I have 4 tattoos done by them different artist but great ppl

I now have 7 piercings, all of which were done by Rockwell. I was in and out in less than 10mins, every time, and they were all done perfectly and healed up just as they were supposed to! will only go through Rockwell for any future piercings! 10/10

Amazingly friendly, fun people. Great artists. Quick and understanding if youre nervous. Asks often if youre okay. Got a piercing and two tattoos, and I love them. Less pain than I thought theyre that good!

So me and my girlfriend have been trying to get tattoos for some time now. Place after place would tell us theyre booked back a month, or no one world want to do it. Then we decided we were going to stop by Hard Knox Tattoo to see if they would do it. Sure enough they said they would on the spot. So then we met Wayne our artist. He was very nice and fair on price. He did 2 of my tattoos and 3 of my girls within an hour to an hour an a half. Everyone their was nice and friendly so I definitely recommend Hard Knox Tattoo if your looking to have work done. I just wanted to say thanks to Wayne and everyone at Hard Knox, we are definitely more than pleased with our tattoos.

This is the 1 and only place I will ever get a piercing Hard Knox is the best. They are so quick but not rushing you they are very clean and sanitary as well. I got my conch done today and my nose redone and without being rushed it was over from start to finish in around 5 minutes by Rockwell (not sure how to spell it) and I plan on 14 more piercings in my ears done by him. They did NOT hurt they are in the perfect spot and even hours later not sore. Its not just him either every employee was so kind and helpful so if you want a piercing this is where you go. Just went back and got Rockwell to do my daith and he was so kind helpful and unbelievably gently and I love it!! Im having him do tons more once this heals and my conch that he pierced 2 months ago healed perfectly. I honestly could NOT be happier.

Stopped in earlier this week for a quick consultation and to schedule an apt. Shawn was super nice. Took my # and called me back to confirm. Had tattoos done today with Tanner. Great guy. Awesome personality and beautifully done tattoos. Will be back and recommend anyone to go there.

Awesome place!!! Leslie and I are great friends now! Leslie was my artist. She spent 5 hours with me, and the majority of the time it was just laying the stencil out and getting it right. She was a pleasure to have. While I was waiting for Leslie to work her magic I chatted a little bit with her husband. Shame on me for forgetting his name, but he is an awesome guy! I will definitely be going back when I want to get more ink done.

I got my tattoo done in 2020. The artist, Dee, cant lay off the drugs long enough to get my papers so we can schedule a touch up appointment. “I have the get it from my manger” I heard that for over a month. He tried to tell me I owe him $600 for touch ups? I paid a grand for my leg piece and now he wants more money from me? Y’all need to reconsider your artists.

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve gone! Don’t go anywhere else!!!They even fixed one of my tattoos that another artist at Synergy Tattoo screwed up!Wayne and Eric are the best!

Worked to get me a tattoo without an appointment. Accepted 100 dollars for the tattoo included in the picture. I am happy with my artist and they guaranteed the work for a week so they happily are touching it up as needed. Will definitely recommend this shop!

I got my ear pierced about a year ago and it still has not healed. I’m pretty sure it’s infected or something went wrong. I did everything right and clean it with H2ocean (salt and water mix) which is what im told is the best. I’m so over this im going to take it out.

The piercer is very unprofessional. Got things out with no gloves, cleaned my piercing area with NO GLOVES . I don’t recommend. Save your money . My piercing is now infected .

Tanner done my tattoo cover up back in February great line work and I was going to wait two weeks to have the color done and then the pandemic hit and shop was closed so had to wait till June before shop opened back up then after opening up was told that his manager said he could not finish me up until July because he was taking only new appointments. Ok so I was patient first week in July I sent a message then was told he would get back to me the very next day before 5p to see if it was ok with his manager if he could finish my work (mind you I have already paid for the entire tattoo and even tipped generously) next day came still hear nothing. That was a month ago now have sent a couple messages with no reply. Now here I am with nice line work and no color to my tattoo and at this point I definitely don’t want him to finish it with him being so unprofessional. I don’t know if it will do any good or not but tomorrow I’m calling the shop manager.

Honestly such awesome a calm and quick service.Me and my three best friends went in with a design, Eric, the tattoo designer who worked with us, was so calm and chill. He out our idea together just like we wanted.One of my friends also got her nipples pierced while there. And that was also the same calm collected manner.Definitely can’t wait to come back 😁

I went to hard Knox tattoo on 11/14/2020 to get the tragus piercing in my ears. The lady that does your paperwork was very very friendly.i asked questions about that type of piercing n she was able to tell me it would not be that bad.thats very sweet.thry were very cautious about covid.the staff wore masks at all times.then my piercing guy came outside to walk me in.he was very sweet.very direct about my piercing n cleaning for it.he was very quick about piercing very clean n professional.he stated I was a trooper.🤗my friend refered me there. In my review I would give 5 stars.my piercing does not hurt n will heal great.thank you hard Knox for the experience at your shop...

Went in for the Christmas special theyre having on tattoos, there were a lot of different choices and the art styles are great. I didnt have to wait long and the staff are very nice. Leslie did my tattoo and she did a fabulous job! Will definitely be going back.

Just got my very first tattoo done today by Erik. He was so understanding about my nervousness to get a tattoo even though I’d been wanting one for years. He told me if we needed to we could take a small break but we just kept pushing through. He did an amazing job and was so comforting and very informative about everything. Would highly recommend going back to him and I probably will to get another one.

They did an awesome job on my back to back piercings nose and septum. Definitely recommend. Only issue was i called to see if they sold jewelry and lady who answered said they did and then made special drive to be told they didnt...not sure who needs updated either phone lady or lady in store.

This place is great!! I had a friend come in from out of town and they managed to fit us in to their busy schedule. Dee worked with us on what we wanted and did amazing work!! My friend ended up changing her design last minute and he worked with her to get what she wanted. Very professional and very clean. Will for sure be going back!!

I stopped 4 times in a week to get a piercing done, was told they open at noon, it was 12:45 and the place still wasnt open! If it was 1 time ok but 4 times in a week??? Very unprofessional😡😡😡

I was there for a piercing and had to wait about 30 minutes. After I got in the back it went pretty quickly.

I got my piercing there and when I went in it, it was super clean, very welcoming, great varaties of piercings and tattoos, and also the staff was super nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be returning.

Best tattoo shop around !

Ive gone into Hard Knox to get not only my tongue but also both of my nipples pierced and I will return to get any other piercing I may want. The environment is nice and the people are extremely friendly. They made me feel comfortable around them and I definitely will return when I get my next tattoo as well (Ive yet to get one from there but Ive heard all good things about their artists and would love to receive a tattoo from them!)

Had to sadly have a piercing removed before it had a chance to heal & Hard Knox made it a less painful experience. Very gentle & clean.

Cheap but extremely unfriendly staff I had to struggle to get the guy at the front desks attention when I went in and everyone seemed like they just wanted to leave despite the business being open for another hour. The guy that pierced me didn’t even introduce himself or tell me anything about the piercing I was getting. I had to google how long I needed to leave my piercing in because he didn’t tell me. I had a much better experience getting pierced at the sleeping giant and don’t plan on going back to hard Knox again.
