We went in to check out our battery. Dusty tested it and yes, it needed to be replaced. When he asked the age of it - we told him and even though we got the battery at Honda he thought we should call and see if it was under warranty. We did- it was! Jamelle got the new batteries installed in no time, and I was on my way. I also liked that I could get an electronic receipt, which is very convenient.Price was as good as I saw elsewhere, and there is a 3-year guarantee through Master Battery👍👍👍.As far as COVID safety, everyone inside was masked 😷🙂, and the whole process was contactless, so very comfortable.

Awesome customer service and super cheap quality batteries

Bought a $150 battery that went bad after 8 months. The battery was supposed to have a 3 year warranty however they would not honor it.

This place is amazing!! Very affordable and Dusty was super helpful installing by battery.

I have bought 2 batteries this year from here and neither one lasted a year one lasted 8 months and the other 4 months but all they do is give you scrap price for them total waste of time and money. Never will I buy here again and I will never recommend this place

Called the day before, gave them my car make and model and was given a price. Came early the next day, walked in and set my old battery on the counter and was told they didn’t have it point blank without even checking.Really glad I called ahead and drove for 30 min to figure out I was lied to. Store is very visible from the highway. The facility is kept very clean and well organized. Active battery storage area is well ventilated per building code. Sales personnel are very knowledgeable in all batteries that are in stock. Batteries not in stock will be ordered per customers request and a quick turn around time is available. Sales personnel are well groomed and courteous.

Anytime Ive called needing an item for a power wheels jeep, Ive had to repeatedly call back after being told I would be contacted. This is very frustrating and not something I feel like I should have to do as a customer. I like to support my local retailers but for power wheels Ill be shopping online. Such a disappointment in customer service.

I have bought 3 batteries here. They always had the exact battery that I needed. I bought a new battery for my RV, and after 6 months, and only one cross country trip to Colorado and back, it stopped holding a charge. I had lost the receipt. I took it back anyway, and there was no problem. They apologized, and replaced it with a new one at no charge. After putting on their tester, they said it was obvious that it was bad. I expected to have to pay a proration charge, but they said no, if it goes bad within the first year, theres no charge. This is a great business.

Master Battery is a worth while place to go to for batteries, flashlights, etc. I had to get a car battery quickly. One of the employees tested my old battery, took it out, and put the new one in. It took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. Way to go, Master Battery!

I had no idea you could buy and sell used car batteries, but this place exists! I needed two large batteries for a very big truck that were going to cost me hundreds. This place got me going at only 75 dollars for both. I would recommend them for smaller car batteries and for motorcycle batteries as well. They even come out to the car and help bring in the old ones and bring the new ones out to you.

Deals on high quality batteries. Though it seems like a commercial/ industrial shop, they actually have great deals on passenger car and truck batteries.

I bought a battery for an iphone 6 that failed in 3 months, to it back to get replaced . The were unable to replace it due to nobody was trained to replace an iphone battery . I was advised that the only tech they have was going to be at the store after 11 am on Wed 3-6-19 . I returned and the battery was replaced . Within 30 minutes the new battery was almost empty....I returned to get a refund . They have some quality issues with the products . I wont be back .
