I love shopping here, it is a pleasure to go shopping here. Whenever I get the chance I’ll stop in for their fried chicken or a sandwich. The always help in whatever capacity they can to make sure you have what you need.

Hands down the greatest Publix in Knoxville. The associates are friendly, willing to assist and the store is always clean. Any time I cant find something and have asked for help, the associate not only stops what they are doing to help, but then also walks me to where the product should be or will take time to look in the stock room. Every time I have been in this store it is super busy and you can expect to have a line at checkout, but even being 4 or 5 people deep in line it goes very quick, and the employees still remain to be fast and courteous. I know not everyone will agree, but I would rather wait in line knowing the employees are giving 100% with fast, friendly service; then wait in a line where the employees could careless and have no pride in doing a good job.

Very clean and organized. Also a very busy spot. Crowds arent my thing but I didnt have any issue with this today. I actually think you could easily meet new friends here, especially young adults since its right beside UT campus. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was cool to grab lunch with my friend and grocery shop after. I had my first ever Publix sub that was made with the best lunch meat, Boars Head, and it was really delicious. I had to make a pit stop to the ladies room before heading out and was so relievd to see a very clean and well stocked restroom. I think my favorite thing about this Publix was the wide shopping area. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. It was nice to shop and not have shelving so close together that you almost rub shoulders with the other shoppers.

I love this hidden little place. Was looking for some special cookies for someone. Everywhere else was out. Fully stocked here.

The bakery makes some fantastic desserts. The produce department has the salad mix that I like. Their BOGO specials on certain cereals are worth checking out. Easy parking. Always clean. Friendly staff.

Anytime you walk in there is always a smiling face greeting you and asking if you need any help. Always clean and high quality food. Appreciate the kind employees and great service.

Nice store. They have a great produce dept and really nice meats. Theyre a touch on the pricier end of the spectrum, but its worth it for good quality. The staff is always helpful and nice.Theyre also my default pharmacy. The pharmacy has several commonly prescribed meds available at no cost, and the service is always fast

Publix has stuff that you cant find anywhere else. For example; you can find sabrette hot dogs and sabrette onions in red sauce which very popular in NYC and you cannot find anywhere else around.here. Do yourself a favor, go to the deli, order the Buffalo Chicken Tenders Sub. They use Texas Pete Extra Mild buffalo sauce (also hard to find), or order the Boars Head Ultimate Sub. I recommend the five grain bread either way. Really, anything you order from the deli is going to be very good. You can eat it there and then walk over and grab something from the ice cream bar. Publix was the only thing that I missed whenever I moved back up north.

I love Publix and I appreciate that if something is on sale, it is on sale for everyone and not only the people who are willing to fill out a form and share all of their information. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

On the second floor, and had a crazy contraption that carried your cart back downstairs for you that was WILD! Worth going just for that. That said, Im not sure if it was just this Publix but everything seemed more expensive here than at the Kroger or Publix Ive shopped at before.

Nice store, clean and well stocked. Can be crowded with UT students at peak times.

Everyone is very friendly.They have a good soup and salad bar.I have been shopping at this Publix since theyve been in town. I have no complaints!

Had my wedding cake and cupcakes done through the Publix Bakery, and it was a great experience! They helped me figure out what exactly I needed and wanted, and the price was extremely reasonable. They delivered to the venue the day-of. The whole process was so easy, and my guests raved about how delicious the cake/cupcakes were!

Good quality and good customer service

If a grocery store can be perfect this one is it. The employees constantly ask if you need assistance, and not in an obtrusive way. I have to ask them not to walk me to the item Im looking for as I dont want to bother them.

One of the employees took my ID, walked away with it and accused me of it being fake, so I showed him the paper version of my ID and my old one and he made me read out my address in front of a line of people? when there were already two cashiers working in that checkout aisle. it was embarrassing and extremely frustrating. he said that I didn’t have the right holograms on the ID but when I looked at it, I could see the holograms just fine. he didn’t even apologize, he just threw what I purchased down. probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store.

Manager Brian and employee Pearce completely ignored me for 15 minutes while standing at the sub counter - even after Brian notified Pearce I was still standing there neither of them acknowledged or said anything - I understand they have lots of other orders and behinds the scenes things going on but a simple I’ll be with you as soon as I can - instead of making eye contact and walking away with out saying any thing.. it was really rude and they were also rude the entire time they made my sub .. it’s unfortunate because I love pubsubs but being ignored after making eye contact with all staff members is base line terrible customer service

Never really have any problems at Publix for the most part. Customer service is almost always on point and products are fresh

Great place to get groceries. A wide selection of produce and fantastic deli. You can eat lunch here which is great. Also The fish and butchers know what they are doing. Ask if you dont know. They are very friendly.

They have a parking garage that is free and an elevator if you are handicap. Store employees are friendly and very helpful. The pharmacy and pharmacies are friendly and very helpful, as well.

Good wifi. But they will run you off quick if youre walking.. backpacking

As a Floridian, I miss having a Publix on every corner. No place in E TN comes close in any way. The staff is always great!

I wouldn’t normally write a review for a grocery store but I was so impressed! We were passing through on the way to the Smokies and didn’t know where to go for groceries. We usually shop at Pick’n’Save or Metro Market and this place is very similar so it was perfect for us. It was so clean and the staff was incredibly friendly! Every single one of them said hello, asked if we needed anything, etc. Things were slightly more expensive than we were used to but nothing that deterred us from doing our normal shopping. 11/10!!I also want to add that I appreciated the covered parking garage because it gave us plenty of room to organize our coolers & bags without feeling like we were in the way.

I love this Publix and always have. Glad they are kind of close, and I really do like what I can get there. Normally I am a bargain shopper and stick to Aldi and Trader Joes but they do sell things I really like, and they have really good service. Plus did I mention its also pretty convenient to us near downtown.

The cleanest grocery store Ive seen in Knoxville... they also have a nice selection of vegetarian meats.

You realy realy need to get your deli in line this is the third time we have come here for a sub and had to wait over 45min to get it. I understand you maybe short handed but its time to cross train your employees if I managed this store I would fire the deli manager and on line orders should come after the ppl that are in the storeRussell

This is quite the fancy store. When I stopped in most recently, they were selling jackfruit, very cool. More importantly, the employees are incredibly helpful. I couldnt walk past one without being asked if I needed help. At one point, an employee offered to bring me a cart when I accidentally bought too much for my basket (as a result of my jackfruit)Its a sneaky store, though, and definitely one where, if you dont keep your head, you will come out with impulse buys (such as jackfruit).

Popcorn chicken was rock solid and the deli workers are always extremely rude.

I ordered groceries thru Instacart on saturday night at 846pm since I didnt want to pay the extra 4.00 for express delivery I agreed to next day delivery at 930am. I was informed on saturday the delivery would be delayed several times. When the groceries were delivered at 200pm the order was wrong and the ice cream I ordered was completely melted threw it in the garbage. I contacted Instacart no response. If you are going to partner with a company to deliver your orders then you need to be held responsible for the product delivered.

This is the only place I know of that carries Rebel low carb ice cream - coconut almond swirl. They also carry the Ratio low carb yogurt in coconut and vanilla. Nice store.

Decent selection, but with the walmart gone theres some gaps in what they have that isnt really fulfilled by anything else on campus.

Was the first time Ive been here. Didnt like it being on second floor. Did like that I could find the frozen chicken breast stuffed with different things inside and have different kinds of it. Thats what I had in Florida, hoping Publix in Knoxville TN would carry it. They didnt have any different choices at the location on Northshore Drive. It would be nice if all Publix stores have the same thing in that chicken breast stuff. Ive had chicken cordon Bleu and chicken parmesan and theyre both really good. All Publix stores should have the same thing in stock. The staff at UT commons were nice.

Well sometimes in life things don’t always go like we think they should I placed an order with their deli for some chicken wings order 60 for to celebrate my daughter‘s 17th birthday 🥳 ... And somehow someway they lost the order my daughter went down there to pick it up they handed her the small box of 10 she came home she didn’t understand mom this is what they gave me I said no It was supposed to be an order for 60... I called spoke to deli person and then a manager ... needless to say I was not very happy but Publix did something amazing because of our inconvenience for having to drive down there twice and for their mistake of losing the order they gave us the order for free that is called great customer service that is called taking care of your customers we always get our wings from there always I’m a size they have the best in town anyway so I just want to say thank you to Publix for doing the right thing making the situation right and handling this poor mom when she was so upset good job kudos well done and thank you 😊
