Wonderful experience!! Dewayne and Bill (lol) were very helpful repairing my tire! The waiting area was clean with lots of seating, plugs, clean restrooms and cold bottled waters.The staff was friendly and helpful! I would definitely return here in the future! Dewayne and Tre were the 2 main people that helped me in choosing the rims/tires/lift kit I wanted for my 4runner and I couldnt be happier with how smoothly it went. Dewayne called me the day everything arrived at their location and even installed it 6 days in advance before the date we planned on. He also personally drove me home after I dropped off the 4runner to be worked on. Tre was very knowledgeable of how to work their computer system for setting up dates, making the deposit, etc. Friendliest guy in the world too! Fair pricing for the amount of equipment and labor I was given. Highly recommend this crew if youre looking for new wheels or have any mechanical issues!

All of a sudden I had dwindling tire pressure and after looking up the nearest tire center to my house, I headed to Tire Discounters about a half hour before they were set to close. Told them what was happening, they drove my car into one of the car bays, and I was able to watch everything they were doing via the wall of closed caption screens. Luckily it was just a simple puncture... but surprisingly they patched it up in no time... and at no cost! Ill definitely think first about this place the next time I have a tire need.

They call to update and notify if there is any other issues than my requested service. They will give you information but not a push sales. I appreciate that. The service was done even earlier. I have been coming to this exact location since 2019. I have spent thousands here maintaining my older SUV as normal wear and tear replacements (I drive for work). These guys are honest, hard working and get the job done at fair prices. I have nothing but praise for this crew. I have been to many other shops and again, these guys are fair priced, and do excellent work. If they make a mistake, they own up to it and make it right. I have 100% confidence here.

I had 2 cars serviced here this weekend. 1st one was tires only and they did a great job and the price was great 👍. After they did such a great job I brought in a mini van that needed tires and some tie rod work. Again they did a fantastic job and the alignment is now perfect and it drives like new again!

Stopped in for a repair because it was close and my tire was losing pressure rapidly. If this chain is attempting to compete with Discount Tire, they have a long, long way to go. While the store is clean and bright, it took an hour to get my tire patched and I was the only customer in the store. They charged me $35 for the patch, which Discount Tire does for free. I stated very clearly when I entered the store that I saw a nail in my tire and was losing pressure. More than 20 minutes later, with my car already on the lift, I had to tell the tech again that I saw the nail, not that I was just getting a low pressure sensor pop. Forty minutes later they got around to telling me my car was done. The store manager was on the phone the entire time I was in the store, acting like he was bothered by his staff’s questions and having a personal conversation while trying to sell a set of tires. It was just a completely different customer service experience than DT and I won’t be back.

Came and pick up my car as scheduled. Even called before and made sure I still wanted a pick-up. I happen to have a dash cam in my car and he drove it perfectly. Recieved my car in the same state as when I left it. Very happy with my care and the only reason its not 5 stars is because it took 3 hours to recieve my car once picked up. Beca8(Picked up at 9 and recieved at 12) I highly recommend getting an appointment as early as possible. I also recommend getting Trent as your vehicle care taker, very respectful and polite.

I requested everything to be taken off of my wheels: tires, hubcaps, stem, etc. and I got charged $100 for them just to take off the tire. When I got home I noticed that they had kept the stem covers and valves from my tires so now I have to buy all new stems because I am now missing parts. Very disappointed with the service.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM for an oil change I got there about 10 minutes early. They let me sit there until 1230 And I finally had to ask how much longer I was told that they was waiting for my filter and couldnt change my oil after sitting there for 2 hours! I had been there several times before but that will be my last trip

I took my 09 impala ss to get tires and they went above and beyond tires. They replaced wheel bearings tyrod and lined it up. My car drives like a Cadillac.. thank you all for the hard work..

Its an excellent store with excellent staff. They dont push you to do anything extra for their benefits and dont try to sell you stuff like some stores do. I found the folks there very honest, friendly and polite. The only slight issue that I would probably say is that their services are a tiny bit slower than what Ive seen in other auto centers.

Very pleased with how we were treated when we walked in the door. The price they quoted my wife is the price we ended up paying. They have cameras looking out in the bays so you can watch as your car is being worked on. If there is a problem with your car like if you need brakes they will come and tell you and even the thickness. I will be returning for more services. I will also recommend anybody to them.

Awesome location! You can drop off your car and cross the street to Starbucks, get a haircut, lunch at Salsaritas - make a day of it! Crew was very kind - even loaned me their phone charger. Car drives like a dream. Very happy with the whole experience.

I explain to the counterperson, Im just looking for one tire, preferably the same make/model as the other 3. Im part of the working poor. Please get me out of here for less than $100. I know this is possible. Thank you.Counter person : Do you know the tire name you are looking for?Me: Yes. I provide the information.Counter person: You are in luck. We have that tire for $158. So with our standard installation and hazard warranty, you are looking at 212.59 + tax.Me: Wow!Counterperson: Now we do have a special, I highly recommend, buy four tires and you are eligible for a rebate, and you get a free tire alignment. So this would bring your total up to 850 + tax.Me: Didnt here a word I said did you.A couple days later, I have purchased the same tire from Amazon for $81.99, (89 after tax), and took it to a local mechanic, where it was mounted and balanced for $10. I now have a matching set again, and I spent less than $100. Just like I asked for.Hey TD... Why are you so much more expensive than other retailers?Hey TD... Why doesnt your staff listen?Hey TD... How do you know I needed an alignment when you never seen my car?Hey TD... We are driving a 2012 vehicle. I didnt for hazard insurance. Why offer it?Hey TD... You just lost me as a customer.

Second visit here, this time an alignment for my pathfinder. I made an appointment with Dave that morning and was ready for me when I arrived at 5pm. Had it done in just over an hour. Drives straight, steering wheel straight and with a 1 year warranty I’d say it was a success. Thanks Dave!

I had plans to buy two new rear tires since I had a screw in the sidewall of one. I decided to return later when I realized the store was closed and the crew was leaving, but Dave came to the front door and asked how he could help. Had a full synthetic Valvoline oil change & tire rotation done here with a discounted price of 44.99. With tax and extra quart of oil the total was 61.85. I was the first to arrive at 8am with an appointment, and my car was ready at 9:10am. They measure your brake pads for you, and also check the color of your brake fluid to check for rust. Several up-sell items when the car is ready. This store is brand new, has wi-fi and a two person business center high top table with USB/110 power. There is a little kids area with their own TV. Overall, satisfied. Happy to see Dave here, who was previously the manager another tire store I visited for years. Will go here next time since he is now at this store.Update. If you are curious, It takes about one hour to get your oil changed and tires rotated with an appointment. I walk across the street and get a haircut at great clips. Also a starbucks there.
