Old City Kitchens has the best people and best prices on quality! Michael helped us with our design and really helped us to understand the importance of balance and how a kitchen should function. We were able to get amazing cabinets at a price that you would’ve gotten at a national chain hardware store but with quality that goes way beyond. If you think you have to settle for less in your kitchen remodel or design think again - old city kitchens can give you the kitchen you dream of at the price you can afford! They are truly fantastic to work with!!

Annette and Joel did a fine job taking care of us. From a lengthy design (my fault) to a great delivery, they were first class. Even had a small problem after delivery and they took care of it like it was their kitchen!Cabinets seem well made and a wonderful addition to our kitchen renovation.

We worked with Joel to design a kitchen for a remodel. It took less then an hour to design and purchase our cabinets. We then picked them up 3 days later. Great value and people to work with. The loading guys also done a great job to be careful and secure the load.

When we needed new cabinets we spent weeks getting quotes from various stores around town. Old City’s staff were wonderful to work with. Their prices are unbeatable, especially when you consider you’re getting solid wood cabinets. They were half of one of the “big box stores”. But more than anything, we loved working with a local company. I would recommend them a hundred times over!

Her well organized price sheet and design printouts were very helpful as we planned. The showroom was full of options for us to consider. When everything was finalized, we placed our order. Less than a week later we went to pick them up. We had one small issue with one of the cabinets. We called and went to pick up a replacement that afternoon. I am so glad we chose Old City Kitchens to help us make our new kitchen a reality!

Great pricing. They will always make it right for you. For example one of my cabinets had some damage after delivery, which is sometimes inevitable. They took care of me and made it right with no hesitation.

They seem really nice but we can’t seem to get a quote on a kitchen layout. I’ve called three different days and was told they are “really busy” and they will “get it to me by the end of the day.” I’m going to have to take my business somewhere else so I don’t get further behind on my project.

Old City kitchens is the perfect extension of Knox Rail Salvage. When businesses succeed and remember their roots they pay tribute to the customer not make the customer pay. I feared with the new studio prices would soar and the experience would be less personal...was I wrong! The new process is amazing! The cabinets are great quality and the service is personalized. The guys at the blue/orange store can’t touch the process here. Watching your dream kitchen come to life on the 50” screen makes it easy to give feedback and visualize your plans. Kitchens make houses, when people get together they always end up in the kitchen. When your day starts at home it’s in the kitchen. Don’t waste time and money elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service. Michael Piper, our designer does not seem to want/need our business. We met with him a couple of weeks ago and chose the cabinets and design that we wanted. Mr. Piper told us he would have a quote for us in a couple of days. After about a week with no quote, I called and asked Mr. Piper when we could expect the quote. He told me that he would have it to me by the end of the day. Several days later and we still do not have a quote from Michael Piper at Old City Kitchens.

Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure that there customers are satisfied. I have been in the business for over 25 years and you will not get the customer service from a big box store that you get from here.

The initial experience & kitchen design phase was great, however our cabinets were damaged on several places. When we talked to them about it over the phone, we wanted them to swap out 3 cabinet doors, but we were told that they couldnt order just the doors, that they dealt with the whole cabinet (they were fully installed at this point) & then said that our installer probably did the damage...which he didnt. My husband helped him take the shrink wrap off the cabinets & saw the damage. Since our installer was there, we didnt want to put the project on hold. We thought it would not be an issue for Old City Kitchens to simply swap out 3 cabinet doors. Because of their unwillingness to make the situation right, we dont recommend them. Yes, they are cheaper, but not happy with the end result. Well have to touch up our shaker white cabinets ouselves, which is very disappointing when you pay several thousand dollars for something. Since then, weve discovered Premier Kitchen & Bath in Maryville for our new home construction & it has been a wonderful experience so far...and their cabinets do not come from China. My niece used Lowes for her kitchen remodel & if you catch them during a promotion, they are just as inexpensive as Old City Kichens & they do the right thing if something arrives damaged.

I have been in the Showroom multiple times and it is beautifully and tastefully done. They offer a variety of cabinet styles that you see completely laid out in 12 different full size kitchens. They provide exceptional customer service, and competitive pricing! They offer free 3D kitchen layouts that you see on a large screen tv- exceptional experience! I highly recommend Old City Kitchens.

While shopping for cabinets for a recent flip. I found everyone was helpful and wanted me to find exactly what I wanted. Then I was directed to the design desk of Curtis Satterfield, Where he prepared a schematic diagram of my design for the entire kitchen. Purchased the required products,to be delivered soon I would recommend Knox Rail Salvage to everyone

There is no workmanship in these cabinets these cabinets are the same that they sell at their salvage yard Knox rail salvage. Theyre nice looking cabinets and they are made of plywood but theyre just all held together with little plastic and metal brackets. All these cabinets are shipped over flat in boxes and they just put them together and for what they sell them for you really not saving any money I ended up using a local cabinet shop off Rutledge Pike and got a much better product for the same money

I had the pleasure of sitting down with Kendall last week and she helped me design my dream kitchen at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this place to help with all your kitchen needs.

Had the best experience at OCK! Kendall patiently showed us our kitchen options and designed it on the computer so we can see exactly what we were getting . I needed a few extra items added to my order — Michael greeted me at the door and took me thru MVP style . He and Tim got the few pieces I needed bubble wrapped & delivered. They really pulled out all the stops for me ! If you want to have a great customer service experience—— this place is like Publix for kitchen cabinets .... where shopping is a pleasure . My anxiety just melted away... a new kitchen is definitely an investment —— you can’t beat their prices and their customer is top notch .
