring to us. Overall I found this place really high for value and money and the quality of the furniture is amazing and well built. Highly recommend

It seems you can buy furniture from Ashley with lower prices if you pre-order them online. They arrive 3 months later, 200 to 300 JDs cheaper.

Sofa did not last for 1 year cost over 2k and was made in china usa support ignored us jordan support only helped after we fight with them . quality not like you expect for the price you pay avoid if you have another better brand alternative :(

The worst company you can buy furniture from..I bought the sofa in the first Ramadan, on the basis that it would deliver me after two weeks..After a war and speculation, it arrived on the night of Eid..And without pillows yet..the one who is 4 months old has not arrived..The sofa is old and we can change it while it is still without pillowcases..moviesAnd you pay an amount and its amount, so if something is cheap, we say give it away

Their sofa combination is good but few. We liked the sofa set, but it was the last set, so they tried to entice us to buy it in a strange way. Required that we buy it on the same day to get an additional discount. Or buy it after that without a discount, which we did not like.
